Claims (9)
- 本質的に約15〜90重量%のシリコン、約0.1〜10重量%のストロンチウム、約0.35重量%未満のカルシウム、約1.5〜10.0重量%のアルミニウム、約0.1〜15重量%のジルコニウム及び残余量の鉄を含有し、かつ、通常の量の残留不純物を有する鋳鉄用フェロシリコン接種剤。
- 前記ケイ素が約40〜80重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載のフェロシリコン接種剤。
- アルミニウムが約2〜6重量%で存在する、請求項1に記載のフェロシリコン接種剤。
- 前記アルミニウムが約2〜4重量%で存在する、請求項1に記載のフェロシリコン接種剤。
- 請求項1に記載のフェロシリコン接種剤を溶融鋳鉄に添加することを含むねねずみ鋳鉄の接種方法。
- 移動取鍋内の溶融ねずみ鋳鉄に他の接種剤を添加しない請求項5に記載の方法。
- 注湯ユニット内の溶融ねずみ鋳鉄に他の接種剤を添加しない請求項5に記載の方法。
- 鋳型への注湯流の溶融ねずみ鋳鉄に他の接種剤を添加しない請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のフェロシリコン接種剤を、鋳造工程中に注湯ユニット内の溶融鋳鉄に一回添加する、請求項5に記載の方法。
