Claims (10)
- ツールと、前記ツールに適合した少なくとも1つの骨接触部材であって、骨と直接接触するための装置として設計された少なくとも1つの骨接触部材とを備える植え込みセット(1)において、前記骨接触部材が、前記ツールによる接触を意図した領域において、前記ツールのうち前記骨接触部材との接触を意図した領域よりも高い硬度を有することを特徴とする、植え込みセット(1)。
- 前記ツールがねじ回し(2)として設計されている、かつ/または、前記骨接触部材が、インプラントを形成するねじ(3)、好ましくは骨(4)にねじ込まれる前記骨接触部材に見合ったねじ(3)、として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の植え込みセット(1)。
- 前記ねじ(3)が一側にねじ頭(7)を、他側にねじ山(13、14)を有し、前記ねじ頭(7)が、前記ねじ回し(2)の先端部(6)の外側輪郭に幾何学的に適合したツールマウント(8)を有し、前記ねじ頭(7)が、少なくとも前記ツールマウント(8)の領域において、少なくとも、前記ねじ回し(2)の前記先端部(6)のうち前記ツールマウント(8)と接触するために設けられた部分よりも高い硬度を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の植え込みセット(1)。
- 前記ツールマウント(8)が凹部(9)として設計されている、かつ/または、前記ツールマウント(8)がスロット、交差スロット、六角形もしくはトルクス(登録商標)形状を有し、前記ねじ回し(2)が、前記先端部(6)において、整合するデザインを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の植え込みセット(1)。
- 前記ツールマウント(8)が、前記ねじ(3)の長手方向に整列したねじ回し先端部接触面(18)を有し、前記ねじ回し(2)の前記先端部(6)におけるツールマウント接触面(16)が、前記ねじ(3)の長手方向(17)に対して傾斜するように整列していることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の植え込みセット(1)。
- 前記ねじ(3)の前記ねじ回し先端部接触面(18)と接触するために設けられた、前記ねじ回し(2)のすべての前記ツールマウント接触面(16)が、前記ねじ回し(2)の長手方向軸線(17)に対して約2.5°〜約7.5°傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の植え込みセット(1)。
- 前記ねじ頭(7)の前記凹部(9)の形状および寸法と、突起部として設計された、前記ねじ回し(2)の前記先端部(6)の形状および寸法とは、前記先端部(6)が前記凹部(9)に係合すると、前記先端部(6)に対する前記ねじ(3)の自己保持効果が実現されるように、互いに適合していることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の植え込みセット(1)。
- 前記ねじ(3)および前記ねじ回し(2)がそれぞれ貫通孔(19)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載の植え込みセット(1)。
- 前記ねじ(3)の前記貫通孔(19)および前記ねじ回し(2)の前記貫通孔(19)が、円形断面のものであり、相互接触領域において同じサイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の植え込みセット(1)。
- 前記ねじ回し(2)の前記貫通孔(19)が多段デザインを有することを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の植え込みセット(1)。
