Description
Claims (15)
- ショック遅延ユニットであって、
除細動器から切迫ショックの通知を受け取るように構成されており、前記切迫ショックを遅延させる命令を前記除細動器に送るように構成されている双方向通信デバイスと、
ユーザから認証データを受け取るように構成された認証インタフェースと、
前記ユーザから前記切迫ショックを遅延させる前記命令を受け取るように構成されたユーザ命令インタフェースと、
前記認証データに基づき前記ユーザを認証し、認証時、及びショックを遅延させる前記命令を受け取ると、前記ショックを遅延させる前記命令を送るように前記双方向通信デバイスに命令するように構成されている認証デバイスと、
を含み、
前記ショック遅延ユニットは通院患者により持ち運び可能である、
ショック遅延ユニット。 - 前記双方向通信デバイスは無線機である、請求項1に記載のショック遅延ユニット。
- 前記切迫ショックの前記通知を表示するように構成されたユーザインタフェースを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載のショック遅延ユニット。
- 患者により携帯可能であるように構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のショック遅延ユニット。
- 患者により装着されるように構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のショック遅延ユニット。
- 前記認証インタフェースは、前記ユーザから、生体データ、言語データ、触覚データ、及びテキストデータからなる群内の少なくとも1つのタイプの認証データを前記ユーザからの前記認証データとして受け取るように構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のショック遅延ユニット。
- 前記双方向通信デバイスは、前記除細動器によって検知された不整脈の通知を通信するように構成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のショック遅延ユニット。
- 方法であって、
除細動器からの切迫ショック治療の通知をユーザインタフェースにリレーするステップであって、前記ユーザインタフェースは持ち運び可能である、ステップと、
前記通知のリレーに応答して、認証インタフェースを介してユーザから認証データを受け取るステップと、
受け取った前記認証データによって前記ユーザを認証するステップと、
ユーザ入力デバイスを介して前記ユーザから前記切迫ショック治療を遅延させる命令を受け取るステップと、
認証時、受け取った前記命令を前記除細動器に送り、前記切迫ショック治療を遅延させるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 受け取った前記命令を前記除細動器に送り、前記切迫ショック治療を遅延させた後、残りの遅延時間を通信するステップを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- ユーザから認証データを受け取るステップは、切迫ショックの前記通知のリレーから60秒以内に行われる、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記認証インタフェースは生体センサである、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記認証インタフェースはマニュアルユーザデータエントリデバイスである、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記除細動器によって検知された不整脈の通知を前記ユーザインタフェースにリレーするステップを更に含む、請求項8〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザからの前記命令は、ウェアラブルデバイス及び携帯型デバイスの少なくとも1つを介して受信される、請求項8〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 受け取った前記命令の前記除細動器への送信は無線周波数による、請求項8〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
