Claims (12)
- 固定子および回転子(10)を備え、前記回転子が、回転子シャフト(12)に配置された複数の薄板(14)の積層体を具備する回転子本体(20)で形成されている電気機械であって、
前記回転子は、少なくとも1つのアーム(52)を備えた少なくとも1つの空洞(36)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの空洞(36)は、前記回転子の動的バランスをとる少なくとも1つのバランスウエイト(38)を保持することを特徴とする、電気機械。 - 複数の前記アームは、前記空洞の縁部(42;44,46;48,50)から前記空洞の中心(M)に向かって延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気機械。
- 複数の前記アーム(52)は、周方向に互いに120°ずらされていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電気機械。
- 複数の前記アーム(52)は、前記空洞の中心(M)から距離Eだけ離れた端部(34)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
- 複数の前記アーム(52)の端部は、凹状に湾曲した表面(56)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気機械。
- 前記バランスウエイト(38)は、複数の前記アーム(52)の端部(54)の間に内接する横断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
- 前記空洞(38)は閉じた断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
- 前記空洞(38)は多角形の閉じた断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電気機械。
- 前記空洞(38)は五角形の閉じた断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の電気機械。
- 前記空洞(38)は、前記積層体の打ち抜き(40)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
- 前記空洞(38)は、前記回転子の長手方向軸に沿って、かつ実質的に前記長手方向軸に平行に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
- 前記空洞(38)は、前記回転子の前記シャフト(12)を受け入れる穴(18)の近傍に位置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
