Claims (9)
- 視軸と、環状毛様体と、環状前嚢フランジと完全なままの後嚢とを有する空にされた水晶体嚢と、を備える嚢切開後の人間の目に埋め込むためのハイブリット調節式眼内レンズアセンブリであって、
前記毛様体は、遠視のための緩んだ毛様体状態と、近視のための収縮した毛様体状態と、を有し、
前記毛様体は、その収縮した毛様体状態からその緩んだ毛様体状態に緩める際に前記水晶体嚢を周囲で引っ張り、
前記ハイブリット調節式眼内レンズアセンブリは、
(a)ベース部材中央線を有し、平坦な円形ベース部材中央部と、外周ベース部材周囲部と、を有する個別のベース部材を備え、
前記平坦な円形ベース部材中央部は、ベース部材中央部屈折率と、前部ベース部材中央部面と、後部ベース部材中央部面と、を有し、
前記ベース部材は、前記前部ベース部材中央部面とともに周方向溝を境界付ける立ち上がった周方向保持部を有し、
前記ハイブリット調節式眼内レンズアセンブリは、さらに、
(b)個別のレンズユニットを備え、
前記個別のレンズユニットは、
i)レンズ光学系屈折率と、前記視軸と同軸整合するためのレンズ光学系軸と、遠視のための屈折力を有する前部レンズ光学系面と、近視のための屈折力を有する中央円を有する前部レンズ光学系面と、を有するレンズ光学系と、
ii)前記前部レンズ光学系面を前記前部ベース部材中央部面から分離するために前記個別のレンズユニットを前記個別のベース部材から離れる方向に押圧するために前記個別のベース部材上に前記個別のレンズユニットを固定するために前記周方向溝に挿入するための、前記レンズ光学系から径方向に延在する少なくとも2つの離間した弾性的に撓むことができるレンズハプティックスと
を備え、
前記空にされた水晶体嚢への前記個別のベース部材の最初の埋め込み、および、前記ベース部材と前記前嚢フランジとの間で前記空にされた水晶体嚢への前記個別のレンズユニットの後続の埋め込みに従って、前記ベース部材中央部および前記レンズ光学系は同一の屈折率を有し、
前記緩んだ毛様体状態において、前記前部レンズ光学系面は、遠視のために前記前部レンズ光学系面の屈折力を無効化する単一屈折率光学連続体を形成するために前記前部ベース部材中央部面内に密接に押し込まれ、
前記収縮した毛様体状態において、前記前部レンズ光学系面は、近視のために前記前部レンズ光学系面の屈折力に前記中央円の屈折力を加えるために前記前部ベース部材中央部面から離間する
ハイブリット調節式眼内レンズアセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のアセンブリであって、
前記前部レンズ光学系面は、中間視矯正のために前記レンズ光学系軸から前記少なくとも2つの離間した弾性的に撓むことができるレンズハプティックスに向けて屈折力が次第に低減する、前記中央円を取り囲む環状マルチ焦点セグメントを備え、
前記緩んだ毛様体状態と前記収縮した毛様体状態との間の中間毛様体状態において、中間視のために、前記中央円は、前記中央円の屈折力を無効化する単一屈折率光学連続体を形成するために前記前部ベース部材中央部面内に密接に押し込まれ、前記環状マルチ焦点セグメントは、前記前部ベース部材中央部面から離間される
アセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のアセンブリであって、
前記前部レンズ光学系面は、前記レンズ光学系軸から前記少なくとも2つの離間した弾性的に撓むことができるレンズハプティックスまでの単焦点レンズ光学系面である
アセンブリ。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリであって、
前記少なくとも2つのレンズハプティックスの各レンズハプティックスは、前記空にされた水晶体嚢への前記個別のレンズユニットの前記後続の埋め込みの際に前記前嚢フランジを前記レンズハプティックスから離間させるために少なくとも1つの前部スペーサを備える
アセンブリ。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリであって、
前記外周ベース部材周囲部は、横断面において正方形の断面を有している
アセンブリ。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリであって、
前記立ち上がった周方向保持部は、曲げやすいリムによって構成される
アセンブリ。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリであって、
前記前部レンズ光学系面は、乱視矯正のために円環光学設計と組み合わされ、
前記個別のレンズユニットは、前記個別のレンズユニットの埋め込み中に前記視軸に対する前記個別のレンズユニットの位置整合を補助するために光軸マーカを備える
アセンブリ。 - 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリット調節式眼内レンズアセンブリで使用するための個別のレンズユニット。
- 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリット調節式眼内レンズアセンブリで使用するための個別のベース部材。
