Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 3次元(3D)オブジェクトを印刷する方法であって:
3Dオブジェクトのモデルを表すオブジェクトデータを受け取り;
オブジェクトデータを修正してパターン化オブジェクトデータを生成し;
パターン化オブジェクトデータから、印刷される3Dオブジェクトの断面を含むマクロパターン内で、構築材料の層上に液体融合剤の意図的なミクロパターンを堆積させるように3Dプリンタを制御するための印刷データを生成し、この意図的なミクロパターンが液体融合剤を有する剤区域と液体融合剤を有しないギャップ区域とを含み;そして
剤区域を同時に融合させる一方でギャップ区域を焼結させるよう融合エネルギーを適用することにより、意図的なミクロパターンに対応する意図的な微細構造を形成することを含む方法。 - オブジェクトデータを修正することは、意図的なミクロパターンをオブジェクトデータと一体化させることを含む、請求項1の方法。
- マクロパターン内で液体着色剤を構築材料の層上に堆積させ;そして
微細構造の形成時にギャップ区域内に液体着色剤を捕捉することをさらに含む、請求項1の方法。 - 液体融合剤の意図的なミクロパターンを堆積させることは、赤外(IR)放射線吸収融合剤を堆積させることを含み;そして
融合エネルギーを適用することが、IR放射線を適用して意図的なミクロパターンに従って構築材料を加熱する一方で、液体着色剤は加熱しない、請求項3の方法。 - 意図的なミクロパターンを堆積させることは、マクロパターン内の異なる区域において構築材料の層上に複数の異なるミクロパターンを堆積させることを含む、請求項1の方法。
- 微細構造を形成することは、3Dオブジェクトの表面層、3Dオブジェクトの内部層、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される3Dオブジェクトの層上に微細構造を形成することを含む、請求項1の方法。
- 3次元(3D)プリンタのプロセッサによって実行された場合に、3Dプリンタに:
パウダー層を印刷プラットフォーム上に堆積させ;
パウダー層上に、融合可能区域の間の融合剤が堆積されていない焼結可能区域によって分離され融合剤が堆積される融合可能区域を含む意図的なミクロパターンを形成させ;そして
パウダー層を赤外放射線に曝露して融合可能区域を融合させると同時に焼結可能区域を焼結して微細構造とさせる
命令を記憶している非一時的な機械読み取り可能な記憶媒体。 - 意図的なミクロパターンを形成させることは融合剤を堆積させることを含み、命令がさらに、3Dプリンタに、融合剤の堆積中に着色剤を堆積させる、請求項7の記憶媒体。
- パウダー層を赤外放射線に曝露させることは、着色剤を焼結可能区域内に捕捉することを含む、請求項8の記憶媒体。
- 3次元(3D)オブジェクトを印刷する方法であって:
構築パウダーの層を印刷プラットフォーム上に適用し;
印刷される3Dオブジェクトの断面を規定するマクロパターン内で、液体融合剤の意図的なミクロパターンをパウダー上に堆積し;そして
パウダーに融合エネルギーを適用することにより意図的なミクロパターンから微細構造を形成し、微細構造は融合区域および融合区域の間の焼結区域を含む、方法。 - 液体剤の意図的なミクロパターンを堆積することは:
液体融合剤が堆積される液体剤区域を形成し;そして
液体剤区域の間に、液体融合剤を欠いているギャップ区域を形成することを含む、請求項10の方法。 - 液体融合剤を堆積することは、赤外(IR)放射線吸収剤を堆積することを含み;そして
融合エネルギーを適用することはIR放射線を適用することを含む、請求項11の方法。 - 断面内でパウダー上に液体着色剤を堆積し;そして
着色剤を焼結区域内に捕捉することをさらに含む、請求項10の方法。 - 液体融合剤および液体着色剤を堆積することは、液体剤分配器を印刷プラットフォーム上で走査し、同じ走査移動中に液体融合剤および液体着色剤を液体剤分配器から堆積することを含む、請求項13の方法。
- 微細構造を形成することは、融合区域と焼結区域が規則的なパターンで相互に均等に離隔されている格子状構造を形成することを含む、請求項10の方法。
