Claims (8)
- 動脈瘤のための処置デバイス(1)において、
−主チャネル(2a)及び副開口部(2b)を備え、主血管(V1)内に、動脈瘤及び副血管(V2)の部位に挿入されるのに適する、体内プロテーゼ(2)と、
−前記血管(V1)の内部にあるときに、前記主チャネル(2a)及び前記副開口部(2b)のうちの1つの副開口部(2b)を通して前記体内プロテーゼ(2)内に挿入されるのに適する第1のガイドワイヤ(3)とを備える、処置デバイス(1)であって、
−前記主血管(V1)及び前記副血管(V2)の内部に挿入されるのに適する第2のガイドワイヤ(4)と、
−前記第1のガイドワイヤ(3)に留置された第1の磁気手段(5,5a)と、
−前記第2のガイドワイヤ(4)に留置された第2の磁気手段(5,5b)とを備え、
−前記磁気手段(5)は互いに吸引されることを特徴とする、処置デバイス(1)。 - 前記磁気手段(5)の少なくとも一方は、前記磁気手段(5)の前記ガイドワイヤ(3,4)に沿う可動性磁気手段(5,5c)からなり、デバイス(1)は、前記可動性磁気手段(5,5c)の移動手段(7)を備える、請求項1に記載の処置デバイス(1)。
- 前記可動性磁気手段(5c)は永久磁石を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の処置デバイス(1)。
- 前記可動性磁気手段(5c)は、貫通キャビティを備える本体からなり、前記貫通キャビティは、前記可動性磁気手段(5c)が、摺動時に前記可動性磁気手段(5c)の前記ガイドワイヤ(3,4)に拘束されて、前記可動性磁気手段(5c)の前記ガイドワイヤ(3,4)に沿って摺動することを可能にするのに適する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の処置デバイス(1)。
- 前記移動手段(7)は、前記ガイドワイヤ(3,4)の一方に沿って摺動し、前記可動性磁気手段(5)を移動させるのに適するケーブル(7a)を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の処置デバイス(1)。
- 前記ケーブル(7a)は、貫通キャビティを備える前記本体に拘束される、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の処置デバイス(1)。
- 前記第2の磁気手段(5)は、前記第2のガイドワイヤ(4)に沿って可動である、請求項1に記載の処置デバイス(1)。
- 前記磁気手段(5)の一方は、少なくとも、強磁性材料でできた前記ガイドワイヤ(3,4)の一方のヘッド(3a)からなる、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の処置デバイス(1)。
