患者の身体上の1または複数の解剖学的位置に位置して、前記患者の身体の部位の動きに対応する複数の動きパラメータを検出するように構成される複数の動きセンサと、
前記複数の動きセンサに通信可能に結合された少なくとも1つのプロセッサであって、
前記患者の身体の前記部位の前記動きに対応する前記複数の動きパラメータを遠隔サーバに送信するように構成される少なくとも1つのプロセッサと
を有し、
前記遠隔サーバは、
前記患者の身体の前記部位の前記動きに対応する前記複数の動きパラメータを受信し、
前記複数の動きパラメータをデータストアに格納し、
前記データストアに格納された前記複数の動きパラメータを処理して、前記患者の身体の前記部位の前記動きを判断し、
前記患者の身体の前記部位の前記動きを、少なくとも1つの予め定められた動きプリミティブを含む複数の予め定められた動きセンテンス特徴に基づいて類型に分類し、
前記類型に基づいて1または複数の通知アクションを開始する
ように構成される、
患者の動きをモニタリングするためのシステム。 - 前記遠隔サーバと通信する少なくとも1つのクライアントデバイスであって、前記1または複数の通知アクションに基づいて、前記患者の前記動きについて介護者および前記患者のうちの少なくとも一方に通知するように構成される少なくとも1つのクライアントデバイス
