Abstract
Description

Claims (9)
- 輸送用筐体内で輸送される製品の温度履歴を推定する方法であって、
(a)前記製品の実際の終了温度を測定することと、
(b)前記輸送用筐体の周辺温度データを取得することと、
(c)前記輸送用筐体の前記周辺空気温度データにある程度基づいて複数の模擬トリップを作成することであって、各々が、推定される終了製品温度値を含む、複数の模擬トリップを作成することと、
(d)前記推定される終了製品温度値と、前記製品の前記実際の終了温度との差が、温度閾値の範囲内にあるかどうかを判定することと、
を備えた方法。 - ステップ(a)は、元の場所以外の目的地に到達したときに前記製品の前記実際の温度を測定することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(b)は、トリップの継続時間にわたって前記輸送用筐体の中で周辺空気温度データを測定することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)は、前記製品の熱質量および熱伝導率の少なくとも一方を求めることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記温度閾値は調節可能である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 輸送用コンテナ内で輸送される製品の温度履歴を推定するためのシステムであって、
ネットワークと、
前記ネットワークと通信し、前記輸送用筐体の周辺温度データを取得するように構成された第1のデータ記録装置と、
前記ネットワークと通信するリモートコンピューティングデバイスであって、前記輸送用筐体の前記周辺空気温度データにある程度基づいて複数の模擬トリップを作成するように構成され、前記複数の模擬トリップの各々は、推定される終了製品温度値を含む、リモートコンピューティングデバイスと、
を備えたシステム。 - 前記ネットワークと通信する第2のデータ記録装置をさらに含み、前記第2のデータ記録装置は、前記製品の実際の終了温度を測定するように構成される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記リモートコンピューティングデバイスは、前記推定される終了製品温度値と、前記製品の前記実際の終了温度との差が、温度閾値の範囲内にあるかどうかを判定するようにさらに構成される、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記温度閾値は調節可能である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
