Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 磁気共鳴撮像ボアの遠端に配置され、光ファイバをリリースし、前記光ファイバを後退させる巻き取りスプールと、
前記光ファイバの終端に接続されるドングルと、
を有する装置。 - 前記ドングルが、前記ボア内に移動すると、前記巻き取りスプールが、前記光ファイバを後退させ、前記光ファイバに対する損傷を防ぐのに十分に大きい半径を持つ円形構成で前記光ファイバを格納する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ドングルが、前記ボアの近端の外側である場合、前記光ファイバが、最大長までリリースされる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ドングルが、前記ボアの近端から最大の距離に、前記ボア内に延在する場合、前記光ファイバが、最小長に後退される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ドングルが、患者上に配置された無線周波数(RF)コイルに接続する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ドングルは、
前記ドングルが電気的にかつ機械的に接続される装置に直流(DC)電力を提供するバッテリであって、取り外され、他のバッテリにより交換されるように構成される当該バッテリと、
前記バッテリにより生成された熱を散逸するヒートシンクであって、取り外され、他のヒートシンクにより交換されるように構成される当該ヒートシンクと、
を有する、請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記ドングルが、前記RFコイルからデータを受信し、前記ドングルから前記光ファイバを通って前記データを送信する送受信器を有する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ドングルが、メモリ装置を有し、前記メモリ装置が、前記ドングルから取り外され、他のメモリ装置と交換されるように構成される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記巻き取りスプールに接続され、前記光ファイバを後退させるように一方向に、及び前記光ファイバをリリースするように他の方向に前記巻き取りスプールを回転させるアクチュエータを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータが、サーボモータを有する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記磁気共鳴撮像ボアの内外への台の移動と協調して前記巻き取りスプールからの前記光ファイバのリリース及び後退を調整するように制御コマンドを提供するコントローラ、
を有する、請求項9に記載の装置。 - 前記リリース及び後退の調整が、前記台に向けて下降することを防ぐのに十分であるが、前記光ファイバの破壊が生じるほど強く張りすぎない張力に維持する、請求項11に記載の装置。
