Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 脈管内医療装置において、
近位端及び遠位端を備える長尺シャフトと、
前記長尺シャフトの前記遠位端に設けられたチップと、
前記長尺シャフトの前記近位端に隣接して設けられたセンサと、
前記センサと通信する信号処理システムと、を備える脈管内医療装置。 - 前記センサは音響センサ、微小電気機械システム音響収集センサ、接触マイクロフォン、圧電性マイクロフォン、触覚センサ、又は、それらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記センサは前記長尺シャフトの前記近位端に固定して取り付けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記センサは前記長尺シャフトの前記近位端に解放可能に取り付けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記センサは前記長尺シャフトに磁気的に連結されている、請求項4に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記信号処理システムは前記長尺シャフトに磁気的に連結されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記信号処理システムはディスプレイスクリーンを更に含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記信号処理システムは検定モードを更に含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記信号処理システムは前記センサとワイヤレスで通信する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記信号処理システムは前記センサで受け取られた一つ又はそれ以上の音波形を解析するよう設計される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記一つ又はそれ以上の音波形は一つ又はそれ以上の血管閉塞の特性に応答する、請求項10に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記一つ又はそれ以上の音波形は血管の冠血流予備量比(FFR)に応答する、請求項10又は11に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 血管閉塞の一つ又はそれ以上の特性を決定する方法であって、その方法は、
患者の血管を通って閉塞に近接する位置まで医療装置を前進させることを含み、
前記医療装置は、近位端及び遠位端を備える長尺シャフトと、長尺シャフトの遠位端に
設けられたチップと、長尺シャフトの近位端に隣接して設けられた音響センサと、を備え、
前記方法は、医療装置のチップを閉塞に接触させることと、
音響センサで音波形を受け取ることと、
音波形を閉塞の特性に転換することと、を含む方法。 - 信号処理システムは閉塞の特性に関する音波形及びディスプレイスクリーン上のディスプレイ情報を転換する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 医療装置のチップを閉塞と接触させることは医療装置のチップで閉塞を繰り返しタップすることを含む、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
