Abstract
Description
マトリックス材料は、繊維をそれぞれの位置に保持し、繊維間に応力を伝達して分配するマトリックスを構成する。さらに、マトリックスは、外部の機械的および化学的推論から繊維を保護する働きをする。繊維は、材料の強度を増加させ、前記強度は、マトリックスの繊維配向に依存して、方向依存性(異方性)または方向独立性(等方性)のいずれかである。
最初に述べたタイプの構造部材は、多数の技術製品における技術製品の構成部品として見出される。構造部材の製造に用いられる材料は、例えば、鋼、アルミニウム、チタン、他の金属材料、鋳物、プラスチック材料、木材、および/または他の材料を含む。
さらに、ベース要素は、繊維複合材料から製造され、繊維複合材料は、実質的にマトリックス材料および繊維を含むか、または繊維材料から実質的に構成される。繊維は、繊維方向が、使用される半製品によって決定されるように、予め製造された半製品として組み込まれることが好ましい。例えば、ベース要素の様々な位置での繊維配向の正確な方向は、限られた範囲でのみ決定可能である。
記載されているタイプの補強要素は、従来の材料を厚くすることと比較して、繊維複合材料の連続した繊維によってより高い剛性を利用することができるので、材料の使用量を少なくすることができる。したがって、材料の利用率の向上、軽量化、視覚的魅力の向上、および低コスト化の利点を実現することができる。
繊維複合材の1つの好ましい実施形態の場合、ベース要素の繊維は、織布、および/またはクロスレイド構造、および/または多軸クロスレイ構造、および/または刺繍、および/または不織材料、および/またはマット、および/または編組織物として、マトリックス材料内に配置され、繊維または補強要素は、繊維束として、好ましくはロービングとして存在する。
無機繊維は、例えば、ガラス繊維、玄武岩繊維、ホウ素繊維、セラミック繊維、または鋼繊維である。有機繊維は、例えば、アラミド繊維、炭素繊維、ポリエステル繊維、およびポリエチレン繊維(特に、ダイニーマ繊維のような高性能ポリエチレン(HPPE)繊維)である。天然繊維は、例えば、麻繊維、亜麻繊またはサイザル繊維である。
セメント、コンクリート、金属、セラミック、および/または炭素の使用は、言及された材料の特定の利点を利用することを可能にし、前記利点は、特に、引っ張りおよび/または圧縮力、前記材料の比重、および/または前記材料の加工能力に関するが、限定されるものではない。
繊維複合部材の好ましい実施形態の別の変形例では、ベース要素から離れて面する端部の補強要素は、接続要素を受け入れるためのベアリング面を有し、前記ベアリング要素は、孔の通過方向と直交する平面である。ベアリング面は、ベアリング面にワッシャを取り付けることができるように、孔の周囲領域の補強要素に組み込まれており、例えば、孔とワッシャの開口部とが同一の流路方向を有し、ワッシャの開口部からネジを孔内に導入することができる。ベアリング面は、好ましくは、スクリューヘッドを直接受け入れるために役立つ。あるいは、好ましくは、さらなる締結手段が、前記ベアリング面に支持された部分および/または領域を介して孔内に導入される。
本発明のさらなる態様によれば、最初に述べた目的は、マトリックス材料に埋め込まれた繊維を含む補強要素によって達成され、ここでは孔が補強要素を貫通しており、補強要素の製造において、孔は、孔に隣接する繊維が連続しているように、繊維およびマトリックス材料から構成される。
本発明のさらなる態様によれば、冒頭で言及した目的は、本発明の前述の態様による支持要素と補強要素とを含む構造部分によって達成され、支持要素と補強要素とが相互接続されており、孔が支持要素と補強要素を貫通している。
したがって、補強要素は、繊維/マトリックス要素として構成されたベース要素と共に有利に使用できるだけでなく、他の材料から構成された支持要素と共に使用することができる。支持要素および補強要素を有するこのタイプの構造部材は、多数の材料または材料の組合せがそれぞれ使用される可能性があるため、特に有利である。このような構造部材は、特に軽量構造でも使用することができ、小さい材料量にもかかわらず、ノッチ上の対応する補強要素により高い剛性を達成することができる。更なる利点の点で、繊維複合部材のそれぞれの記載も参照され、前記利点は、ベース材料以外の材料からの支持要素を有する構造部材に類似の方法で適用可能である。特に繊維複合部材に関連して記載された改良は、ベース要素とは異なる支持要素を考慮して、同様の方法で構造部材に適用される。
本発明のさらなる態様によれば、冒頭で述べた目的は、マトリックス材料に埋め込まれた繊維を含む一体的な繊維複合部材によって達成され、一体化された繊維複合部材は、少なくとも1つの局所的な材料の厚さが増した部分を有し、材料の厚さが増した位置にある孔は、一体化された繊維複合部材を貫通し、孔は、繊維とマトリックス材料とから繊維複合部材を製造する際に、孔に隣接する繊維が連続するように構成されている。
この文脈において連続的なことは、特に、一体化された繊維複合部材に含まれる繊維が切断されず、従って、分離面も有していないこと、特に、孔縁の領域内を走る繊維ではないことが理解されるべきである。繊維は、好ましくは孔の周り、特に孔縁の領域内で連続的に延びることが好ましい。さらに好ましくは、実質的に孔の周りの接線方向および/または孔縁に沿って接線方向に延びている。
本発明のさらなる態様によれば、冒頭で述べた目的は、タワー、ゴンドラ、およびロータを有する風力発電設備によって達成され、風力発電設備は、上述の繊維複合部材および/または上述の構造部材および/または一体化された繊維複合部材を提供することである。本発明によるこの実施形態の1つの特定の変形例において、本発明によるベース要素は、風力発電設備のハブに固定された空力ロータとして具体化される。
第1の孔は、さまざまな方法でベース要素に組み込まれる。その方法は、特に材料と第1の孔の断面に依存する。第1の孔の断面は、生産技術の可能性に照らして自由に選択することができる。この目的のために、例えば、ドリルなどの分離製造方法を用いることが好ましい。製造される第1の孔に隣接する繊維は、第1の孔が組み込まれることにより切断される。さらに、繊維端が特定される孔縁は、第1の孔の組み込みによって構成される。繊維端は、異なる断面を持つことができ、一方で、後者は、繊維の初期断面に依存し、他方で、孔縁における繊維の位置に依存する。
製造方法の1つの好ましい実施形態は、第2の孔を生成するためにプレースホルダが使用されることを提供する。繊維束が敷設される前、または繊維束が敷設されている間に、孔が形成された位置に、プレースホルダが配置される。補強要素の製造中の繊維束は、プレースホルダの周りに敷設される。プレースホルダは、好ましくは、製造される孔と同じ断面を有する。製造工程の終了時に、プレースホルダは、補強要素から除去される。プレースホルダの利用は、特に、寸法および形状に関して非常に高い精度を有する孔をもたらす。さらに、繊維束の敷設速度を加速させる可能性がある。
本発明に係る補強要素の製造方法およびその改良、その可能性のある改良は、前記方法および前記改良を、本発明に係る補強要素および前記補強要素の改良を製造するのに特に適した特徴を有する。よって、本発明の利点、実施形態の変形形態、および製造方法の実施形態の詳細およびそれらの改良形態に関して、補強要素の装置の対応する特徴に関する前述の説明も参照される。
一体化された繊維複合部材の製造は、繊維束、好ましくはロービングを敷設することによって行われることが好ましい。繊維束の敷設は、特に、孔が所定の位置に形成されるように行われる。よって、繊維束は、好ましくは機械的な後処理が必要とされないように、前記孔の周りに配置される。さらに、ロービング法で0°まで巻き取られることが好ましい。孔を生成するためにプレースホルダが使用されることが好ましい。
軸線に直交するように構成された孔の断面は、異なる幾何学的形状を有し、外部および/または内部力のために、応力状況に対応するように設計されていることができる。好ましくは、断面は、円形、好ましくは楕円形であり、さらに好ましくはスロットを有し、あるいは好ましくは3つ以上の角部を有する。特に好ましい変形例では、一貫した幾何学的形状および/または孔の軸方向全長にわたる一貫した寸法を有する。その代わりに、孔は、孔の軸方向長さにわたって可変形状および/または可変サイズを有することができる。
コストおよび/または審美的な面で、機械的応力状況、環境的な影響を考慮に入れた特定の要件を特に考慮するように、多数の異なる材料が、支持要素の製造に使用される。生産は、特に処理される材料によっても影響を受ける。支持要素への前記孔の組み込みにおいて、前記組み込みが、一般的には、前記孔の内部への組み込みの場合よりも複雑さが少なくて済むように実行されることにより、ここでの後者は繊維強化材料ではないことに注意すべきである。これは、特に、孔が減法的製造方法によって組み込まれる場合に当てはまる。
本発明の好ましい実施形態を添付の図面を参照して例示的に説明する。
本発明に係る繊維複合部材および構造部材は、風力発電設備100の各種部品に利用される。例えば、ロータブレード108は、繊維強化プラスチック材料から製造することができる。ロータブレード108は、図2、図3および図5に示すベース要素20の実施形態を表す繊維強化プラスチック材料から製造されることが好ましい。ロータブレード108は、ゴンドラ104に接続されなければならない。この接続は、補強要素を含むことができる。
図3(b)の断片の周囲の繊維端部2232は、第2の孔縁223における前記繊維24の位置に依存するが、この例示的な実施形態では円形である繊維24が繊維24の長手方向に直交する方向に切断されず、縦方向に関して前記繊維24の直交方向に対してある角度で切断されているため、楕円形に示されている。換言すれば、繊維24は、横方向に切断される。さらに、繊維24の直径のみが小さくなるように、繊維24が単にトリミングされる可能性がある。

前記孔(22)に隣接するベース要素(20)の繊維(24)は切断され、前記孔(22)に隣接する補強要素(23)の繊維は連続している、

ここに第2の孔が構成されるように、繊維(23)およびマトリックス材料(2221)から補強要素(21)を製造するステップと、前記第2の孔に隣接する繊維(23)が連続し、
