Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 対象の体の毛を切断するための毛切断装置であって、前記毛切断装置は:
毛の1つ又は複数の発色団によって吸収される波長に対応する1つ又は複数の特定の波長でレーザ光を生成する光源と;
前記光源に結合されて前記レーザ光を受ける光導波路を有する切断要素と、を有し、
前記光導波路の側壁の一部は毛に接触するための切断面を形成し、
少なくとも前記切断面において、前記光導波路は、毛の屈折率以下であり且つ皮膚の屈折率より高い屈折率を有する、
毛切断装置。 - 前記切断面における前記光導波路の前記屈折率は、1.48以上、オプションで1.50以上、オプションで1.51以上、オプションで1.52以上、オプションで1.53以上、オプションで1.54以上である、
請求項1に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記切断面における前記光導波路の前記屈折率は、1.56以下、オプションで1.55以下、オプションで1.54以下である、
請求項1又は2に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記切断面における前記光導波路の前記屈折率は、1.48−1.56の範囲、オプションで1.51−1.55の範囲、オプションで1.53−1.54の範囲にある、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記光導波路は、シリカ、フッ化物ガラス、リン酸塩ガラス、カルコゲナイドガラス、及び/又はクラウンガラスから構成される、又は、シリカ、フッ化物ガラス、リン酸塩ガラス、カルコゲナイドガラス、及び/又はクラウンガラスを含む、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記光導波路はコアを有し、前記切断面は前記コアの側壁の一部である、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記光導波路は、コアと前記コアを取り囲むクラッドとを有し、前記切断面は、前記クラッドの側壁の一部である、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記コアの屈折率は、前記毛の屈折率以下且つ前記皮膚の屈折率より高く、前記クラッドの屈折率は、前記コアの屈折率より低い、
請求項7に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記切断面は、前記光導波路の他の部分の前記クラッドより薄い前記クラッドの部分を有する、
請求項7又は8に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記光導波路は、D字型光導波路又は研磨された光導波路である、
請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記光導波路は、コアと前記コアを部分的に覆うクラッドとを有し、前記切断面は、前記クラッドによって覆われていない前記コアの部分を有する、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記光導波路の屈折率は、前記光導波路の光軸からの距離が増加するにつれて減少し、前記切断面は前記光導波路の他の部分より前記光軸からより短い距離である、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記光導波路の前記側壁の第2部分は、切断界面が毛に接触している間に前記対象の前記皮膚に接触するための皮膚界面を形成し、前記皮膚界面における前記光導波路の屈折率は、前記皮膚の屈折率より高い、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の毛切断装置。 - 前記光導波路は、コアと前記コアを部分的に囲むクラッドとを有し、前記切断面は、前記コアの側壁に形成され、前記側壁の前記第2の部分は前記クラッドの側壁に形成される、
