本实用新型提供一种用于激光脱毛设备的匀化光波导,尤其是一种可实现大面积激光传输并且保证光能量均匀的激光脱毛设备用光波导。其包括两个或两个以上两端面尺寸不同的楔形光波导,两个或两个以上的楔形光波导之间通过全等端面紧密接触连接,所述的两个或两个以上的楔形光波导之间相互紧密接触连接的全等端面间填加一片毛化处理的透明薄片;或者两个或两个以上的楔形光波导之间相互紧密接触连接的全等端面之一进行毛化处理或者全等端面均进行毛化处理。通过端面毛化或添加毛化薄片的方式,简单的实现了光在光波导传输过程中的匀化,从而保证治疗过程中激光能量的均匀性,能够有效防止由于能像不均匀导致的皮肤烫伤,提高治疗效果。该实用新型工艺简单,结构稳定,可广泛应用于激光脱毛设备。

背景技术
随着激光器技术向高技术应用领域的深入推广,对激光输出光束质量提出了更高的要求,在激光医疗领域,尤其是激光脱毛,对激光能量的均匀性要求很高,目前常用光学整形的方法达到激光匀化的目的,但是匀化的效果不高。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述背景技术的缺点,提供一种可实现大面积激光输出且保证光能量均匀的光波导,用于脱毛设备中。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案解决的: 
用于激光脱毛设备的匀化光波导,包括两个或两个以上两端面尺寸不同的楔形光波导,两个或两个以上的楔形光波导之间通过全等端面紧密接触连接,所述的两个或两个以上的楔形光波导之间相互紧密接触连接的全等端面间填加一片毛化处理的透明薄片;或者两个或两个以上的楔形光波导之间相互紧密接触连接的全等端面之一进行毛化处理或者全等端面均进行毛化处理。 
所述的楔形光波导是透明棒状体,该透明棒状体的横截面呈矩形或圆形 
所述的两个或两个以上楔形光波导短端面连接处外围用金属片包围固定。 
所述的金属片可以是铜、金或者其他。 
工作原理:激光从匀化光波导的一个端面射入,由于光波导材料折射率大于空气的折射率,故激光能够在光波导内传输,光波导侧面不漏光,激光经过毛化处理的界面后形成漫反射,从而在激光继续传输的过程中能像实现了匀化,匀化的激光最终经过匀化光波导的另一个端面输出,直接作用皮肤,达到治疗效果。 
本实用新型具有以下有益效果: 
本实用新型是在激光传输过程中对激光能量进行匀化处理,从而获得均匀的激光输出,在美容或治疗过程中,减少由于光能量不均匀带来的皮肤伤害以及提高治疗效率。 
本实用新型工艺实现简单,光学元器件耐高低温,耐振动冲击方面的能力大大提高,更加可靠。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细描述: 
参见图1本实用新型匀化光波导1包括两个楔形光波导2和3,所述的其中一个楔形光波导2的大端面与另外一个楔形光波导3的小端面全等,两个楔形光波导2和3之间的全等的两个端面紧密接触,两个楔形光波导之间相 互接触的全等端面之间填加一片毛化处理的透明薄片4。两个楔形光波导之间用金属片焊接固定。 
参见图2本实用新型的匀化光波导包括三个楔形光波导5,6,7,其中光波导6的小端面与光波导5的大端面全等,光波导5和6之间的全等的两个端面8紧密接触,光波导6的大端面与光波导7的小端面全等,光波导6和7之间的全等的两个端面9紧密接触,紧密接触的全等端面进行毛化处理。 
工作原理:激光从光波导的一端射入,经过毛化处理过的界面后,激光传输路径发生变化,从而获得了更加均匀的激光输出。

1.一种用于激光脱毛设备的匀化光波导,包括两个或两个以上两端面尺寸不同的楔形光波导,两个或两个以上的楔形光波导之间通过全等端面紧密接触连接,其特征在于:两个或两个以上的楔形光波导之间相互紧密接触连接的全等端面间填加一片毛化处理的透明薄片;或者两个或两个以上的楔形光波导之间相互紧密接触连接的全等端面之一进行毛化处理或者全等端面均进行毛化处理。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于激光脱毛设备的匀化光波导,其特征在于:所述的楔形光波导是透明棒状体,该透明棒状体的横截面呈矩形或圆形。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于激光脱毛设备的匀化光波导,其特征在于:所述的两个或两个以上楔形光波导端面紧密接触连接后,连接处外围用金属片包围固定。
