Claims (15)
- 方法であって、
反応物の導入のための少なくとも1つの入口および生成物の回収のための少なくとも1つの出口を含む、反応容器を提供するステップであって、前記出口は、前記容器内の物質の体積が少なくとも閾値体積であるとき、前記生成物の除去を促進するが、前記容器内の物質の体積が前記閾値体積を下回るとき、前記生成物の除去を促進しないように構築および配列される、ステップと、
前記容器内の物質の体積が少なくとも前記閾値体積にあるとき、前記生成物の所与の体積を前記容器から除去する一方、前記容器内の物質の体積が前記閾値体積を下回るとき、前記生成物の体積を前記容器から除去しないように、前記容器の内部の圧力を制御するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記容器内の物質の体積が前記閾値体積を下回るとき、前記容器の内部の圧力を制御し、前記容器から、閾値圧力を上回る圧力を解放するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- システムであって、
反応物の導入のための少なくとも1つの入口および生成物の回収のための少なくとも1つの出口を含む、反応容器と、
前記容器内の前記生成物の体積を判定するように構築される、センサと、
前記容器と流体連通する導管、および前記導管と関連付けられ、前記容器内の前記生成物の閾値体積を示す信号に応じて、前記容器から、閾値圧力を上回る圧力を解放する位置から、前記容器の内部に圧力を印加する位置に切替可能である、弁と、
を備える、システム。 - 化合物を晶析するための方法であって、
反応容器の空洞に、前記空洞に流体的に接続される第1の入口を通して、第1の流体を提供するステップと、
前記反応容器の空洞に、前記空洞に流体的に接続される第2の入口を通して、第2の流体を提供するステップと、
前記第1の流体および前記第2の流体を混合し、生成物を形成するステップと、
前記空洞内の前記生成物の体積を測定するステップと、
前記生成物の臨界垂直体積に到達したことに応じて、前記生成物の少なくとも一部が前記空洞と流体的に接続される垂直に配向された出口を通して受容容器に流動するように、圧力を前記空洞に印加するステップと、
を含み、前記空洞は、1L未満の体積を有する、および/または前記垂直に配向された出口を通した前記流体の流率は、前記流体中の生成物の沈殿率を上回る、方法。 - 前記受容容器は、第2の反応容器である、請求項4に記載の方法。

前記混合容器の空洞に、前記空洞に流体的に接続される第2の入口を通して、第2の流体を提供するステップと、
前記第1の流体および前記第2の流体を混合し、生成物を形成するステップと、
前記生成物の少なくとも一部が前記空洞と流体的に接続される垂直に配向された出口を通して受容容器に流動するように、圧力を前記空洞に周期的に印加するステップであって、前記空洞は、1L未満の体積を有する、および/または前記垂直に配向された出口を通した前記流体の流率は、前記流体中の生成物の沈殿率を上回る、ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - システムであって、
混合機構および空洞を備える、容器と、
前記空洞に流体的に接続される第1の入口と、
前記空洞に流体的に接続される第2の入口と、

- 前記容器は、逆溶剤晶析器を備える、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステムまたは方法。
- 前記容器内の温度は、動作の間、変化される、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステムまたは方法。
- 前記反応容器は、第1の反応容器であり、前記第1の反応容器と流体的に直列に接続される、1つまたはそれを上回る付加的反応容器を備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記容器は、第1の容器であり、前記第1の反応容器と流体的に直列に接続される、1つまたはそれを上回る付加的容器を備える、請求項7または8に記載のシステム。
