Claims (7)
- 噴射プレートに設けられた複数の貫通孔を通してフィルムの上面に粘性物質を供給することにより、前記フィルム上の複数の地点に前記粘性物質をスポッティングするステップと、
前記フィルム上にスポッティングされた粘性物質を引張するステップと、
前記引張された粘性物質を凝固させるステップとを含むことを特徴とするマイクロニードルの製造方法。 - 前記粘性物質をスポッティングする前に、前記フィルムと前記粘性物質との付着力が向上するように前記フィルムを表面改質するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルの製造方法。
- 前記表面改質は、プラズマ処理により行われることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマイクロニードルの製造方法。
- 前記スポッティングステップでは、前記噴射プレートを前記フィルムの上面に密着させた状態で前記粘性物質を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルの製造方法。
- 前記噴射プレートと前記粘性物質との間の接着力が弱くなるように前記噴射プレートが表面処理されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルの製造方法。
- 前記噴射プレートの貫通孔は、上端部から下端部へいくほど幅が狭くなるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルの製造方法。
- フィルム上に複数の貫通孔が形成されたマスクを配置するステップと、
前記フィルムをプラズマ処理して前記貫通孔に対応する位置のフィルムの表面を表面改質することにより、粘性物質との付着力を向上させるステップと、
前記表面改質されたフィルムを粘性物質に接触させてから引き離すことにより、前記表面改質された領域に粘性物質を付着させるステップと、
前記フィルムに付着した粘性物質を引張するステップと、
前記引張された粘性物質を凝固させるステップとを含むことを特徴とするマイクロニードルの製造方法。
