Description
Claims (9)
- 窒素化合物で水を富化するためのプラズマリアクタであって、
水容器と、
導波路によりマイクロ波生成器と接続されたプラズマヘッドと、
前記プラズマヘッド内に位置する第1端部と、前記水容器へと突出した第2端部とを有する石英管と、
ガスを前記石英管の前記第1端部へと導入し、これにより、導入された前記ガスが前記石英管の前記第2端部を通じて出て来るガスサーキュレータと、
前記石英管において放電を生成するために前記石英管内で前記プラズマヘッドへと挿入され、前記放電が生成された後に前記プラズマヘッドの外へ移動させられる放電生成ロッドと
を備え、
前記石英管の前記第2端部は、出口を含み、富化用の水が前記水容器に提供されると少なくとも前記出口が水に沈むように位置決めされ、
前記放電は、前記導波路を通じて前記マイクロ波生成器から供給されるマイクロ波場内の前記石英管においてもたらされ、これにより、前記石英管を通過した前記ガスが、プラズマ放電においてイオン化され、
前記出口は複数の穴を含み、これにより、前記ガスは、前記石英管の前記第2端部を離れる場合、気泡の形態で放出される、
プラズマリアクタ。 - 前記ガスサーキュレータは、富化用の水が提供された場合に前記水容器における水面の上からガスを引き込み、前記ガスを前記石英管の前記第1端部に向ける、
請求項1に記載のプラズマリアクタ。 - 前記水容器へと突出した振動伝導素子を有する振動生成器をさらに備える、
請求項1または2に記載のプラズマリアクタ。 - 前記振動生成器は超音波振動生成器である、
請求項3に記載のプラズマリアクタ。 - 前記出口はプレート状の形状を含む、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプラズマリアクタ。 - 前記石英管は、富化されるべき水の提供後、水に少なくとも30cm沈む、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプラズマリアクタ。 - 前記複数の穴は1mm未満の直径を有する、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプラズマリアクタ。 - 前記複数の穴は0.5mm未満の直径を有する、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプラズマリアクタ。 - 水容器を設ける段階と、
導波路によりマイクロ波生成器と接続されたプラズマヘッドを設ける段階と、
前記プラズマヘッド内に位置する第1端部と、前記水容器へと突出した第2端部とを有する石英管を設ける段階と、
富化用の水を、前記石英管の前記第2端部における出口が水に沈むような量だけ前記水容器に提供する段階と、
ガスサーキュレータによりガスを前記石英管の前記第1端部へと導入し、これにより、導入された前記ガスが前記石英管の前記第2端部を通じて出て来る段階であって、前記出口は複数の穴を含み、これにより、前記ガスは、前記石英管の前記第2端部を離れた場合、気泡の形態で放出される、段階と、
放電生成ロッドを前記石英管内で前記プラズマヘッドへと挿入する段階と、
マイクロ波場を、前記導波路を通じて前記マイクロ波生成器から前記石英管に供給する段階と、
前記石英管において放電を生成し、これにより、前記石英管を通過した前記ガスが、プラズマ放電においてイオン化される段階と、
前記放電が生成された後に前記放電生成ロッドを前記プラズマヘッドから取り外す段階と
を備える、窒素化合物で水を富化するための方法。
