Description

該生分解性洗剤組成物は、約3.60未満のpH値、約9.0〜約12.0の滴定酸度%、約14〜約16.5のHLB値、及び約73〜約79のE24値を有する。
炭素源としてのエネルギー源である培地を介して、少なくとも1つの出発培養プロバイオティック生物を発酵させる工程、
培地に乳化剤又は洗剤を発酵促進剤又は添加剤として添加する工程、
培地のpH値がひとたび約4.0に達したら、該培地に天然植物油を添加して、発酵産物を得る工程、
精油を、単独で、若しくは乳化剤又は洗剤と組み合わせて、発酵産物と混合する工程、及び
安定剤を、単独で又は発酵産物と組み合わせて添加する工程
を含み、ここで、
発酵は、pH、滴定酸度、HLB値、及びE24値が所望の値になるまで継続され、
乳化剤又は洗剤は、約0.05〜約0.15%の範囲で添加され、
天然植物油は、ブロスの全容積の約0.05〜約5%の範囲で添加され、かつ
安定剤は、洗剤組成物が安定化して長い貯蔵寿命を有するように、約0.5〜約3.0%の濃度で添加される。
試験結果
1.MALDI−TOFスペクトル解析
2つのマトリクス支援レーザー脱離/イオン化(MALDI)マトリクス、すなわち、α−シアノ−4−ヒドロキシケイ皮酸(CHCA)及びシナピン酸(SA)を実験に使用した。両マトリクスを、50/50アセトニトリル/水(0.3%トリフルオロ酢酸を含む)中、およそ10mg/mLで調製した。試料をCHCAマトリクス中、1/20希釈し、各希釈試料0.5μLをステンレス鋼MALDIプレート上にスポットした。分画分子量スピンフィルタを使用して、100μLの試料負荷で、3,000Da未満又は10,000Da未満のいずれかの試料成分を除去した。濃縮された高分子量試料(10μL)を1/30希釈して、各希釈試料0.5μLをステンレス鋼MALDIプレート上にスポットした。
表1に示されるように、別々の試験管内で、1.5mlの乳化剤を異なる比率のSpan80(HLB=4)と混合して生分解性洗剤組成物とすることによって、親水性−親油性バランス(HLB)値を生成した。27mlの蒸留水をすべての試験管に加えて、溶液を得た。該溶液に、HLB値が6の油1.5mlを加え、20秒間、振盪させた。試験管を24時間、インキュベートし、未知の試料についてのHLB値を、次式を使用して計算した:

一連の試験管に4mlの試料及び4mlのガソリンを取り分け、溶液を得る。溶液を2分間、ボルテックス攪拌し、24時間、静置する。E24は、乳化層の高さ(mm)を液柱の高さ全体(mm)で除算した商のパーセンテージとして与えられる。対照試験管には、3.5mlの水、0.5mlのTriton×100及び4mlのガソリンが添加される。
対照の平均値が67.27であり、試料が56.36であった場合、
乳化アッセイ(E24)=100/67.27×56.36=83.7
である。
滴定酸度は、所与の溶液の総有機酸含量である。試験される試料は、脱イオン水を用いて1:100の比(50mlのDI水中、0.5mlの試料)に適切に希釈される。20μl(2〜3滴)の1%フェノールフタレイン指示薬を希釈試料に加え、混合して、溶液を得る。溶液を、かすかなピンク色が得られるまで、0.1Nの水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)に対して滴定する。消費されるNaOHの量を書き留め、以下に示す計算に使用する。

生分解性洗剤組成物。 - 約1375.8m/z〜約2009.2m/zの範囲のピーク質量値を伴う、約513.1m/z〜約2847.7m/zの範囲のMALDI−TOF MSスペクトルを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生分解性洗剤組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の生分解性洗剤組成物を製造する方法であって、
エネルギー源、発酵促進剤、又は添加剤である培地を介して、少なくとも1つの出発培養プロバイオティック生物を発酵させる工程、
前記培地に、乳化剤又は洗剤を発酵促進剤又は添加剤として添加する工程、
前記培地のpH値がひとたび約4.0に達したら、該培地に天然植物油を添加して、発酵産物を得る工程、
精油を、単独で、若しくは前記乳化剤又は洗剤と組み合わせて、前記発酵産物と混合する工程、及び
