Description

The present invention relates to a medicine packaging machine that accommodates various medicines and automatically discharges and packs desired medicines according to a prescription or dispensing instruction. The present invention relates to a medicine packaging machine for collecting medicines by a medicine collection mechanism, and more particularly to an improvement of a medicine packaging machine in which an upper medicine collection mechanism of a medicine collection mechanism is housed in a medicine storage section containing a medicine feeder.

As a medicine packaging machine capable of packaging various medicines (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 7), a tablet packaging machine for packaging tablets, a powder packaging machine for packaging powders, and a mixture of tablets and powders. There are powdered tablet packaging machines that can be packaged separately, but most of them are a medicine storage section in which a large number of drug feeders are provided, and a long two-dimensional storage of drugs received in the input hopper. A packaging device that sorts and encloses in foldable wrapping paper, a drug collection mechanism that collects and discharges a drug discharged from an appropriate one of the above-mentioned drug feeders, and a dispensing instruction based on prescription information and the like. And a control device such as a computer for controlling the operation of the medicine feeder and the packaging device according to the above.

Among these parts, the tablet feeder is a combination of a medicine cassette capable of storing a predetermined medicine and a base part which detachably holds the medicine cassette, of which the latter base part mechanically engages the medicine cassette. It is equipped with a static member such as a seating member held by the like, and a dynamic member such as a motor for driving a medicine discharge rotary plate of the medicine cassette, and is often arranged on a shelf plate or the like. In the upper part, a cassette accommodation space is secured. Then, in response to the dispensing instruction, the control device causes the base portion of the medicine feeder for the medicine to be dispensed to perform a discharging operation. After being collected by the medicine collecting mechanism, it is guided into the input hopper of the packaging device, and is packaged by the packaging device in appropriate units, such as morning, day, night and night.

In the case of a medicine packaging machine in which a number of medicine feeders handling medicines such as tablets suitable for sequential discharge can be provided in a medicine storage section in a three-dimensional arrangement or the like (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3), the medicine feeders are arranged two-dimensionally. The medicine feeder storages that can be equipped with the medicine storage units are accommodated in the medicine storage unit in a state where they are arranged side by side, and at least an upper medicine collection mechanism among the medicine collection mechanisms is disposed between the medicine feeder storages (for example, see Patent Reference 1).
Then, when the medicine feeder storage is pulled out from the medicine storage section (for example, see Patent Document 2), a half of the upper medicine collection mechanism is exposed (for example, see Patent Document 3), and the inside of the upper medicine collection mechanism is cleaned. can do.

On the other hand, in the case of a medicine packaging machine in which the number of medicine feeders mounted is smaller than that (for example, see Patent Literatures 5 to 7), the form in which the depth is shorter than the vertical and horizontal lengths of the medicine storage unit is such as the detachment of the medicine feeder. It is practical because it is easy to use from the viewpoint.
In this case, since the cassette of the medicine feeder is attached / detached from the front of the medicine storage section, all or a part of the upper medicine collection mechanism of the medicine collection mechanism is arranged at the rear rear part of the medicine storage section avoiding the cassette. You. Therefore, cleaning of the upper medicine collecting mechanism of the rear rear portion is performed after removing the back plate of the medicine storage section and exposing the inner surface of the upper medicine collecting mechanism.

In such a medicine packaging machine, the upper medicine collecting mechanism is constituted by a so-called vertical split structure in which two vertical plates with side portions bent are disposed to face each other, and any of the vertical plates has workability and durability. It is customary to use stainless steel in consideration of the difficulty of contamination.
Therefore, the interior of the upper drug collection mechanism cannot be cleaned, such as wiped, unless it is opened by pulling the opposing vertical plate apart. It was difficult to visually confirm in advance whether the state had reached or was not.

In the case of a medicine packaging machine equipped with a large number of medicine feeders (for example, see Patent Literatures 1 to 3), it is suitable for a large pharmacy such as a large pharmacy and generally used frequently. Inspections can be carried out easily from the viewpoint of cost, and in the event of a problem, emergency inspections and the like are performed immediately. Therefore, it is not necessary to open the upper medicine collecting mechanism and visually check it before deciding whether to clean the inside of the upper medicine collecting mechanism.

On the other hand, in the case of a medicine packaging machine with a small number of medicine feeders (for example, see Patent Documents 5 to 7), it is suitable for small pharmacies such as small pharmacies with a small number of prescriptions, and is generally infrequently used or further varies. In addition, it is often costly to carry out inspections by a specialized maintenance worker at a desirable cycle, and the cost burden is heavy. Therefore, it is necessary for the user to determine whether the interior of the upper drug collection mechanism needs cleaning or even repair. In many cases, it is necessary to open the upper medicine collecting mechanism and visually check the inside prior to cleaning or the like.
Although the frequency of cleaning etc. is low, the frequency of visual confirmation is high.

However, in the case of a medicine packaging machine having a small number of medicine feeders (see, for example, Patent Documents 5 to 7), a complicated and robust structural portion (for example, pulling out a medicine feeder storage from a medicine storage together with an upper medicine collection mechanism) ( For example, Patent Literature 3) is almost unnecessary, and whether the half of the upper drug collecting mechanism is disposed immediately inside the back plate (for example, see Patent Literatures 5 and 6), or the back plate is the upper drug collecting mechanism. (See, for example, Patent Document 7), so that the inside of the upper medicine collecting mechanism is visually inspected by removing one of the upper medicine collecting mechanisms while having a simple and inexpensive structure. You can check.

However, since the upper medicine collecting mechanism is a relatively large one even though it is one-sided, the attaching / detaching operation is heavy for the user. In addition, when the upper medicine collecting mechanism is fully opened, dust or the like of the attached medicine is likely to soar, so that preparations for preventing and reducing the suction and dissipation of the medicine are burdensome for the user.
Therefore, in order to reduce the burden, it is a technical problem to realize a medicine packaging machine that can easily visually check the inside of the upper medicine collecting mechanism without opening the upper medicine collecting mechanism widely.

The medicine packaging machine according to the present invention (solution 1) is designed to solve such problems.
A medicine storage section equipped with a plurality of medicine feeders capable of accommodating and sequentially discharging medicines, and a medicine collection mechanism for receiving and discharging the medicine discharged from the medicine feeder and dropping the medicine under its own weight. An upper medicine collecting mechanism located beside the medicine feeder is disposed near an outer surface of the medicine storage section, and the upper medicine collecting mechanism also serves as an outer plate or a plate-like lid portion on the outer plate side. In the drug packaging machine that is designed to remove or open to expose the inside,
A viewing window capable of exposing a part of the inside of the upper medicine collecting mechanism is formed in the plate-shaped lid portion, and a window closing member for closing the viewing window is provided.

The medicine packaging machine according to the present invention (solution 2) is the medicine packaging machine according to the solution 1, wherein the upper medicine collecting mechanism discharges the medicine received from the medicine feeder into an internal space. The viewing window faces one or both of the lower portion and the lower portion.

Furthermore, the medicine packing machine of the present invention (Solution 3) is the medicine packing machine of the above solving means 1 or 2, wherein the window closing member is made of the same material as the plate-like lid portion, and the viewing window is provided. Can be opened.

In such a medicine packing machine of the present invention (solution 1), the upper medicine collecting mechanism, which is a part of the medicine collecting mechanism arranged in parallel with the medicine feeder, has a plurality of vertically extending medicine collecting mechanisms. If it is divided into two or more, assuming that at least one or more is disposed near the outer surface of the medicine storage section, such an upper drug collection mechanism that is closer to the outer surface will be internally opened or removed by opening or closing operation. The relatively large viewing lid is formed by forming a relatively small viewing window for the plate-shaped lid portion that exposes (ie, opens the upper drug collecting mechanism by operation). It is possible to easily confirm the inside of the upper medicine collecting mechanism by visual inspection if it is in the vicinity of the viewing window without any operation. In addition, by providing a window closing member that is smaller than the plate-shaped lid portion so as to close the viewing window, it is possible to easily and accurately prevent the inconvenience of the medicine jumping out of the viewing window.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a medicine packaging machine capable of easily visually observing the inside of the upper medicine collecting mechanism from the viewing window without opening the upper medicine collecting mechanism widely.

In the medicine packaging machine according to the present invention (solution 2), the medicine discharged from the medicine feeder is received by the upper medicine collection mechanism, and the medicine is discharged from the internal discharge port of the upper medicine collection mechanism. When released into the internal space, it frequently drops while interfering with the vicinity or lower part of the internal discharge port, so that the viewing window faces the main drug drop site. Even if the window is small, it is possible to accurately and visually confirm a portion where defects such as dust adhesion and damage are likely to occur.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a medicine packaging machine capable of easily and accurately observing an appropriate place inside the upper medicine collecting mechanism even if the viewing window is small.

Furthermore, in the medicine packaging machine of the present invention (solution 3), the same material as the plate-shaped lid portion is adopted as the material of the window closing member, so that the durability of the plate-shaped lid portion is also applied to the window closing member. In order to prevent the window closing member from being damaged or stained earlier than the plate-shaped lid part by giving characteristics such as hard and dirty, the window closing member can not only close the viewing window but also open it With this configuration, even if the window closing member is the same opaque as the plate-shaped lid portion, the inside of the upper medicine collecting mechanism can be easily visually checked by opening the small viewing window.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a medicine packaging machine in which the inside of the upper medicine collecting mechanism can be easily viewed from the viewing window and the material of the window closing member does not need to use any special material. Can be.

In addition, the medicine packaging machine 10 (see FIGS. 1B to 1D) collects the medicines discharged from the respective medicine discharge sections 12, 13, and 14 by dropping them under their own weights, and collects the medicines by the hopper of the packaging apparatus 15. And a medicine collecting mechanism 20 to be charged into the apparatus. The medicine collecting mechanism 20 includes an upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 incorporated in the medicine storage unit 11 and a lower medicine collecting mechanism 26 disposed below the medicine distributing device 13 below the medicine collecting mechanism 21. Made of steel.
Among them, the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 is located beside the many medicine feeders 12 to receive and collect medicines discharged from the many medicine feeders 12.

Further, the medicine packaging machine 10 (see FIG. 1) has a small number of mounted medicine feeders 12 (for example, see Patent Documents 5 to 7), and the arrangement of the medicine feeders 12 in the medicine storage unit 11 is not three-dimensional. It remains two-dimensional (for example, see Patent Documents 6 and 7).
The upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 is located behind the medicine feeder 12 in the medicine storage unit 11 so that the cassette attaching / detaching operation related to the medicine feeder 12 that is frequently performed can be performed from the front (see FIG. 1A). (See FIGS. 1 (b) to 1 (d)).

The upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 is relatively large, which is slightly smaller than the medicine storage section 11 in order to cover the mounting range of the medicine feeder 12, but is thin and flat at the front and back. Is formed into a hollow body having a lower constriction as if inverted (see FIGS. 1B to 1D), and is attached to and detached from the main body portion 22 fixed to the rear of many drug feeders 12 from behind. And a plate-like lid portion 25. In this example, the plate-like lid portion 25 also serves as a portion corresponding to the medicine storage section 11 of the back plate of the medicine packaging machine 10. In a normal state, a plate-shaped lid portion 25 is attached to the main body portion 22 so as to surround a side peripheral surface portion of a space of the interior 24 serving as a collection path for the dropped medicine (FIG. 1B). (See FIG. 2).

In addition, the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 can be detached from the main body part 22 in order to largely expose the inside 24 at the time of cleaning or repairing (FIG. 1). (D), see FIG. 4). Then, when the interior 24 is exposed, the main body portion 22 and the internal discharge port 23 look like a horizontal stripe pattern alternately arranged up and down corresponding to the multi-stage shelf of the medicine feeder 12 and the lower end of the main body portion 22 is collected. The upper end of the lower medicine collecting mechanism 26 can be seen when looking downward from the medicine drop discharge opening (see FIG. 1D). The internal discharge port 23 connected to the medicine discharge port of the medicine feeder 12 (see FIG. 4) is for discharging the medicine received from the medicine feeder 12 to the internal space (24). A large number are provided in an arrangement corresponding to the drug feeders 12 that can be performed.

Further, the medicine packaging machine 10 has only one viewing window 30 formed in the plate-like lid portion 25 (see FIGS. 1C and 3), and the window closing member 40 is attached thereto. (See FIGS. 1B and 2).
The viewing window 30 (see FIGS. 1C, 3 and 5B) mainly includes an opening 31 that can expose a part of the inside 24 of the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 and a window closing member. A rubbing portion 32 and an engaging portion 33 for easily holding the attachment 40 are also provided.

In the illustrated viewing window 30 (see FIG. 5 (b)), the opening 31 has a small rectangular shape that is long vertically, and the rubbing portion 32 has a protruding piece that is bent rearward from the left and right sides of the opening 31 so as to form a protruding piece. The engaging portion 33 is a notch formed by cutting the rubbing portion 32 obliquely downward.
When the viewing window 30 is attached to the main body portion 22 of the plate-like lid portion 25, the opening 31 faces both the internal discharge port 23 and the portion thereunder. It is provided in a part where it does. Then, when the opening 31 is opened (see FIGS. 1C and 3), the internal discharge port 23 and the main body portion 22 located beyond the opening 31 in the inside 24 of the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 are exposed. It has become.

The window closing member 40 (see FIG. 5A) is mounted on the viewing window 30 to close the opening 31 (see FIGS. 1B and 2), and is similar to the plate-like lid portion 25. Since there is a possibility that the medicine may come into contact with the plate-shaped lid portion 25, it is made of stainless steel of the same material as the plate-like lid portion 25 and is opaque. In order to quickly open the opening 31 of the viewing window 30 when the user wants to look in, the user can easily attach / detach to / from the viewing window 30.

Specifically, (see FIG. 5A), the illustrated window closing member 40 includes a flat plate-shaped closing portion 41 that fits perfectly and smoothly into the opening 31 and a pair of rubbing portions that are bent substantially at right angles from the left and right sides. The engaging portions 42, 42, engaging portions 43, 43 made of small screws and the like protruding near the upper and lower ends of the respective rubbing portions 42, A handle portion 44 connected to the members 42, 42.
In addition, the window closing member 40 and the viewing window 30 (see FIG. 5) have not only that the closing portion 41 corresponds to the opening 31 but also that the outer surfaces of the rubbing portions 42, 42 32, and the engaging portions 43, 43, 43, 43 correspond to the engaging portions 33, 33, 33, 33, respectively. In addition, at least one of the four engaging portions 43, for example, the upper right one, is gently grasped with a fingertip to rotate the shaft so as to move the head together with the screw portion with respect to the rubbing portion 42. Can be easily done.

The mode of use and operation of the medicine packaging machine 10 according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to the above-described drawings.

In a normal state in which the packaging operation is possible (see FIG. 1A), a plate-like lid portion 25 is mounted on the back surface of the medicine storage section 11 of the medicine packaging device 10, and a viewing window of the plate-like lid portion 25 is provided. A window closing member 40 is attached to 30 (see FIGS. 1B and 2). Then, while the packaging operation is repeated in the same manner as before, when the interior 24 of the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 becomes worrisome, the medicine packaging machine 10 stops operating when the medicine packaging machine 10 stops operating. Turning backward, the window closing member 40 is removed from the viewing window 30 of the plate-like lid portion 25. In this work, first, the upper right engaging portion 43 of the window closing member 40 is pivoted with a fingertip or the like to slightly separate the head of the engaging portion 43 from the rubbing portion 32 of the viewing window 30, and then the handle portion 44 is moved. By holding and pulling the window closing member 40 rearward or diagonally rearward, the operation can be easily performed, so that even a user who is not a specialized maintenance worker can easily perform the operation.

When the window closing member 40 separates from the viewing window 30, an opening 31 appears (see FIGS. 1C and 3), from which the inside 24 of the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 can be viewed. Although limited to the preceding part, the state of the main body part 22 and the internal discharge port 23 can be visually confirmed. Then, if it is known from the visual recognition that work such as cleaning of the inside 24 of the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 is necessary, the work is performed by removing the plate-like lid portion 25 (FIG. 1D, FIG. 4). Reference), since the load is heavy for the user, it is left to a specialized maintenance worker or the like.
On the other hand, if it is determined from the above visual inspection that cleaning or the like of the interior 24 is not yet necessary, the window closing member 40 is attached to the viewing window 30 to return to the original state, and the medicine packaging machine 10 is restarted.

Here, when attaching the window closing member 40 to the viewing window 30 (see FIG. 5), first, the upper right engaging portion 43 is axially rotated so that the head is appropriately separated from the rubbing portion 42, and then, The handle portion 44 of the window closing member 40 is grasped, and the closing portion 41 is slightly inserted between the rubbing portions 32, 32 of the viewing window 30, and the four engaging portions 43 are one-to-one with the opening portions of the four engaging portions 33. Then, the window closing member 40 is pushed down to the point where it enters, and the window closing member 40 is further pushed obliquely downward.
Then, all the engaging portions 43 are fitted exactly to the bottoms of the corresponding engaging portions 33, and the closing portion 41 closes the opening 31 exactly, so that the upper right engaging portion 43 is turned in the opposite direction to the above. By rotating the shaft and bringing the head closer to the rubbing portion 42, the rubbing portion 32 near the upper right engaging portion 33 is sandwiched, and the window closing member 40 is fixed to the viewing window 30.

Alternatively (see FIG. 5), first, the head of the upper right engaging portion 43 is appropriately separated from the rubbing portion 42, and then the handle portion 44 of the window closing member 40 is gripped to look at the lower end of the closing portion 41 through the viewing window 30. Are slightly inserted between the lower ends of the rubbing portions 32, 32, and the lower engaging portions 43, 43 of the window closing member 40 are aligned with the lower engaging portions 33, 33 of the viewing window 30. Then, the upper portion of the window closing member 40 is swung toward the viewing window 30 using the fulcrum as a fulcrum. When the upper engaging portions 43 reach the bottoms of the upper engaging portions 33, the closing portion 41 closes the opening 31 exactly. The window closing member 40 is fixed to the viewing window 30 by sandwiching the rubbing portion 32 near the upper right engaging portion 33 by approaching the window closing member.

By opening and closing the viewing window 30 of the plate-shaped lid portion 25 with the small window closing member 40 in this manner, the user can easily and quickly visually recognize the state of the inside 24 of the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 of the medicine packing machine 10. can do.
In addition, since the opening 31 of the viewing window 30 is much smaller than the plate-like lid portion 25, leakage of medicine dust and the like outside the machine is small.

Embodiment 2 A specific configuration of a medicine packaging machine according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the medicine storage unit 11 viewed from the upper left rear.
This medicine packaging machine differs from that of the first embodiment in that the number of the viewing window 30 is increased from one to two, and the window closing member 40 is also two. It has become. In the figure, the viewing window 30 is closed by the window closing member 40, and only the rubbing portion 32 is visible.
Since the number of the viewing windows 30 is plural, the visual check of the inside 24 of the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 may be performed by removing the window closing member 40 from one of the viewing windows 30. It is desirable to carefully remove the window closing member 40 from the above.

[Others]
In the above embodiment, the plate-like lid portion 25 of the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 is also used as a back plate (outer plate) of the medicine storage unit 11 portion. May be separate and disposed inside the back plate.
Further, in the above embodiment, the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 removes the plate-like lid portion 25 to expose the entire inside, but the plate-like lid portion 25 is limited to a detachable type. Instead, the opening / closing type using a hinge support or the like may be used. In this case, the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 opens the plate-like lid portion 25 to expose the inside 24. Further, the outer plate is not limited to the back plate, and may be any one of the left and right or both side plates.

Further, in the above embodiment, the portion of the inside 24 of the upper medicine collecting mechanism 21 facing the viewing window 30 has the internal discharge port 23 for discharging the medicine discharged from the medicine feeder 12 into the internal space, and the internal discharge port 23. However, the function of the viewing window 30 can be exerted as such if it faces either one, even if the other does not.
Further, the number of the viewing windows 30 is not limited to one or two as shown, and three or more viewing windows 30 may be formed. In any case, the installation site of the viewing window 30 is preferably a site that is close to the lower end opening where the density of the medicine that is likely to pass in the fall collection process is likely to be high and is easily visible.

Further, in the above embodiment, the same opaque stainless steel as the plate-shaped lid portion 25 was used as the material of the window closing member 40 from the viewpoint of emphasizing durability and resistance to dirt, but the viewing window 30 was not opened. From the viewpoint that the inside 24 can be visually confirmed, a transparent material such as plastic or tempered glass is preferable. If there is no dissatisfaction with workability, cost, durability, or resistance to dirt, a transparent material up to the plate-like lid portion 25 may be used.

Further, an opening / closing door or the like may be attached to the medicine storage unit 11 on the side where the medicine feeder 12 is mounted (for example, see Patent Document 4).
An opening / closing shutter may be provided in place of or in addition to such a door (for example, see JP-A-2013-59567).

The drug packaging machine of the present invention can be expected to have a high effect by applying a single drug feeder before and after (see the above embodiment and Patent Documents 7 and 6), but the application is limited to this. Alternatively, the present invention can be applied to a case in which a plurality of medicine feeders are arranged before and after (for example, see Patent Document 5).
