前記複数の支柱固定金具は、前記電柱の上部に、上下に間隔をおいて着脱可能に取り付けられ、取付時に上下方向に並んで配置される支柱取付部を有し、
前記支柱は、前記複数の支柱固定金具の支柱取付部に中心軸を回転中心として回動・固定可能に挿入され、
前記アームは、前記支柱から側方へ張り出し、先端部に滑車が設けられ、
前記ウィンチは前記アームの中間部に取り付けられ、
前記ワイヤーは前記ウィンチと前記滑車を介して前記電柱の上部と地上を連絡し、
前記ワイヤーを前記ウィンチで巻き上げることにより、前記ワイヤーに連結した前記電気機器を地上から電柱の上部へ吊り上げ可能であることを特徴とする電気機器の高所取付装置。
