Claims (29)
- 1つ又は複数の電気信号を提供するように構成される複数の電極部と、
前記複数の電極部の上に又はそれを覆って設けられる非導電材料とを備え、
前記1つ又は複数の電気信号が、(i)前記複数の電極部の少なくとも1つと前記非導電材料に近い若しくはそれと接触している導電性物体との間の、及び/又は(ii)前記複数の電極部の少なくとも1つと前記複数の電極部の少なくとも他の1つとの間の静電容量の変化に応答して提供される、センサ・デバイス。 - 前記複数の電極部が1つ又は複数の電極の少なくとも一部を形成する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の電極部の1つ又は複数が、熱成形可能な導電材料から形成される若しくはそれを含み、且つ/又は前記非導電材料が、熱成形可能材料から形成される若しくはそれを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の電極部の少なくとも1つ及び/又は前記非導電材料が、少なくとも部分的に、3次元形態を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の電極部の前記少なくとも1つが、少なくとも部分的に、平面形態を有する、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の電極部及び前記非導電材料が、1つ又は複数のユーザ対話領域を備えるように、任意選択で又は好ましくは成形によって、形成される、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記非導電材料が前記複数の電極部の上に又はそれを覆ってオーバー・モールドされる、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- それぞれの電極部間に間隙があり、
任意選択で又は好ましくは、前記非導電材料が前記間隙に更に設けられる、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記複数の電極部の1つ又は複数が、前記非導電材料に加えられる力又は圧力に応答して少なくとも1つの他の電極部に対して移動するように構成される、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電極部間の相対移動がそれらの間の静電容量の変化を引き起こす、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 力又は圧力が加えられると、前記電極部の1つ又は複数の移動が前記間隙を変化させる、請求項9又は10に記載のデバイス。

- 前記デバイスが、前記突出部の押し、引き及び/又はねじり移動を検出するように構成される、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 前記センサ・デバイスが、前記非導電材料に沿った導電性物体の移動に応答して前記1つ又は複数の電気信号の変化をもたらすように構成される、請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の電極部の少なくとも1つが、前記非導電材料に沿った導電性物体の線形及び/又は円形移動に応答して前記1つ又は複数の電気信号を提供するように整形及び配置される、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 少なくとも2つの隣接する電極部が、互いと接触してか接触しないでか、1つ又は複数の方向に重なり合うように構成される、請求項15又は16に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも2つの隣接する電極部が、互いとかみ合うように構成される、請求項17に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の電極部が1つ又は複数の中空及び/又は凹部を含んで、任意の2つの所与の点間の所定の抵抗をもたらし、任意選択で又は好ましくは、規則的配列を形成する複数の中空及び/又は凹部がある、請求項1から18までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の電極部の少なくとも1つが複雑形状及び/又は繰り返し幾何学パターンを含んで、任意の2つの所与の点間の所定の抵抗をもたらす、請求項19に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の電極部及び/又は前記非導電材料が、少なくとも部分的に、3次元プロファイル表面を有し、任意選択で又は好ましくは、前記電気信号が、前記非導電材料の前記表面にわたる前記導電性物体の移動に応答して変化する、請求項1から20までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記非導電材料が実質的に剛性材料、又は可撓性、変形可能若しくは柔軟材料から形成される又はそれを含む、請求項1から21までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の電極部が実質的に剛性材料、又は可撓性、変形可能若しくは柔軟材料から形成される又はそれを含む、請求項1から22までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記熱成形可能な導電材料が:導電材料を含むシリコーン・ゴム、導電性天然ゴム、及び導電性プラスチック材料の1つ又は複数である又はそれを含み、且つ/或いは、
前記非導電材料が、シリコーン・ゴム、天然ゴム、プラスチック材料、及び熱成形織物若しくは合成皮革の1つ又は複数である又はそれを含む、請求項3から23までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。 - 請求項1から24までのいずれか一項に記載の前記感知デバイスを製造する方法であって、
前記複数の電極部又は前記非導電材料を形成し、
前記複数の電極部又は前記非導電材料を覆って前記複数の電極部又は前記非導電材料の他方を形成するオーバー・モールド工程を含む、方法。 - 請求項1から24までのいずれか一項に記載の前記センサ・デバイスを使用して電気信号を感知する方法であって、選択的に導電性物体を前記非導電材料に近づける、それと接触させる及び/若しくはそれに沿わせること、並びに/又は選択的に前記非導電材料に力若しくは圧力を加えて、前記複数の電極部の前記少なくとも1つと前記複数の電極部の前記少なくとも他の1つとの間の相対移動を引き起こすことを含む、方法。
- 請求項1から24までのいずれか一項に記載のセンサ・デバイス、及び測定装置を備え、前記測定装置が、使用時に、前記センサ・デバイスから1つ又は複数の電気信号を受信するように構成され、前記測定装置が、或る期間にわたる前記センサ・デバイスからの前記1つ又は複数の電気信号を処理し、そして前記1つ又は複数の電気信号の変動又は特性から、導電性物体での前記センサ・デバイス上のタッチの位置、前記デバイスに沿った前記導電性物体の移動速度、前記導電性物体の移動方向、前記デバイスに及ぼされる前記圧力、及び/又は前記複数の電極部の少なくとも1つの、前記複数の電極部の別の1つに対する移動方向を決定する命令を含む、システム。
