Meanwhile, to detach the first cover 60, the bolts B connecting the locking members 9 and 10 with the hook members 7 are released. Even in this situation, the first cover 60 is temporarily disposed at an attachment position; therefore, the first cover 60 does not drop. Then, the first cover 60 is dislocated, and thereby the first cover 60 can be detached from the bottom surface of the conveyance vehicle 1. In other words, at the time of attaching/detaching the first cover 60, an operator for supporting the first cover 60 is not necessary; therefore, one operator can attach or detach the first cover 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

Description

The present invention relates to a transport vehicle, and more particularly, to a transport vehicle that can be attached and detached by a single worker.

12)。   The engine of the transport vehicle is provided with a cover that is opened to access the engine during maintenance. The covers of Patent Documents 1 and 2 are provided above the engine, and the cover of Patent Document 3 is provided on the side of the engine (Patent Document 1: Cover 20, Patent Document 2: Covers 18, 31, 41, Patent). Reference 3: Bonnet 12).

On the other hand, there is an engine maintenance cover provided at a lower portion on the radiator side of the engine. The maintenance cover is normally attached to the bottom surface of the transport vehicle to protect the engine and the radiator, and is removed from the bottom surface during the maintenance so that maintenance from the bottom surface is possible.

特開2000−104281号公報JP 2000-104281 A 特開2006−056326号公報JP 2006-056326 A 特開2017−051147号公報JP 2017-051147 A

However, since the maintenance cover is a single plate that covers the entire lower side of the radiator, it is large in size and heavy (about 20 kg), and it is difficult to perform the attaching / detaching work alone. That is, when attaching or detaching the maintenance cover, one person must support the cover and the other person must fasten or loosen the bolts, and the attachment work requires two or more workers. there were.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a transport vehicle that can be attached and detached by a single worker.

In order to achieve this object, a transport vehicle according to the present invention includes a cover that is detachably attached to a bottom surface, a hook member that is provided on the cover, and a bottom surface that is provided around the cover. A latch member that temporarily arranges the cover at the mounting position, and a coupling member that couples the latch member and the hook member to fix the cover to the mounting position on the bottom surface.

In order to attach the cover to the bottom surface, first, the hook member provided on the cover is hooked on the hook member provided on the bottom surface around the cover, and the cover is attached to the mounting position. Temporary placement. That is, the cover is supported by the retaining member. Next, the latch member and the hook member are coupled by the coupling member. Thus, the cover can be fixed to the mounting position on the bottom surface.

On the other hand, in order to remove the cover from the bottom surface, first, the connecting member that connects the hooking member and the hook member is removed. At this time, the hook member of the cover is in a state of being hooked on the hooking member, that is, the cover is temporarily placed in the mounting position, so that the cover is not dropped and is supported by the hooking member. From this state, the cover is shifted so that the latch by the latch member is released. As a result, the cover can be removed from the bottom surface.

Thus, when attaching and detaching the cover, the cover can be temporarily placed at the mounting position by hooking the hook member of the cover with the hook member. This eliminates the need for a worker who supports the cover, so that a single worker can perform the attaching / detaching operation of the cover.

According to the transport vehicle of the second aspect, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, the hook member is arranged from one side of the cover to the other side. Therefore, it is possible to improve the rigidity of the cover, to suppress the bending when the cover is attached and detached, and to improve the bonding strength of the hook member to the cover.

The phrase “from one side of the cover to the other side” does not necessarily mean “from the end of the cover to the end” but means “from the vicinity of one end of the cover to the vicinity of the other end”. That is, the hook member does not necessarily need to be formed from the end of the cover to the end, and may be formed from the vicinity of one end of the cover to the vicinity of the other end.

According to the conveyance vehicle of Claim 3, in addition to the effect which Claim 1 or 2 produces | generates, the hook member is formed in the side view reverse L-shape. Therefore, the cover can be latched by the latch member by a simple operation of shifting (sliding) the cover so that the latch member enters from the reverse L-shaped open side of the hook member. Moreover, since the hook member is formed in an inverted L shape, the opposite side of the open side is closed. Therefore, the cover can be easily temporarily arranged at the mounting position without excessively shifting (sliding) the cover.

According to the transport vehicle of the fourth aspect, in addition to the effect of any one of the first to third aspects, the cover is formed with a notch at a portion corresponding to the connecting position by the connecting member. Therefore, it can access from the notch and can easily connect the latch member and the hook member by the connecting member, or can easily release the connection.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1A is a side view of the transport vehicle 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1B is a front view of the transport vehicle 1.

As shown in FIG. 1, the transport vehicle 1 is a large transport vehicle having a vehicle frame 2, a cargo bed 3, a traveling device 4, and a cab 5. 1, arrow UD indicates the up-down direction of the transport vehicle 1, arrow L-R indicates the left-right direction of the transport vehicle 1, and arrow FB indicates the front-rear direction of the transport vehicle 1, respectively. The same applies to 5. The loading platform 3 is a platform that is disposed on the vehicle frame 2 and is used for loading a conveyed product. A plurality of traveling devices 4 are disposed below the loading platform 3 and are devices for causing the transport vehicle 1 to travel in response to a driving instruction from the cab 5. In this embodiment, the traveling devices 4 are arranged in six rows in the front-rear direction of the transport vehicle 1 and two in each row.

The cab 5 is a control room that is provided at each of the front end and the rear end of the transport vehicle 1 and that gives an instruction for raising and lowering the loading platform 3 and an instruction for driving and braking the traveling device 4 by an operator. The cab 5 and an engine E, a water pump P, a radiator R, and a cover 6 which will be described later are provided on the front end side and the rear end side of the transport vehicle 1, respectively. Only the driver's cab 5, the engine E, the water pump P, and the radiator R will be described.

Between the traveling device 4 adjacent to the cab 5, an engine E for traveling the transport vehicle is mounted. A water pump P for circulating the cooling water of the engine E is mounted on the front side of the engine E. Further, on the right side of the engine E and the water pump P, a radiator R for cooling the cooling water of the engine E is mounted. A cover 6, which is a member protecting the engine E, the water pump P and the radiator R, is detachably attached below the engine E, the water pump P and the radiator R and on the bottom surface of the transport vehicle 1. Here, the cover 6 will be described with reference to FIG.

FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view of the engine E and the cover 6 taken along the line II-II in FIG. The cover 6 includes a first cover 60 located on the left side and the front side of the cover 6, a second cover 61 adjacent to the rear side of the first cover, and the right side of the first cover 60 and the second cover 61. It consists of three covers with a third cover 62 adjacent in the direction. The second cover 61 and the third cover 62 are detachably attached to the surrounding vehicle frames 2 with bolts or the like.

The first cover 60 is provided near the lower portion of the engine belt Pb that transmits the power of the engine E to the water pump P. Since the engine belt Pb is a rubber belt and easily deteriorates, maintenance is performed regularly (for example, every month). In order to perform such maintenance, it is necessary to remove the cover 6 from the bottom side of the transport vehicle 1. However, the mass of the cover 6 as a whole is heavier than human power (about 20 kg) and is larger, so that the cover 6 can be removed. Requires multiple workers. For example, one worker needs to support the cover 6, and another worker needs to release the bolt B of the cover 6 and remove the cover 6. Furthermore, in order to attach the cover 6 after maintenance, it is necessary for one worker to support the cover 6 and for another worker to fix the bolt B to the cover 6.

Therefore, as will be described later with reference to FIG. 3, a hook member 7 (see FIG. 3) is provided on the first cover 60, and the hook member 7 is disposed on the second cover 61. 4) or the second hooking member 10 (see FIG. 5) disposed on the vehicle frame 2, and the first cover 60 is attached to the carriage 1 (hereinafter referred to as “attaching the first cover 60”). The first cover 60 can be attached by one person by temporarily connecting the first cover 60 after being temporarily arranged at “position”. Moreover, the removal procedure of the 1st cover 60 can also be performed by one person by performing the procedure contrary to the installation operation | work of the 1st cover 60. FIG. The hook member 7, the first hooking member 9, and the second hooking member 10 will be described with reference to FIGS.

3A is a top view of the first cover 60, FIG. 3B is a front view thereof, and FIG. 3C is a bottom view thereof. The first cover 60 is provided with the hook member 7 extending from one end to the other end in the length direction of the first cover 60 (that is, in the direction of the arrow FB). In the present embodiment, three hook members 7 are arranged along the depth direction of the first cover 60 (that is, the arrow LR direction).

As shown in FIG. 3B, the hook member 7 is a member formed by being bent in an L shape (that is, an inverted L shape when viewed from the side), and extends from one end side to the other end side of the first cover 60. It is comprised from the standing part 7a joined over and the upper surface part 7b joined to the upper end of the standing part 7a. Since the hook member 7 is joined from one end side to the other end side of the first cover 60, the rigidity of the first cover 60 in the length direction is improved and the bending of the first cover 60 in the length direction is suppressed. In addition, the bonding strength of the hook member 7 to the first cover 60 can be improved.

The upper surface portion 7b of the hook member 7 is a member for hooking to a later-described hooking member 9 or 10 (see FIGS. 4 and 5) when the first bar 60 is temporarily arranged at the mounting position. As shown in FIG. 3C, bolt holes 7c are provided in the vicinity of both end portions of the upper surface portion 7b. A nut 7d for connecting the hook member 7 and the latching member 9 or 10 is joined to the upper surface of the upper surface portion 7b at a position where the bolt hole 7c of the upper surface portion 7b is provided. The bolt hole 7c and nut 7d on one end side of the hook member 7 and the first hooking member 9 are fixed with a bolt B (see FIGS. 6 and 7), and the bolt hole 7c and nut 7d on the other end side of the hook member 7 are fixed. And the hook member 7 and the latching members 9 and 10 can be connected by fixing the 2nd latching member 10 with the volt | bolt B.

As shown in FIG. 3C, a notch 60a is provided in the first cover 60 at a position corresponding to the lower side of the bolt hole 7c and the nut 7d of the upper surface portion 7b of the hook member 7. The notch 60a is for accessing the bolt hole 7c and the nut 7d of the upper surface 7b of the hook member 7 from the first cover 60 side, and the size of the notch 60a is the bolt from the first cover 60 side. When attaching and detaching B, the size is set so as not to hinder the insertion and extraction of the bolt B and the fixing or releasing operation of the bolt B with a tool. Thereby, even when the worker attaches / detaches the first cover 60 from the bottom surface of the transport vehicle 1, the bolt hole 7c (and the nut 7d) of the top surface portion 7b can be easily accessed from the cutout portion 60a. The latch members 9 and 10 can be easily connected, or the connection can be easily released.

Although details will be described later with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7, when the upper surface portion 7 b of the hook member 7 of the first cover 60 is hooked to the hooking members 9 and 10, and the first cover 60 is temporarily arranged at the mounting position, The stop members 9 and 10 and the nut 7d of the hook member 7 communicate with each other. In this state, the nut 7d and the latching members 9 and 10 are fixed with bolts B (see FIGS. 6 and 7), whereby the hook member 7 and the latching members 9 and 10 are connected, and the first cover 60 is conveyed. It can be fixed to the car 1.

Next, with reference to FIG. 4, the 1st latching member 9 which latches the hook member 7 is demonstrated. 4 (a) is a top view of the second cover 61 on which the first hooking member 9 is disposed, FIG. 4 (b) is a front view thereof, and FIG. 4 (c) is a partially enlarged side view thereof. FIG. First, the joining member 8 is disposed on the end of the second cover 61 adjacent to the first cover 60, that is, on the front side of the second cover 61 (that is, the arrow F direction side). The joining member 8 is a member in which the bottom surface portion 8a and the standing portion 8b are joined in an L shape. The bottom surface portion 8a is a member joined over the front side of the second cover 61, and the standing portion 8b is a reinforcing rib for the second cover 61 joined over the rear end of the bottom surface portion 8a. . The standing portion 8b can improve the rigidity of the second cover 61 in the depth direction (that is, in the direction of the arrow LR). Thereby, the bending of the 2nd cover 61 at the time of temporary arrangement | positioning of the 1st cover 60 can be suppressed.

A first hooking member 9 for hooking the hook member 7 is joined on the bottom surface portion 8 a of the joining member 8. In the present embodiment, three first retaining members 9 are disposed along the front end portion of the second cover 61. As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the first hooking member 9 has an upright portion 9 a erected on the bottom surface portion 8 a of the joining member 8, and an upper end of the upright portion 9 a is reverse L-shaped in side view. The upper surface portion 9b is formed by being bent into a mold. Furthermore, the standing portion 9 a and the upper surface portion 9 b of the first hooking member 9 and the standing portion 8 b of the joining member 8 are joined.

As a result, the bonding strength between the first hooking member 9 and the bonding member 8 can be improved. Therefore, even if the hook member 7 is hooked on the upper surface portion 9b of the first hooking member 9, the first hooking is performed. The hook member 7 can be supported without impairing the shape of the stop member 9. Further, the first hooking member 9 is joined on the joining member 8. Therefore, after joining the three first latching members 9 on the joining member 8 and simply joining the joining member 8 to the second cover 61, the three first latching members 9 are once moved to an appropriate position. Can be arranged.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4C, the upper surface portion 9b of the first hooking member 9 extends outward from the end of the second cover 61, and the extended portion includes a bolt B (FIG. 6, FIG. 6). 7) is provided with a bolt hole 9c. The position of the bolt hole 9c is a position that communicates with the bolt hole 7c and the nut 7d of the upper surface portion 7b of the hook member 7 when the first cover 60 is hooked on the first hooking member 9 and temporarily disposed at the mounting position. It is said. In the present embodiment, the upper surface portion 9b of the first hooking member 9 is extended outward from the end of the second cover 61, and the bolt hole 9c is provided in the extended portion. This is because the bolt hole 7 c and the nut 7 d (see FIG. 3) of 7 b are provided near one end and the other end of the first cover 60, that is, inside the end of the first cover 60. As a result, the first cover 60 and the second cover 61 do not interfere with each other, and the first cover 60 can be temporarily placed at the attachment position by hooking the first cover 60 to the second cover 61.

Next, the 2nd latching member 10 which latches the hook member 7 is demonstrated with reference to FIG. FIG. 5A is a top view of the vehicle frame 2 on which the second hooking member 10 is disposed, and FIG. 5B shows the vehicle frame 2 along the Vb-Vb cross-sectional line in FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a second hooking member 10.

A second hooking member 10 for hooking the hook member 7 is disposed on the vehicle frame 2 adjacent to the front side of the first cover 60 (that is, the arrow F direction side). Bolt holes 10a and bolt holes 10b are provided on the front and rear sides of the second hooking member 10, respectively. By connecting a bolt hole 10a on the front side of the second latching member 10 and a hole (not shown) provided in the vehicle frame 2 and fixing with a nut 12 and a bolt 11, the second latching member 10 is a vehicle. It is fixed to the frame 2.

On the other hand, the bolt hole 10b on the rear side of the second hooking member 10 is a bolt on the upper surface portion 7b of the hook member 7 when the first cover 60 is hooked on the second hooking member 10 and temporarily disposed at the mounting position. It is provided at a position communicating with the hole 7c and the nut 7d. Further, the bolt hole 10 b on the rear side of the second hooking member 10 is provided on the rear side of the vehicle frame 2. Thereby, the 1st cover 60 can be latched by the 2nd latching member 10, and can be temporarily arrange | positioned in an attachment position, without the 1st cover 60 and the vehicle frame 2 interfering.

The first cover 60 can be attached to the transport vehicle 1 by hooking the hook member 7 described above on the hooking members 9 and 10 and connecting them. Here, the attachment of the first cover 60 to the bottom surface of the transport vehicle 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 6A is a diagram illustrating a state in which the hook member 7 is hooked to the first hooking member 9, and FIG. 6B is a diagram illustrating the hook member 7 to the attachment position of the first hooking member 9. FIG. 6 (c) is a diagram showing a state in which the hook member 7 is temporarily arranged at the mounting position of the first hooking member 9, and FIG. 6 (d) is a diagram showing the state of sliding. It is the figure which showed a mode that the member 7 and the 1st latching member 9 were connected. FIG. 7A is a view showing a state in which the hook member 7 is hooked to the second hooking member 10, and FIG. 7B is a diagram illustrating how the hook member 7 is attached to the second hooking member 10. FIG. 7C is a diagram showing a state in which the hook member 7 is temporarily arranged at the mounting position of the second hooking member 10, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a view showing a state in which a hook member 7 and a second hooking member 10 are connected.

7(b))。   First, in order to attach the first cover 60 to the bottom surface of the transport vehicle 1, the first cover 60 is lifted in the direction of the arrow in FIGS. 6 (a) and 7 (a), and the upper surface portion 9b of the first hooking member 9 and The upper surface portion 7b of the hook member 7 is hooked on the second hooking member 10 (FIGS. 6B and 7B).

Next, the hook member 7 is hooked on the first hooking member 9 and the second hooking member 10, and the first cover 60 is placed in the direction in which the hooking members 9 and 10 are disposed (FIG. 6B). ), The direction of the arrow in FIG. 7B), that is, the bolt hole 7c, the bolt hole 9c, and the nut 7d are shifted (slid) so as to communicate with each other. Thereby, the 1st cover 60 is temporarily arrange | positioned to an attachment position (FIG.6 (c), FIG.7 (c)). At this time, since the first cover 60 is hooked on the second cover 61 and the vehicle frame 2, an operator positioned on the bottom surface of the transport vehicle 1 supports the position of the first cover 60 while supporting the first cover 60. Since there is no need to adjust, such position adjustment can be performed by one person.

By the way, when the first cover 60 is continuously shifted in the direction of the arrow in FIGS. 6B and 7B, the standing portion 7a of the hook member 7 and the first latching member 9 come into contact with each other. Thereby, since the sliding amount of the 1st cover 60 is restrict | limited, it can suppress that it shift | deviates excessively from the attachment position of the 1st cover 60. FIG.

Then, after the first cover 60 is temporarily arranged at the mounting position, the bolt B is inserted from the cutout portion 60a side of the first cover 60, and the first hooking member 9 and the hook member 7 are fastened (FIG. 6D). ), FIG. 7 (d)). With this notch 60a, even from the bottom surface side of the transport vehicle 1, the latch members 9 and 10 can be easily accessed and the bolt B can be inserted. Furthermore, since the first cover 60 is hooked to the second cover 61 and the vehicle frame 2, it is not necessary to insert the bolt B while supporting the first cover 60 when the bolt B is inserted. That is, the bolt B can be inserted alone.

In addition, when removing the 1st cover 60, the procedure reverse to FIG. 6, FIG. 7 demonstrated above is performed. First, in FIG. 6 (d) and FIG. 7 (d), the bolt B is removed (FIG. 6 (c) and FIG. 7 (c)). Even if the bolt B is pulled out, the first cover 60 is retained by the second cover 61 and the vehicle frame 2, so that the first cover 60 is supported by the retaining members 9 and 10 without falling. Therefore, the bolt B can be extracted without another first worker supporting the first cover 60. Then, the first cover 60 is shifted in the direction opposite to the position where the latching members 9 and 10 are disposed, that is, in the opposite direction of the arrows in FIGS. 6B and 7B. And the second cover 61 and the vehicle frame 2 are released (FIG. 6B, FIG. 7B). Accordingly, the first cover 60 can be removed from the bottom surface of the transport vehicle 1.

As described above, in the transport vehicle 1 according to the present embodiment, when the first cover 60 is attached or detached, the first cover 60 is temporarily placed at the mounting position by hooking the hook member 7 to the hooking members 9 and 10. can do. Therefore, since the worker who supports the first cover 60 is not necessary, the work of attaching and detaching the first cover 60 can be performed by one worker.

Although the present invention has been described based on the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various improvements and modifications can be easily made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Can be inferred.

In the above embodiment, the cover 6 is composed of three covers: the first cover 60, the second cover 61, and the third cover 63. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto, and may be configured by only the first cover 60 or may be configured by the first cover 60 and the second cover 61 according to the size and mass of the cover 6. . Alternatively, four or more covers including the first cover 60 may be used. In particular, even when the cover 6 is composed of only the first cover 60, the first cover 60 can be temporarily arranged at the mounting position by the hook member 7 and the latching members 9 and 10. The attaching and detaching work of the cover 60 (that is, the cover 6) can be performed by one worker.

In the said embodiment, it was set as the structure which fixes the 1st cover 60 to the conveyance vehicle 1 by fixing the hook member 7 and the latching members 9 and 10 with the volt | bolt B. FIG. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. Instead of the hook member 7 and the latching members 9 and 10, other lock mechanisms such as an adjustment handle, a roller catch or a magnet are used as the first cover 60 and the second cover 61. Or it is good also as a structure which arrange | positions in the vehicle frame 2 and fixes the 1st cover 60 and the conveyance vehicle 1 by these.

In the said embodiment, it was set as the structure by which the hook member 7 and the latching members 9 and 10 are each arrange | positioned three. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. Depending on the size, mass, shape, and the like of the first cover 60, these may be composed of two or less, or may be composed of four or more.

In the said embodiment, the hook member 7 is the structure arrange | positioned from the one end part in the length direction of the 1st cover 60 to the other end part, ie, the length direction of the hook member 7 and the 1st cover 60. The length is the same. However, the length is not necessarily limited to this, and the length of the hook member 7 in the length direction may be shorter or longer than the length of the first cover 60 in the direction. Further, the hook member 7 is not limited to be disposed over the length direction of the first cover 60, and the hook member 7 may be disposed only at both ends in the length direction of the first cover 60. good. The hook member 7 will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the part same as embodiment mentioned above, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

FIG. 8A is a top view of the first cover 60 in a modified example. As shown in FIG. 8 (a), the hook member 7 in the modified example has a first upper surface portion 7b1 joined to the front end side of the standing portion 7a instead of the upper surface portion 7b, and a rear portion of the standing portion 7a. The second upper surface portion 7b2 is joined to the end side. The width of the first upper surface portion 7b1 and the second upper surface portion 7b2 in the front-rear direction is such that the first hook member 9 and the second hook member 10 can be hooked stably. Also, a bolt hole 7c (not shown) and a nut 7d are provided at the front end portion of the first upper surface portion 7b1 and the rear end portion of the second upper surface portion 7b2, similarly to the upper surface portion 7b.

Thereby, compared with the case where the upper surface part 7b is joined over the other end side from the one end side of the 1st cover 60, the mass of the hook member 7 can be reduced and also the manufacturing cost of the hook member 7 can also be reduced. Further, not only the first upper surface portion 7b1 and the second upper surface portion 7b2 of the hook member 7, but also the standing portion 7a of the first cover 60 is aligned with the first upper surface portion 7b1 and the second upper surface portion 7b2, so that the first cover 60 is provided. It is good also as a structure joined only to the front end and rear end vicinity.

In the said embodiment, the hook member 7 was comprised from the standing part 7a and the upper surface part 7b. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, and a configuration in which a stopper 7e is further joined to the side of the upper surface portion 7b opposite to the standing portion 7a may be employed. The stopper 7e will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the part same as embodiment mentioned above, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

FIG. 8B is a front view of the first cover 60 in the modification. As shown in FIG. 8B, a stopper 7e is suspended from the upper surface portion 7b opposite to the standing portion 7a, that is, at the left end of the upper surface portion 7b. Specifically, the left end of the upper surface portion 7b and the upper end of the stopper 7e are joined, and although not shown, the stopper 7e is joined from the front end to the rear end of the upper surface portion 7b.
