Claims (8)
- 第1磁心部と、
前記第1磁心部に設けられた第1信号線と、
前記第1磁心部の一端に対して固定されて、前記第1信号線に対して電気的に接続された第1接点と、
第2磁心部と、
前記第2磁心部に設けられた第2信号線と、
前記第2磁心部の一端に対して固定されて、前記第2信号線に対して電気的に接続された第2接点と、
導体コイルを含み、当該導体コイルに電流を流すことで前記第1磁心部および前記第2磁心部に対して磁界を印加する磁界印加部と、
を備え、
前記磁界印加部による磁界の印加の有無により、前記第1接点が変位し、
前記第1接点の変位に伴って、前記第1接点と前記第2接点との接続および切断が切り替わる、磁気作動型MEMSスイッチ。 - 前記第1磁心部は、前記第1接点が固定される前記一端と、前記一端とは逆の他端との間に、前記一端がその延在方向に対して交差する方向の外力に対して可撓性を有する可撓磁心部を有している、請求項1に記載の磁気作動型MEMSスイッチ。
- 前記磁界印加部による磁界の印加の有無により、前記第2接点が変位し、
前記第1接点および前記第2接点の変位に伴って、前記第1接点と前記第2接点との接続および切断が切り替わる、請求項1または2に記載の磁気作動型MEMSスイッチ。 - 前記第2磁心部は、前記第2接点が固定される前記一端と、前記一端とは逆の他端との間に、前記一端がその延在方向に対して交差する方向の外力に対して可撓性を有する可撓磁心部を有している、請求項3に記載の磁気作動型MEMSスイッチ。
- 前記第1接点および前記第2接点は、前記磁界印加部による磁界の印加が無い場合には離間し、前記磁界印加部による磁界の印加が有る場合に電気的に接続する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の磁気作動型MEMSスイッチ。
- 前記第1接点および前記第2接点は、前記磁界印加部による磁界の印加が有る場合には離間し、前記磁界印加部による磁界の印加が無い場合に電気的に接続する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の磁気作動型MEMSスイッチ。
- 前記第1磁心部が、前記第1信号線、または、前記第1信号線および前記第1接点としての機能を有している、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の磁気作動型MEMSスイッチ。
- 前記第2磁心部が、前記第2信号線、または、前記第2信号線および前記第2接点としての機能を有している、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の磁気作動型MEMSスイッチ。
