Abstract
Description
まず、30番単糸の太さの綿と、40番単糸の太さの導電性繊維(日本蚕毛染色社製、サンダーロン(登録商標))を用い、縦糸側及び横糸側それぞれにおいて、導電性繊維を8mm幅で織り込むとともに、8mm間隔をあけて格子状に織り込み、更に、3.5mmのパイル長としてパイル糸を織り込みタオル生地を作製し、更に、導電性繊維を織り込まず多数の縦糸及び横糸を織り込んだガーゼ生地と二重生地のタオルを作成した。なおこの生地の面積は140cm×200cmとした。この作製したタオルの写真図を図4に示す。
Claims (6)
- 多数の縦糸と、
前記多数の縦糸と交差して織り込まれる多数の横糸と、を有する織物生地であって、
前記多数の縦糸及び多数の横糸の少なくとも一方の一部が導電性繊維である織物生地。 - 前記多数の縦糸及び前記多数の横糸の少なくとも一方に交差して織り込まれる多数のパイル糸を有する請求項1記載の織物生地。
- 前記導電性繊維は、基礎繊維の周囲に皮膜として導電性物質が形成されたものである請求項1記載の織物生地。
- 前記導電性繊維は、7mm以上9mm以下の幅で、所定の間隔をあけて前記多数の縦糸及び前記多数の横糸において織り込まれている請求項1記載の織物生地。
- 前記導電性繊維間の前記縦糸及び前記横糸は、綿及び麻の少なくともいずれかである請求項1記載の織物生地。
- 多数の縦糸と、
前記多数の縦糸と交差して織り込まれる多数の横糸と、を有する織物生地であって、
前記多数の縦糸及び多数の横糸の少なくとも一方の一部が導電性繊維である織物生地を用いた織物製品。
