本发明涉及一种微毛导电类肤触感面料，包括触肤层（1），触肤层外依次设有支撑层（2）、导汗层（3）和外层（4），所述支撑层（2）采用棉纤维织成。所述触肤层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种微毛导电织物，包含浸渗有通过苯胺和氧化剂过二硫酸铵在酸性介质中的原位化学聚合提供的导电聚苯胺聚合物的织物。本发明触感良好，透气效果好，排汗效果佳。本发明微毛导电。

微毛导电类肤触感面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及类肤触感面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着纺织技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高，人们对纺织品的需求已经不再仅仅局限于舒适、保暖、御寒，而是趋向于对产品外观的美化及织物的功能等方面的需求。服装面料有直接接触皮肤类和非接触皮肤类，直接接触皮肤类的面料，安全程度较高，夏季的服装和内衣多采用直接接触皮肤类的标准制造，但是由于直接接触皮肤类的面料，普通材质对皮肤会有一定程度的刺激，尤其化纤材料更是过敏源，长久穿着，皮肤触感差，不亲和皮肤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种触感良好，类似于皮肤接触的面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种微毛导电类肤触感面料，包括触肤层，所述触肤层外依次设有支撑层、导汗层和外层，所述触肤层与支撑层采用聚氨酯胶固定，所述导汗层与支撑层和外层采用缝合固定；所述触肤层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用聚酯纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用大豆蛋白纤维织成；所述支撑层采用棉纤维织成；所述导汗层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用苎麻纤维织成，所述第二纬纱采用亚麻纤维织成；所述外层采用三维网格超细纤维基布织成。所述触肤层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种微毛导电织物，包含浸渗有通过苯胺和氧化剂过二硫酸铵在酸性介质中的原位化学聚合提供的导电聚苯胺聚合物的织物。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
触肤层与皮肤直接接触，
触感良好，面料整体透气效果好，排汗效果佳，对于长期贴身穿着，类似于皮肤触感，不产生过敏及排斥。
本发明所得到的电导率类似于/或优于人体的电导率，并且在导电织物中所获得的电导率遍及导电织物的整个厚度，并且由该导电织物制成的手套适合于满足用于通过接触来操作电子器件的电导率需要。
