Description

The present invention relates to a decorative resin molded body.

In recent years, resin molded bodies that display excellent designs, that is, decorative resin molded bodies, have been desired in various fields such as small electronic devices such as mobile phones and small information terminals, household appliances, and vehicle interior products. It is rare. For example, by setting the surface to a black mirror surface, a decorative resin molded body displaying a deep black color called a piano black color can be obtained. Even when the surface of the decorative resin molded body is a color other than black, it is the same in that a deep color can be displayed by using a mirror surface.
In order to display the piano black color on the decorative resin molded body, various paints and resin compositions, methods for molding the resin molded body, and the like have been proposed (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3).

By the way, when the surface of the resin molded body is not a mirror surface, the surface appears to be a faded white-brown color and cannot be seen as a deep color as described above. Even if an attempt is made to make the surface of the resin molded body a mirror surface, if there are many or large scratches at the time of manufacture or use, the surface of the resin molded body will no longer be a mirror surface, and will appear to have a thin color with no depth. That is, even if a resin molded body having a mirror surface is manufactured by the various methods described above, the desired visual effect cannot be obtained if the surface is damaged. Therefore, there is a demand for a decorative resin molded body that is hard to be damaged and can display a deep color.

Hereinafter, the decorative resin molded body of the present invention will be described in detail.
Unless otherwise specified, the numerical range “x to y” described in this specification includes the lower limit x and the upper limit y. The numerical range can be configured by arbitrarily combining these upper limit values and lower limit values and the numerical values listed in the embodiment. Furthermore, numerical values arbitrarily selected from the numerical value range can be used as upper and lower numerical values.

The decorated resin molded body of the present invention is a resin molded body having a decorated region on the surface. The decorative region in the decorative resin molded body of the present invention has a mirror-like gloss portion, and displays a deep color derived from the gloss of the gloss portion. The decoration area may display the above-described piano black color or a color other than black. Moreover, the part other than the decoration area | region in a decorative resin molding, for example, the back surface of a decorative resin molding, may be what kind of color, and the shape is not specifically limited. The material of the decorative resin molded body of the present invention is not particularly limited, and the gloss portion may be composed of a resin, or may be composed of a coating layer formed by coating on the resin.

In addition, the mirror surface here means that a so-called gloss value is high. More specifically, a surface in which the 60-degree specular gloss G S 60 according to JIS Z 8741-1997 is 80% or more is defined as a mirror surface in the present invention. In order to display a deep color such as piano black color by the gloss part, it is considered that 60 degree specular gloss G S 60 is better. However, for example, when producing a decorative resin molded article only by molding regardless of the processing of coating or the like, that is, in the production of decorated resin molded article in a so-called material wear resin molding, the gloss portion G S It is difficult to make 60 a high value. When manufacturing a decorative resin molding by material resin molding, in reality, the G S 60 of the gloss part is considered to be in the range of 80 to 95%, and more preferably in the range of 85 to 90%. . Of course, since the decorative resin molded body of the present invention is not limited to the one formed by resin molding, the G S 60 of the gloss part may exceed 95%.

The decoration region is composed of a gloss portion and a projection portion, and is formed in a repeated pattern in which the gloss portion and the projection portion are alternately arranged. Of these, the gloss portion is mirror-like and flat as described above. On the other hand, the protruding portion protrudes more to the front side than the gross portion. More specifically, the protruding end of the protrusion is located on the front side of the gloss part.
The decorative region includes a plurality of protrusions that protrude to the front side, and a plurality of gloss portions that are flat and are located on the back side (or the back side) of the protrusions between the protrusions. It can be said that it is composed.

It is thought that various people and objects including the user touch the decorative resin molded body. At this time, if the gloss portion of the decorative resin molded body is strongly rubbed or scratched and damaged, the gloss of the gloss portion may be lost, and a deep color may not be displayed.
In this invention, a gloss part is arrange | positioned between protrusion parts and a user's contact to the gloss part is inhibited by a protrusion part. For this reason, damage to the gloss portion can be suppressed, and a deep color can be displayed and maintained by the gloss portion.

In the present invention, the width Wg of the gloss portion, the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion, and the width Wp of the protrusion satisfy the following [a] to [c].
[A] The width Wg of the gloss part is 3000 μm or less.
[B] The protrusion height Hp of the protrusion is in the range of 40 μm to 100 μm.
[C] A value Wp / Hp obtained by dividing the width Wp of the protrusion by the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion is in the range of 0.2 to 0.5.

The above [a] to [c] will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS.

First, as shown in FIG. 10, the width Wg of the gloss portion 2 means the length between two adjacent protrusions 3. The width Wp of the protrusion 3 means the length between two adjacent gloss portions 2. The protruding height Hp of the protruding portion 3 means the distance from the gloss portion 2 to the protruding end 3t of the corresponding protruding portion 3. The decorative region 10 means a region where the gloss portions 2 and the protrusions 3 are alternately arranged, and a repeated pattern is formed by the gloss portions 2 and the protrusions 3.

The decoration region 10 includes a plurality of gloss portions 2. The shape of each gloss part 2 may be the same or different. For example, the gloss portions 2 may be flush with each other or may be at different positions in the front-back direction of the decorative resin molded body 1. Furthermore, each gloss part 2 should just be a flat surface, and may incline toward the front-back direction of the decorative resin molding 1. In this case, it is preferable that the gloss portions 2 are parallel in order to sufficiently bring out the gloss derived from the gloss portions 2. Here, “parallel” may include a slight difference within 5 degrees.

The decoration region 10 includes a plurality of protrusions 3. The shape of each protrusion 3 may be the same or different. For example, the position of the protruding end 3t of each protrusion 3 may be in the same position in the front-back direction of the decorative resin molded body 1 or in a different position.

In the decorative resin molded body of the present invention, damage to the gloss portion can be effectively suppressed by the above [a] and [b].
That is, if the width Wg of the gloss portion is 3000 μm or less and the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion is within the range of 40 μm to 100 μm, the gloss portion can be sufficiently protected by the protrusion. For this reason, the damage of the gross part in manufacture and use can be suppressed effectively.

Preferred ranges of the width Wg of the gloss part include respective ranges of 2800 μm or less, 2300 μm or less, 2000 μm or less, and 1800 μm or less. In the present invention, the lower limit of the width Wg of the gloss part is not particularly limited, but considering the moldability, the width Wg of the gloss part is preferably 30 μm or more, and more preferably 50 μm or more. In consideration of sufficiently extracting the gloss derived from the gloss part, the width Wg of the gloss part is preferably 100 μm or more, more preferably 250 μm or more, and further preferably 500 μm or more.

The decorative resin molded body of the present invention has a plurality of gloss portions. As the plurality of gloss portions, both a narrow gloss portion and a wide gloss portion for the purpose of gloss may coexist. In this case, it is possible to give a more excellent design to the decorative resin molded body of the present invention by arranging with a regularity such as alternately arranging a wide gloss portion and a narrow gloss portion. Is possible.

Considering prevention of damage to the gloss part, it is preferable that the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion part is high. However, if the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion is too high, the design of the decorative resin molded body may deteriorate. For this reason, in the present invention, not only a lower limit but also an upper limit is set for the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion. Preferable ranges of the protrusion height Hp of the protrusions include ranges of 50 μm to 90 μm, 55 μm to 85 μm, 60 μm to 80 μm, and 65 μm to 75 μm.

In the decorative resin molded body of the present invention, an excellent design can be displayed on the surface while suppressing damage to the gloss portion by the above [c].
That is, when the value Wp / Hp divided by the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion is within the range of 0.2 to 0.5, the width of the protrusion is as small as Wp 50 μm or less. Stipulated in the value. Therefore, the protrusion itself can be recognized by the user as a fine pattern. In other words, in the decorative resin molded body of the present invention, in addition to the glossy and deep color derived from the gloss portion, a fine pattern derived from the protruding portion can be displayed. For this reason, the decorative resin molding of the present invention can display a very excellent design.

If Wp / Hp is in the range of 0.2 to 0.5, the width Wp of the protrusion is sufficiently larger than the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion. For this reason, a projection part can exhibit the intensity | strength sufficient to protect a gloss part.

For reference, the range of the protrusion height Wp calculated from the above Wp / Hp is 8 to 50 μm, and preferred ranges of Wp are 10 to 40 μm, 15 to 35 μm, and 20 to 30 μm. Can be mentioned.

The decorative resin molded body of the present invention can be produced by molding. In consideration of the die-cutting property of the decorative resin molded body, the protrusion may have a tapered shape. Further, the base portion of the protruding portion may have a curved shape in a cross section in the protruding height direction of the protruding portion.

As shown in FIG. 11, when the protrusion 3 has a tapered shape or the base portion 3r of the protrusion 3 has a curved cross section, the width Wp of the protrusion 3 is a protrusion including the base portion 3r. This means the width of part 3. On the other hand, since the gloss portion 2 is flat, the width Wg of the gloss portion 2 does not include the root portion 3r of the protrusion portion 3. Therefore, the width Wg of the gloss portion 2 means the width of only the region that forms a flat surface. The protrusion height Hp of the protrusion 3 means the distance from the gloss part 2 to the protrusion end of the corresponding protrusion 3 as described above.

As shown in FIG. 11, when the adjacent gloss parts 2 are not flush with each other and are at different positions in the front-back direction of the decorative resin molded body 1, the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion part 3 is As the gloss part 2 for specifying, the gloss part 2 far from the projecting end in the projecting height direction of the projecting part 3 may be used. That is, in this case, the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion 3 is not the height Hp2 shown in FIG.

In addition, the width Wg of the gloss part 2 mentioned here, the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion part 3, and the width Wp of the protrusion part 3 are on the at least one straight line provided on the decorative region 10 [a ] To [c] may be satisfied.

For example, in the decorative resin molded body 1 of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 12, the first portion is formed in a repeating pattern in which the gloss portions 2 and the protrusion portions 3 are alternately arranged in the first direction. In the second direction intersecting the direction, the gloss part 2 and the protrusion part 3 may be provided continuously. In other words, the decorative region 10 in the decorative resin molded body 1 of the present invention may have a stripe shape in which the belt-like gloss portions 2 and the belt-like protrusions 3 are alternately arranged. Also in this case, on the straight line parallel to the first direction, the width Wg of the gloss portion 2, the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion 3, and the width Wp of the protrusion 3 can satisfy [a] to [c]. . In this case as well, if the width Wg of the gloss portion 2, the protrusion height Hp of the projection portion 3, and the width Wp of the projection portion 3 satisfy [a] to [c] on the straight line, the gloss portion 2 A deep color can be displayed, and damage to the gloss portion 2 can be suppressed by the protrusion 3.

In order to provide the decorative resin molded body of the present invention with excellent design properties derived from the gloss part, the area occupied by the gloss part in the decoration region is preferably large. Moreover, in order to suppress the damage of a gloss part with a protrusion reliably, it is better that the area which a gloss part occupies in a decoration area | region is small. For this reason, a preferable range exists in the area which a gloss part occupies in a decoration area | region. Specific examples of the preferable range include 30% to 80%, 40 to 75%, and 50 to 70%.
In this specification, “the area occupied by the gloss part in the decoration area” means that 10 areas of 1 cm × 1 cm are arbitrarily selected from the decoration area, and the ratio of the area occupied by the gloss part in each area ( (Percentage) is calculated and the average is taken.

Hereinafter, the decorative resin molded body of the present invention will be described with specific examples.

Example 1
The decorative resin molded body of Example 1 is manufactured by material resin molding, and constitutes a console box that is a kind of vehicle interior product. FIG. 1 shows an explanatory view schematically showing the decorative resin molded body of Example 1 as viewed from the surface side, and the decorative resin molded body of Example 1 was cut at the position AA in FIG. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram schematically showing the state. Moreover, FIG. 3 shows an explanatory view schematically showing a mold for molding the decorative resin molded body of Example 1, and the decorative resin molded body of Example 1 is molded by the mold shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram schematically showing the state of the movement. Hereinafter, the front and back mean the front and back shown in FIG.

The decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 1 is an outer wall of a console box having a box shape, and has a decorative region 10 on the surface. As shown in FIG. 1, the decoration region 10 includes a plurality of gloss portions 2 and a plurality of cylindrical projection portions 30. The gloss part 2 has a flat mirror surface. The cylindrical protrusion 30 protrudes more to the front side than the gloss part 2. The gloss portions 2 and the cylindrical projection portions 30 are alternately arranged to form a repeated pattern.

Each cylindrical protrusion 30 has the same shape and is arranged in a staggered manner. Specifically, each cylindrical protrusion 30 is substantially cylindrical. Here, it can be considered that the cylindrical projection part 30 of Example 1 which makes | forms cylindrical shape was formed so that the projection part 3 in this invention may become a cylinder shape. A flat mirror surface, that is, a gloss portion 2 is formed on the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical projection portion 30. A circular flat mirror surface, that is, a gloss portion 2 is also formed on the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical protrusion 30.

As shown in FIG. 2, the width Wp of the cylindrical projection 30, that is, the thickness of the cylinder is 50 μm, and is substantially constant in the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the cylindrical projection 30. Further, the protrusion height Hp of the cylindrical protrusion 30, that is, the axial length of the cylindrical protrusion 30 is 100 μm, and is substantially constant in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical protrusion 30.

The gross portion 2 includes a relatively wide first gloss portion 21 formed between adjacent cylindrical projection portions 30 and a narrow second gloss portion formed on the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical projection portion 30. It is roughly divided into 22. The width Wg1 of the first gloss part 21 is 1000 μm, and the width Wg2 of the second gloss part 22 is 500 μm. The 60-degree specular gloss G S 60 of the first gloss part 21 is 80% or more, and the 60-degree specular gloss G S 60 of the second gloss part 22 is 80%. Moreover, the 1st gloss part 21 and the 2nd gloss part 22 are substantially flush.

In the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 1, [a] to [c] are as follows.
[A] The width Wg of the gloss part 2 is 3000 μm or less because the width Wg1 of the first gloss part 21 is 1000 μm and the width Wg2 of the second gloss part 22 is 500 μm.
[B] The protrusion height Hp of the protrusion 3 is 100 μm and is in the range of 40 μm to 100 μm.
[C] A value Wp / Hp obtained by dividing the width Wp of the protrusion 3 by the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion 3 is 0.5, which is in the range of 0.2 to 0.5.
Therefore, the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 1 is a decorative resin molded body 1 that is not easily damaged and can display a deep color.

By the way, the smaller the value Wg1 / Hp obtained by dividing the width Wg of the gloss portion 2, particularly the width Wg1 of the first gloss portion 21 by the protrusion height Hp of the projection portion 3, the more regions of the gloss portion 2 are formed by the projection portion 3. Protected and difficult to damage. Wg1 / Hp is preferably 20 or less. In particular, if Wg1 / Hp is 10 or less, the area of the gloss portion 2 that is protected by the protrusions 3 and is difficult to be damaged is sufficiently large. It can be said that is effectively suppressed. In the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 1, since Wg1 / Hp is 10 and is 10 or less, it can be said that the damage of the gloss part 2 is effectively suppressed.

The decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 1 can be manufactured as follows.

As shown in FIG. 3, the mold 100 for molding the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 1 is composed of two molds, a first mold 100f and a second mold 100s. When the mold 100 is closed, a cavity 100c for molding the decorative resin molded body 1 is formed between the mold surface of the first mold 100f and the mold surface of the second mold 100s. The mold surface of the first mold 100 f includes a decorative mold surface 110 for molding the surface of the decorative resin molded body 1 including the decorative region 10. The mold surface of the second molding die 100s includes a portion for molding the back surface of the decorative resin molded body 1.

The decorative mold surface 110 has a plurality of gloss forming portions 102 and a plurality of projection forming portions 103. Among these, the projection forming portion 103 is a portion for forming the cylindrical protrusion portion 30 and is a cylindrical protrusion forming portion 130 having a cylindrical shape. The gloss forming portions 102 and the cylindrical protrusion forming portions 130 are alternately arranged to form a repeated pattern.
The gloss forming part 102 is a part for forming the gloss part 2 in the decorative mold surface 110 and has a flat mirror surface. The cylindrical projection forming part 130 is depressed with respect to the gloss forming part 102. Specifically, the cylindrical projection forming portion 130 is recessed in a ring groove shape with respect to the gloss forming portion 102.

The gloss forming portion 102 includes a first gloss forming portion 121 having a relatively wide width formed between adjacent cylindrical projection forming portions 130, and a second gloss forming portion 122 formed on the inner peripheral side of the ring groove. It is divided roughly into. The width Wgm1 of the first gloss forming part 121 matches the width Wg1 of the first gloss part 21, and the width Wgm2 of the second gloss forming part 122 matches the width Wg2 of the second gloss part 22. That is, the width Wgm of the gloss forming part 102 is 3000 μm or less.

The depression depth of the cylindrical protrusion forming portion 130 is constant, and corresponds to the depression depth Hpm of the protrusion forming portion 103. The depression depth Hpm of the protrusion molding portion is the same as the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion 3 and is in the range of 40 μm to 100 μm. The thickness of the cylindrical projection molding portion 130 is constant, and the thickness of the cylindrical projection molding portion 130 corresponds to the width Wpm of the projection molding portion 103. The width Wpm of the protrusion forming portion 103 is equal to the width Wp of the protrusion 3. The value Wpm / Hpm obtained by dividing the width Wpm of the protrusion forming portion 103 by the depression depth Hpm of the protrusion forming portion 103 is equal to the value Wp / Hp obtained by dividing the width Wp of the protrusion 3 by the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion 3. It is within the range of 0.2 to 0.5.

The protrusion molding portion has a very fine structure, but can be formed by cutting the mold surface of the first molding die 100f by laser processing or the like.
The gloss molding portion 102 having a flat mirror surface can be formed by polishing the mold surface of the first molding die 100f before or after the projection molding portion is formed.

The decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 1 can be molded by a known method such as an injection molding method using the molding die 100 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, when the first mold 100f and the second mold 100s are closed to form a cavity 100c and a fluid resin material 190 is injected into the cavity 100c, the decorative mold surface 110 is formed. The gloss portion 2 can be formed by the gloss forming portion 102, and the cylindrical protrusion portion 30 can be formed by the cylindrical protrusion forming portion 130.

In the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 1, the second gloss part 22 is formed on the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical projecting part 3, but in the decorative resin molded body 1 of the present invention, the cylindrical protrusion The second gross portion 22 on the inner peripheral side of the portion 3 is not necessarily essential. That is, in the decorative resin molded body 1 of the present invention, the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical projection 3 may be a rough surface. In this case, the cylindrical part including the inner peripheral rough surface can be regarded as the protruding part 3, and only the first gloss part 21 formed between the adjacent protruding parts 3 has the gloss part 2. Constitute. However, in this case as well, the first gloss portion 21 formed between the adjacent cylindrical protrusions 30 is the same as that of the first embodiment in that it is protected from damage by the cylindrical protrusions 30.
In this case, the thickness of the protruding portion 3 indicates the diameter of the cylindrical protruding portion 30 including the rough surface.

(Example 2)
The decorative resin molded body of Example 2 is substantially the same as the decorative resin molded body of Example 1 except for the shapes of the protrusions and the gloss part. FIG. 5 is an explanatory view schematically showing the appearance of the decorative resin molded body of Example 2 as viewed from the front side.

Similarly to the decorative resin molded body 1 of the first embodiment, the decorative resin molded body 1 of the second embodiment includes a plurality of cylindrical protrusions 30 and a gloss portion 2.
Among these, the cylindrical projection part 30 is comprised by the double cylinder arrange | positioned concentrically. The inner cylinder is referred to as a first cylindrical protrusion 31, and the outer cylinder is referred to as a second cylindrical protrusion 32.

The gloss part 2 includes a third gloss part 23, a fourth gloss part 24, and a fifth gloss part 25. The third gloss portion 23 is formed on the outer peripheral side of the second cylindrical protrusion 32 and between the adjacent second cylindrical protrusions 32. The fourth gloss portion 24 is formed between the adjacent second cylindrical protrusion 32 and the first cylindrical protrusion 31. The fifth gloss portion 25 is formed on the inner peripheral side of the first cylindrical protrusion 31. Each of the first cylindrical protrusion 31 and the second cylindrical protrusion 32 can be regarded as being formed so that the protruding portion 3 in the present invention has a cylindrical shape.

Although detailed numerical values are omitted, in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 2 as well as the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 1, the width Wg of the gloss portion 2 and the protruding height Hp of the protruding portion 3 are the same. And the width Wp of the protrusion 3 satisfies [a] to [c]. For this reason, also in the decorative resin molding 1 of Example 2, a deep color can be displayed by the gloss part 2, and damage to the gloss part 2 can be suppressed by the protrusion 3.

Example 3
The decorative resin molded body of Example 3 is substantially the same as the decorative resin molded body of Example 1 except for the shapes of the protrusions and the gloss part. FIG. 6 is an explanatory view schematically showing the appearance of the decorative resin molded body of Example 3 as viewed from the front side.

Similarly to the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 1, the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 3 has a plurality of cylindrical protrusions 30 and a gloss part 2. Of these, the cylindrical protrusion 30 is not cylindrical, but has a rectangular tube shape with a square cross section in the radial direction. Therefore, in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 3, the width Wp of the protrusion 3 is not constant in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical protrusion 30.
However, although detailed numerical values are omitted, also in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 3, the width Wg of the gloss part 2, the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion part 3, and the width Wp of the protrusion part 3 are [a] to [C] is satisfied. For this reason, also in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 3, a deep color can be displayed by the gloss part 2, and damage to the gloss part 2 can be suppressed by the protrusion 3.

Example 4
The decorative resin molded body of Example 4 is substantially the same as the decorative resin molded body of Example 1 except for the shapes of the protrusions and the gloss part. FIG. 7 is an explanatory view schematically showing the decorative resin molded body of Example 4 as viewed from the front side.

Similarly to the decorative resin molded body 1 of the first embodiment, the decorative resin molded body 1 of the fourth embodiment includes a plurality of cylindrical protrusions 30 and a gloss portion 2. Of these, the cylindrical protrusion 30 is not cylindrical but has a rectangular tube shape whose radial cross section is rectangular. Each cylindrical protrusion 30 has four standing wall portions 30w extending in the axial direction. The four standing wall portions 30w are composed of two pairs of opposed standing wall portions 30w. The pair of standing wall portions 30wf is thick, and the other pair of standing wall portions 30ws is thin. Therefore, in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 3, the width Wp of the protrusion 3 is not constant in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical protrusion 30, and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the width Wp is 3 is larger than the decorative resin molded body 1.

However, although detailed numerical values are omitted, also in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 4, the width Wg of the gloss part 2, the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion part 3, and the width Wp of the protrusion part 3 are [a] to [C] is satisfied. For this reason, also in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 4, a deep color can be displayed by the gloss portion 2, and damage to the gloss portion 2 can be suppressed by the protrusion 3.

(Example 5)
The decorative resin molded body of Example 5 is substantially the same as the decorative resin molded body of Example 1 except for the shapes of the protrusions and the gloss part. FIG. 8 is an explanatory view schematically showing the decorative resin molded body of Example 5 as viewed from the front side.

Similarly to the decorative resin molded body 1 of the first embodiment, the decorative resin molded body 1 of the fifth embodiment includes a plurality of cylindrical protrusions 30 and a gloss portion 2. Of these, the cylindrical protrusions 30 are not arranged in a staggered pattern but are straightly arranged in two orthogonal directions. Moreover, the cylindrical projection part 30 does not have a cylindrical shape, but forms a rectangular tube shape whose radial cross section is a triangle. Therefore, also in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 5, the width Wp of the protrusion 3 is not constant in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical protrusion 30.
However, although detailed numerical values are omitted, also in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 5, the width Wg of the gloss part 2, the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion part 3, and the width Wp of the protrusion part 3 are [a] to [C] is satisfied. For this reason, also in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 5, a deep color can be displayed by the gloss part 2, and damage to the gloss part 2 can be suppressed by the protrusion 3.

(Example 6)
The decorative resin molded body of Example 6 is substantially the same as the decorative resin molded body of Example 1 except for the shapes of the protrusions and the gloss part. FIG. 9 is an explanatory view schematically showing the decorative resin molded body of Example 6 as viewed from the front side.

The decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 6 has a plurality of protrusions 3 and a gloss part 2. The protrusion 3 has a plate shape instead of a cylindrical shape. Further, the protrusions 3 are not arranged in a staggered pattern but are arranged straight in two orthogonal directions.

However, although detailed numerical values are omitted, also in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 6, the width Wg of the gloss part 2, the protrusion height Hp of the protrusion part 3, and the width Wp of the protrusion part 3 are [a] to [C] is satisfied. For this reason, also in the decorative resin molded body 1 of Example 6, a deep color can be displayed by the gloss part 2, and damage to the gloss part 2 can be suppressed by the protrusion 3.
