Claims (7)
- 患者に対して行われた生検の生検結果を示す生検データを取得する生検データ取得手段と、
前記生検を行った検査日時より前の予め定められた範囲内の日時に前記患者の前記生検の対象部位を撮影した画像を生検前画像として取得する生検前画像取得手段と、
前記生検データが示す生検結果が病変であることを示す場合に、前記生検前画像に画像解析処理を施して得られた病変候補領域の画像、または、前記生検前画像を正解データとして登録する登録手段と、
を備えた学習用データ作成支援装置。 - 前記登録手段は、前記病変候補領域の画像を登録する場合は、前記対象部位を異なる方向から撮影した2枚の部分画像から、前記生検前画像中の前記生検が行われた位置に対応する対応位置を特定し、前記生検結果が病変であることを示す場合に、前記生検前画像から得られた複数の病変候補領域の位置のうち前記対応位置と一致する病変候補領域の画像を正解データとして登録する請求項1記載の学習用データ作成支援装置。
- 前記病変候補領域の画像を登録した場合は、前記病変候補領域の画像の正解データを用いて学習させた判別器を用いて病変候補領域を検出し、
前記登録された病変候補領域の画像の正解データを用いて前記判別器に再学習を行わせる学習手段をさらに備えた請求項1または2に記載の学習用データ作成支援装置。 - 前記生検前画像を登録した場合は、前記生検前画像の正解データを用いて学習させた判別器を用いて病変であることを示す画像であるか否かを検出し、
前記登録された生検前画像の正解データを用いて前記判別器に再学習を行わせる学習手段をさらに備えた請求項1または2に記載の学習用データ作成支援装置。 - 前記生検の対象部位を撮影した画像は、マンモグラフィ画像である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の学習用データ作成支援装置。
- 学習用データ作成支援装置が、
患者に対して行われた生検の生検結果を示す生検データを取得する生検データ取得ステップと、
前記生検を行った検査日時より前の予め定められた範囲内の日時に前記患者の前記生検の対象部位を撮影した画像を生検前画像として取得する生検前画像取得ステップと、
前記生検データが示す生検結果が病変であることを示す場合に、前記生検前画像に画像解析処理を施して得られた病変候補領域の画像、または、前記生検前画像を正解データとして登録する登録ステップと、
を実行する学習用データ作成支援方法。 - コンピュータに、
患者に対して行われた生検の生検結果を示す生検データを取得する生検データ取得ステップと、
前記生検を行った検査日時より前の予め定められた範囲内の日時に前記患者の前記生検の対象部位を撮影した画像を生検前画像として取得する生検前画像取得ステップと、
前記生検データが示す生検結果が病変であることを示す場合に、前記生検前画像に画像解析処理を施して得られた病変候補領域の画像、または、前記生検前画像を正解データとして登録する登録ステップと、
を実行させるための学習用データ作成支援プログラム。
