Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a composite bag for filling a liquid material comprising an inner bag formed by filling and packaging a liquid or viscous liquid material in a packaging bag, and an outer bag for storing and holding the inner bag. Non-self-supporting inner bags filled with liquid materials such as beverages, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, and can stably hold them while improving the volumetric efficiency of liquid materials and effectively utilizing the display space during display This paper proposes a composite bag for filling a liquid material comprising a self-supporting outer bag.
Regarding the inner bag formed by filling the packaging bag with the liquid material, that is, the liquid material-filled package, there are those disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 according to the proposals of the inventors. The packaging bag used for this liquid-filled package is made of a soft thin-walled laminated plastic film, and since the liquid-filled package itself has neither self-supporting nor fixed form, its transportation, storage, use, etc. Is to be stored in an exterior body such as a self-supporting container, that is, an outer container.
All of the self-supporting outer containers (packaging bags and containers) used in the above-described conventional technology are formed in a polygonal shape or the like in plan view in accordance with the three-dimensional shape of the liquid filling package to be stored in the standing posture. It is cylindrical and is configured so that the body has an elliptical shape in plan view and a plate shape at the top. For this reason, in the conventional outer container, the volume of liquid material in the upper part is small (there is almost no state), and the volume efficiency of liquid material (capacity of liquid material / outer container height) is lower than that of paper cartons or PET bottles There was a problem.
In addition, the conventional outer container has a plate-like upper side surface that is wider than the cylindrical lower side surface. Also, when displaying on product shelves such as supermarkets and stores, it is necessary to arrange the side of the product name etc. facing the front, so there is a problem that extra display space is required there were.
Therefore, in the present invention, it is composed of an inner bag that is a non-self-supporting liquid material-filled package filled with a liquid material, and an outer bag that can stably hold the inner bag, and the volume of the liquid material An object of the present invention is to provide a composite bag for filling a liquid material that can save efficiency and space saving during display.
The inventor has been able to overcome the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and as a result of intensive investigations to develop an outer bag that should also be referred to as an outer container. Developed the back.

Is a more preferred embodiment.
According to the composite bag for filling liquid material according to the present invention, the outer bag for storing the inner bag filled with the liquid material has at least three vertical ribs, preferably four crosses, at the upper end of the cylindrical body. Since the sealing structure portion that provides a sealing structure made of a mold is provided, the cylindrical body portion of the outer bag can be formed into a cylindrical body having substantially the same opening cross section. From the lower end to the position of the upper sealing structure part can be contributed to the accommodation of the liquid material. Therefore, the volumetric efficiency of the liquid material is improved to substantially the same as that of the PET bottle, and the storage (housing) when a plurality of the bottles are arranged and displayed is good, and the space can be saved.
In addition, according to the composite bag for filling a liquid material of the present invention, one vertical rib of the sealing structure portion provided at the upper end portion of the outer bag protrudes from the upper end portion or the upper side end portion of the inner bag. Since it is a cover vertical rib that sandwiches and stores a sheet nozzle for delivery (hereinafter also referred to as “sheet nozzle”), transportation or the like even when the sheet nozzle is made of a thin soft plastic film There is no risk of deformation during handling or unintentional opening. Moreover, according to the present invention, only one vertical rib can be cut off along the planned separation line, and the sheet-like nozzle can be exposed to the outside for use.
In the present invention, each of the vertical ribs is formed by overlapping a pair of upright walls by folding the upper portion of the cylindrical body portion of the outer bag, so that the upper end portion of the outer bag is suppressed in height. It can be sealed.
Further, according to the present invention, the vertical ribs in the upper constricted sealing structure portion extend radially from the substantially central position of the outer bag in a plan view of the outer bag, preferably in a cross shape. Since each of the vertical ribs can be in an independent state and can be flexibly flexed independently, for example, the liquid bag filling composite bag of the present invention unexpectedly dropped, etc. However, the impact is absorbed by each vertical rib, and the joint portion of the vertical rib is not easily peeled off, and the liquid bag filling composite bag (outer bag) remains in its original shape. Can be kept in.
In addition, the sealing structure portion can be easily opened and disassembled by pulling the radially positioned vertical ribs in directions away from each other with fingers. For example, the inner bag is taken out from the outer bag. The remaining amount of the liquid material in the inner bag can be reduced, and each material can be separated and discarded. Further, when the outer bag is made of a plastic film having rigidity, a plurality of liquid material filling composite bags are stably provided via at least three vertical ribs whose upper surfaces are horizontal (the same height). Since they can be stacked, space saving can be achieved during transportation and display.
In the present invention, when the inner bag is joined and fixed to the outer bag at least at the top position, the sheet-like nozzle faces downward to pour out the liquid material from the liquid material filling composite bag. When the sheet nozzle is tilted like this, deformation of the sheet-like nozzle is suppressed and smooth pouring becomes possible, and even when the sheet-like nozzle has a self-sealing function, adhesion between the inner surfaces of the dispensing passage is inhibited. Intrusion of outside air can be sufficiently prevented.
The packaging bag used to constitute the inner bag is formed by a laminated film in which a single plastic film or a plurality of plastic films including one or more plastic films or metal foils are laminated. In particular, when a film having a waist is used, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles on the inner bag when the liquid bag filling composite bag is tilted to pour out the liquid material. The slipping of the inner bag can be suppressed.
Furthermore, in the present invention, a removable cap that can cover the sheet-like nozzle exposed to the outside from the sealing structure portion is attached to the outer bag so as to be stored after opening the sheet-like nozzle. In this case, the spout can be prevented from being soiled and hygienic, and when the cap has a sandwiching structure for the sheet-like nozzle, the liquid material is opened after the sheet-like nozzle is opened. Even if the filling composite bag unexpectedly falls down, the liquid material can be prevented from leaking out.
Further, according to the present invention, the handle is provided in the cylindrical body portion of the outer bag, so that the handling can be facilitated even when the liquid bag filling composite bag has a large capacity. However, since the liquid-filling composite bag can be tilted, the discharge amount and the discharge direction of the packaged item can be easily adjusted. Further, since the grip is provided with a tongue piece at least on the inner edge of the grip portion, the gripping portion is bent and bent when the grip portion is gripped, and the grip is gripped through the tongue piece. For example, it can be expected that the hand does not hurt even if the handle is held firmly or held for a long time.
The composite bag for filling a liquid material of the present invention is composed of an inner bag made of a soft plastic film filled with a liquid material and an outer bag for storing and holding the inner bag. The features of the present invention are shown below. This will be described based on the embodiment.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a composite bag P for filling a liquid material, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the composite bag P for filling a liquid material.
The composite bag P for filling a liquid material includes an
As shown in the plan view of FIG. 2, the upper end portion of the liquid material filling composite bag P has four

In FIG. 3, the
The

In the composite bag P for filling liquid material thus configured, the liquid material can be filled with the same opening area over the entire length from the bottom of the
Further, in this liquid material filling composite bag P, the sealing
In addition, the sheet-

As shown in FIG. 5, the
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the sealing

As the clamping structure, for example, as shown in the end view (FIG. 8) at the AA position in FIG. 7, the clamping parts are in contact with the inner surfaces of the pair of
FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the composite bag P for filling liquid material of the present invention. In the composite bag P for filling a liquid material, a
The
Note that a plurality of the
Further, the shape of the
Next, the
In FIG. 11, the sheet-
The sheet-
In particular, when the sheet-
Further, the sheet-
In the
