Description
上記の課題を解決するために、本発明ではカラーフィルター用顔料分散組成物が含有するアルカリ可溶性樹脂を検討した。
そのため、本発明は、以下の組成物からなる。
１．着色顔料、高分子顔料分散剤、アルカリ可溶性樹脂、及び有機溶剤を含有するカラーフィルター用顔料分散組成物であって、該アルカリ可溶性樹脂がブロック重合体を含有するカラーフィルター用顔料分散組成物。
２．光重合性化合物を含有する１に記載のカラーフィルター用顔料分散組成物。
３．着色顔料に対して、ブロック重合体を１〜２００質量％となるように含有する１又は２に記載のカラーフィルター用顔料分散組成物。
４．ブロック重合体は、リビング重合で合成されたものである１〜３のいずれかに記載のカラーフィルター用顔料分散組成物。
５．ブロック重合体の分子中において、アルカリ可溶性の部位が局在化されている１〜４のいずれかに記載のカラーフィルター用顔料分散組成物。
６．ブロック重合体の酸価が５〜２５０ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇである１〜５のいずれかに記載のカラーフィルター用顔料分散組成物。
７．１〜６のいずれかのカラーフィルター用顔料分散組成物を含有するカラーフィルター用顔料分散レジスト組成物。
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention has studied an alkali-soluble resin contained in a color filter pigment dispersion composition.
Therefore, this invention consists of the following compositions.
1. A color filter pigment dispersion composition comprising a color pigment, a polymer pigment dispersant, an alkali-soluble resin, and an organic solvent, wherein the alkali-soluble resin contains a block polymer.
2. 2. The pigment dispersion composition for a color filter according to 1, which contains a photopolymerizable compound.
3. The pigment dispersion composition for color filters according to 1 or 2, comprising a block polymer in an amount of 1 to 200% by mass with respect to the color pigment.
4). The pigment dispersion composition for a color filter according to any one of 1 to 3, wherein the block polymer is synthesized by living polymerization.
5. The pigment dispersion composition for a color filter according to any one of 1 to 4, wherein an alkali-soluble site is localized in the molecule of the block polymer.
6). The pigment dispersion composition for a color filter according to any one of 1 to 5, wherein the block polymer has an acid value of 5 to 250 mgKOH / g.
The pigment dispersion resist composition for color filters containing the pigment dispersion composition for color filters in any one of 7.1-6.

×：保管前後の粘度変化率が１０％超
