Description

The present invention relates to a double sash.

Conventionally, a double sash in which an outer window and an inner window are provided at an opening of a building is known to improve soundproofness and heat insulation (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Moreover, in cold regions such as Hokkaido, a resin sash may be employed for the inner window in order to further improve the heat insulation.

In the case where the outer window and the inner window are reverse sash, air tightness is ensured against positive pressure (pressure from the outdoor side to the indoor side). When a positive pressure is generated, a pressure of about 10% of the pressure acting on the outer window acts on the inner window, and a negative pressure (a pressure from the indoor side to the outdoor side) occurs on the inner window. It has been confirmed that a pressure of about 80% of the pressure acting on the outer window acts.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-28768

It is a building with a large wind pressure acting on shoji like middle-high-rise buildings, and the inner window can not withstand negative pressure, and the inner window shoji may come out of the frame, or the detached shoji falls and the glass may be damaged. There is.

Then, this invention is made in view of the said situation, and when a negative pressure arises, the double sash which can suppress that the shoji of an inner window remove | deviates is provided.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following means.
That is, the double sash according to the present invention is a double sash installed at an opening of a building and provided with an outer window and an inner window disposed on the indoor side of the outer window, wherein When pressure from the indoor side to the outdoor side is generated, air can be circulated from the indoor side to the outdoor side, and the inner window is a frame formed by framing the upper frame, the lower frame, and the left and right vertical frames And an outer case and an inner case arranged slidably in the left-right direction in the frame, and the upper frame is disposed below the upper end of the opening with a gap, the upper frame In the closed state in which the outer shell and the inner shell are closed, ventilation holes communicating with the gap are respectively formed on the indoor side of the outer shell and on the outdoor side of the inner shell. It features.

In the double sash configured as described above, when a negative pressure is generated in the closed state in which the outer window and the inner window are closed, air is formed indoors out of the outer shell of the ventilation holes in the upper frame. It passes through the ventilating hole, passes through the gap between the upper frame and the upper end of the opening, and passes through the ventilating hole formed on the outdoor side of the internal seal of the ventilating hole in the upper frame. In addition, in the outer window, when negative pressure is generated, air can be circulated from the indoor side to the outdoor side. Therefore, when a negative pressure is generated, there is a flow path of air communicated from the indoor side of the inner window to the outdoor side of the outer window, so the pressure difference between the indoor side and the outdoor side of the inner window (Pressure) can be reduced, and it is suppressed that the outer window and inner window of the inner window come out of the frame.

In the double sash according to the present invention, the inner window has an adjustment upper frame disposed along the upper end of the opening, and the adjustment upper frame is fixed to the upper end of the opening. And an expandable portion which is arranged between the fixed portion and the upper frame and which can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction, and the expandable portion is arranged at a position different from the ventilation hole in plan view Is preferred.

In the double sash configured as described above, by fixing the fixing portion to the upper end of the opening, a gap having a height corresponding to the height of the stretchable portion is formed above the upper frame. Moreover, the ventilation hole is arrange | positioned in planar view in the position different from an expansion-contraction part. Therefore, when a negative pressure is generated, it is possible to reliably form a flow path communicating from the indoor side of the inner window through the ventilation hole and the gap above the upper frame to the outdoor side of the outer window.

Further, in the double sash according to the present invention, the stretchable portion may be disposed over substantially the entire length of the upper frame in the extending direction.

In the double sash according to the present invention, an attachment hole is formed in the upper frame, which penetrates in the vertical direction, and a screw screwed into the upper end of the opening is inserted, and the ventilation hole is The mounting hole may be formed at a position not overlapping in at least one of the extending direction of the upper frame and the indoor / outdoor direction.

In the double sash configured as described above, a screw is inserted through the mounting hole of the upper frame, and the screw is screwed into the upper end of the opening. A load acts on the outer edge of the mounting hole in the upper frame by a screw screwed to the upper end of the opening. Since the ventilation holes are formed so as not to overlap in the extending direction of the mounting holes and the upper frame and / or the indoor / outdoor direction, the ventilation holes may be damaged under the influence of the load acting on the mounting holes. Is suppressed.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the double sash which concerns on this invention, when a negative pressure arises, it can suppress that the outer case and inner case of an inner window remove | deviate.

Next, the flow and pressure of air when negative pressure occurs in the above-described double sash 100 will be described.
FIG. 7 is a view for explaining the flow of air when a negative pressure is generated in the inner window 4 of the double sash 100.
In the closed state where the outer window 1 and the inner window 4 are closed, when a negative pressure is generated, indoor air in the inner window 4 is a ventilation hole of the upper frame 41 (in comparison with the external shutter 50A) as shown in FIG. Of the ventilation holes formed on the indoor side) in the left-right direction, the ventilation holes 432A on the side on which the outer case 50A is disposed are passed upward. The air flows through a gap SA (see FIG. 5) formed between the upper frame 41 and the adjustment upper frame 5, and of the ventilation holes (vent holes formed on the outdoor side than the inner shoji 50 B) 431 The ventilating hole 431A on the side where the internal seal 50B is disposed in the left-right direction passes downward and circulates between the inner window 4 and the outer window 1.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing the behavior when negative pressure occurs in the outer window 1 of the double sash 100. As shown in FIG.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, when the outer shutter 20A and the inner shutter 20B receive negative pressure and are displaced to the outdoor side in the outer window 1, the indoor-side steady portion 224c of the steadying member 224 of the outer case 20A is lifted. It abuts on the indoor surface of the outdoor side projecting frame wall portion 113 of the frame 11. Further, the indoor-side steady rest portion 225 c of the steady-state stop member 225 of the inner scissor 20 B abuts the indoor-side surface of the indoor-side protruding frame wall portion 114 of the upper frame 11. A clearance S1 is generated between the upper inner plate portion 222 of the outer shoji 20A and the inner shoji 20B and the outdoor side projecting frame wall portion 113 and the indoor side projecting frame wall portion 114, respectively.

Further, gaps S2 respectively formed are formed between the airtight members 229 of the outer shingles 20A and the inner shingles 20B and the outdoor side projecting frame wall portion 113 and the indoor side projecting frame wall portion 114.

In FIG. 8, the behavior of the upper and lower plate portions 221, the upper and lower plate portions 222, and the upper connecting plate portion 223 in the left and right direction of the outer and inner shutters 20A and 20B is indicated by two-dot chain lines. The behavior on the central side in the left-right direction of the upper inner plate portion 222 and the upper connecting plate portion 223 is indicated by a solid line. The indoor-side steady rest portion 224c of the steady-state rest member 224 and the indoor-side steady rest portion 225c of the steady-state rest member 225 are provided on the outdoor side projecting frame wall portion 113 and the barb at the both end sides of the outer shingles 20A and the inner shingles 20B. The displacement of the outer insulator 20A and the inner insulator 20B is suppressed by coming into contact with the inner projecting frame wall portion 114. At the center side in the left-right direction of the outer shoji 20A and the inner shoji 20B, the outer side is displaced so as to be bent to the outdoor side than the both end sides in the left-right direction. Thus, the gap S2 is larger at the center side in the left-right direction.

As described above, the air that has passed through the inner window 4 is from the space between the inner window 4 and the outer window 1 to the upper inner plate portion 222 and the indoor side projecting frame wall portion of the upper shell 22 of the inner gutter 20B of the outer window 1 It passes through the gap S1 between it and 114, and passes through the gap S2 between the airtight material 229 of the upper frame 22 and the indoor side projecting frame wall portion 114 of the upper frame 11. Furthermore, the air passes through the gap S1 between the upper inner plate portion 222 of the upper shell 22 of the outer shoji 20A and the outdoor side projecting frame wall portion 113, and the air tight member 229 of the upper shell 22 and the bar of the upper frame 11 It passes through the gap S2 between the outer projecting frame wall 113 and the other.

As described above, since a gap (flow path of air) is generated by communicating from the inner window 4 to the outer window 1, the pressure difference between the indoor side and the outdoor side of the inner window 4 is reduced.

In the double sash 100 configured in this way, air flows in the ventilation holes 432A of the upper frame 41 of the inner window 4 when a negative pressure is generated in the closed state where the outer window 1 and the inner window 4 are closed. It passes through the gap SA between the upper frame 41 and the upper end of the opening P, and passes through the ventilation holes 431 A of the upper frame 41. In addition, in the outer window 1, when negative pressure occurs, air can flow from the indoor side to the outdoor side. Therefore, when negative pressure is generated, there is a flow path of air communicated from the indoor side of the inner window 4 to the outdoor side of the outer window 1, so the pressure difference between the indoor side of the inner window 4 and the outdoor side The pressure applied to the inner window 4 can be reduced, and detachment of the outer case 50A and the inner case 50B of the inner window 4 from the frame 40 is suppressed.

Further, by fixing the adjustment upper plate portion 501 of the adjustment upper frame 5 to the upper end of the opening P, a gap SA having a height corresponding to the height of the stretchable portions 506 and 507 is formed above the upper frame 41. Be done. Further, the ventilation holes 431 and 432 are disposed at positions different from the stretchable portions 506 and 507 in a plan view. Therefore, when a negative pressure is generated, it is possible to reliably form a flow path from the indoor side of the inner window 4 through the ventilation hole 432, the gap SA and the ventilation hole 431 to the outdoor side of the outer window 1 .

Further, a screw 439 is inserted into the mounting hole 436 of the upper frame 41, and the screw 439 is screwed into the upper frame R provided at the upper end of the opening P. A load acts on the outer edge of the mounting hole 436 in the upper frame 41 by a screw 439 screwed to the upper frame R. Since the ventilation holes 431 and 432 are formed so as not to overlap the mounting hole 436 in the left-right direction and indoor / outdoor directions, damage due to the load of the ventilation holes 431 and 432 acting on the mounting hole 436 is suppressed Ru.

Further, the ventilation holes 431 and 432 and the mounting holes 436 are formed between the outdoor side projecting portion 412 projecting downward from the upper frame plate portion 411 of the upper frame 41 and the indoor side projecting portion 422. Therefore, when the upper frame 41 is looked up from the lower side, the ventilation holes 431 and 432 and the mounting hole 436 are hidden by the outdoor side projecting portion 412 and the indoor side projecting portion 422 so as not to be noticeable and have a good appearance.

(Modification)
Next, a modification of the embodiment of the present invention will be described mainly with reference to FIG.
In the following description, the same members as those described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
FIG. 9 is a horizontal cross-sectional view showing the configuration above the upper frame of the inner window of the double sash according to the modification of the embodiment of the present invention, wherein the horizontal cross section passes through the extension / contraction portion arranged above the upper frame FIG. In FIG. 9, the outer frame of the upper frame is indicated by an alternate long and two short dashes line.
As shown in FIG. 9, in the present modification, in the gap SA (see FIG. 5) above the upper frame 41A, the stretchable portions 506 and 507 are provided, and sound absorbing materials 508a, 508b and 508c are provided. .

The sound absorbing members 508a, 508b, and 508c are arranged in this order (as viewed from the indoor side) at intervals from the left side to the right side.

The sound absorbing members 508 a and 508 c are disposed along the surface of the stretchable portion 507 on the outdoor side. The sound absorbing material 508 b is disposed along the indoor surface of the expansion and contraction unit 506. That is, the sound absorbing members 508a and 508c are disposed indoors more than the sound absorbing member 508b.

The sound absorbing members 508 a, 508 b, and 508 c are preferably attached to the lower surface of the adjustment upper plate portion 501 of the adjustment upper frame 5 or the upper surface of the upper frame plate portion 411 of the upper frame 41. It is preferable that the sound absorbing members 508a, 508b and 508c have substantially the same height as the gap SA. The sound absorbing members 508a, 508b, and 508c are made of a material such as a sponge.

In the above configuration, when the negative pressure is generated in the closed state in which the outer window 1 and the inner window 4 are closed, the air flowing into the gap SA from the ventilation hole 432A flows in the left and right direction. It collides with the sound absorbing material 508a disposed on the indoor side of 41A, and passes the sound absorbing material 508a on the outdoor side while avoiding the sound absorbing material 508a. Next, the air collides with the sound absorbing material 508b disposed on the outdoor side of the upper frame 41A, passes through the indoor side of the sound absorbing material 508b while avoiding the sound absorbing material 508b. Next, the air collides with the sound absorbing material 508c disposed on the indoor side of the upper frame 41A, and passes the outdoor side of the sound absorbing material 508c while avoiding the sound absorbing material 508c. In this manner, the space SA bends leftward and rightward, passes through the ventilation hole 431A downward, and circulates between the inner window 4 and the outer window 1.

When a negative pressure is generated in the closed state where the outer window 1 and the inner window 4 configured in this way are closed, air passes through the ventilation hole 432A of the upper frame 41A, and the upper frame 41A and the opening P And the ventilation hole 431A of the upper frame 41A.

The air flowing in the gap SA collides with the sound absorbing members 508a, 508b, and 508c to reduce the speed, and the sound (when passing) of the air is absorbed by the sound absorbing members 508a, 508b, and 508c. Therefore, the sound insulation of circulation of air can be improved.

The shapes, combinations, and the like of the constituent members shown in the above-described embodiment are merely examples, and various changes can be made based on design requirements and the like without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

For example, in the embodiment shown above, although the adjustment upper frame 5 provided along the upper end of the opening P is disposed, the present invention is not limited to this. The upper frame may be disposed below the upper end of the opening P with a gap, and a plurality of spacers (not shown) etc. may be arranged along the upper end of the opening P with a space in the left-right direction. The upper frame may be disposed along the lower surface of the spacer. In this configuration, a gap corresponding to the height of the spacer is formed between the upper frame and the upper end of the opening P, and air can pass through the gap. Further, the non-landing of the upper frame R can be adjusted by the spacer, and the upper frame can be attached along the horizontal surface.

Moreover, in the embodiment shown above, the ventilation holes 431 and 432 are respectively formed in a line along the left and right direction, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the arrangement position and the like can be appropriately set.

Moreover, in the embodiment shown above, although the attachment hole 436 is formed in the position which does not overlap with the ventilation hole 431,432 in the left-right direction and an indoor side direction, this invention is not limited to this. The ventilation hole is preferably formed at a position not overlapping the mounting hole and at least one of the extending direction of the upper frame and the indoor / outdoor direction. Therefore, it is preferable that the ventilation hole is not formed on the extension in the left-right direction passing through the mounting hole or on the extension of the indoor / outboard direction passing through the mounting hole.

Moreover, in the embodiment shown above, although the outer window 1 is a pulling sash, the present invention is not limited to this. The outer window may be a single sliding door or a raising and lowering window as long as air can be circulated to the outdoor side when a negative pressure is generated.

Moreover, in embodiment shown above, although the glass 29, 59 of the outer window 1 and the inner window 4 is a plate glass of a single | mono layer, respectively, this invention is not limited to this, A multilayer glass etc. may be sufficient.

Further, in the case of the outer shell 50A of the inner window 4, airtight members 529 and 539 are respectively provided on the outdoor side and the indoor side of the outdoor side projecting portion 412, and airtightness is secured on both sides indoors and outdoors with the outdoor side projecting portion 412 interposed therebetween. ing. Further, airtight members 549 and 551 are provided on the outdoor side and the indoor side of the rail portion 442, respectively, and airtightness is secured on both sides of the rail portion 442 on the indoor side. In addition, an airtight material 552 is provided between the outer shoji 50A and the vertical frame 43 to ensure airtightness. In addition, air-tight members 529 and 539 are provided on the outdoor side and the indoor side of the indoor side projecting portion 422, respectively, and the airtightness of the indoor window 50 of the inner window 4 is secured on both the indoor and outdoor sides with the indoor side projecting portion 422 interposed therebetween. ing. Further, airtight members 549 and 551 are provided on the outdoor side and the indoor side of the rail portion 443 respectively, and airtightness is secured on both sides of the rail portion 443 on the indoor side. In addition, an airtight material 553 is provided between the internal seal 50B and the vertical frame 43 to ensure airtightness. In addition, an airtight material 569, 589 is provided between the combination jar 55 of the outer shingles 50A and the combination jar 55 of the inner shingles 50B to ensure airtightness. That is, the inner window 4 of the present embodiment is highly airtight, and a large negative pressure is likely to act on the inner window 4 when a negative pressure is generated. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the pressure of the intermediate layer M by forming a flow path of air communicated from the intermediate layer M (refer to FIG. 2) to the gaps S1 and S2 formed in the outer window 1. It is an important configuration in order to prevent the outer case 50 </ b> A and the inner case 50 </ b> B of the window 4 from coming off the frame 40.
