Claims (3)
- 同一色に塗装された複数種の部品の色味を管理する方法であって、
各部品の個々の製品の色味情報を測定する工程と、測定した各部品の色味情報から、各部品の色味傾向を算出する工程と、各部品の色味傾向を比較し、その比較結果に基づいて、各部品の塗装条件を調整する工程とを備えた共色部品の色味管理方法。 - 別々の塗装工場で同一色に塗装された複数種の部品の色味を管理するシステムであって、
各塗装工場に設けられ、各部品の個々の製品の色味情報を記憶するコンピュータと、各塗装工場のコンピュータと接続された色味管理コンピュータとを備え、
前記色味管理コンピュータが、各塗装工場のコンピュータに記憶された各部品の色味情報を収集して記憶する記憶部と、前記記憶部に記憶された各部品の色味情報から各部品の色味傾向を算出する算出部と、前記算出部で算出された各部品の色味傾向を表示する表示部とを有する共色部品の色味管理システム。 - 前記色味管理コンピュータと接続された他のコンピュータの表示部に、前記算出部で算出された各部品の色味傾向を表示可能とした請求項2に記載の共色部品の色味管理システム。
