Claims (33)
- リーフレットフレームと、前記リーフレットフレームに連結した複数のリーフレットとを備える人工弁であって、各リーフレットが自由縁部と基部とを含み、各リーフレットが中央領域に平面域を有し、前記平面域が、リーフレットの中心線を超えて広がっており、略平面状であり、かつ、折り目又はしわを有しておらず、前記平面域の形状が、前記自由縁部側より前記基部側に近いほうの面積がより大きい形状である人工弁。
- 前記リーフレットフレームの形状が管状であり、前記リーフレットフレームが複数のリーフレット窓の輪郭を定め、前記リーフレット窓のそれぞれが2つのリーフレット窓側部とリーフレット窓基部とを含み、隣接する2つのリーフレット窓側部の終端が交連ポストにあり、各リーフレットの平面域の大部分が、隣り合う2つの交連ポストの頂点を結ぶラインの下側且つ外側に位置する、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記中央領域が略平面状である、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記平面域の形状が略三角形である、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記平面域の形状が略二等辺三角形である、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記平面域の形状が略等脚台形である、請求項1に記載の人工弁。

- 前記リーフレットフレームの形状が管状であり、前記リーフレットフレームが複数のリーフレット窓の輪郭を定め、前記リーフレット窓のそれぞれが2つのリーフレット窓側部とリーフレット窓基部とを含み、前記リーフレット基部が前記窓基部に連結しており、前記2つのリーフレット側部のそれぞれが前記2つの窓側部の一方と連結しており、前記平面域が前記リーフレット基部に向かって延びている、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 前記リーフレットフレームの形状が管状であり、前記リーフレットフレームが複数のリーフレット窓の輪郭を定め、前記リーフレット窓のそれぞれが2つのリーフレット窓側部とリーフレット窓基部とリーフレット窓上端部とを含み、フィルムが、前記リーフレットフレームに連結して前記リーフレット窓のそれぞれから延びている少なくとも1枚のリーフレットの輪郭を定めており、各リーフレットの形状が、2つのリーフレット窓側部と、リーフレット基部と、前記リーフレット基部の反対側にある自由縁部とを有する略等脚台形であり、前記2つのリーフレット側部が前記リーフレット基部から分かれ出ており、前記リーフレット基部が略平坦であり、前記リーフレット基部が前記窓基部に連結しており、前記2つのリーフレット側部のそれぞれが前記2つの窓側部の一方と連結している、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 各リーフレットが、中央領域と前記中央領域の両側にある2つの側領域とを含み、前記中央領域が、2つの中央領域側部と前記リーフレット基部と前記リーフレット自由縁部とによって輪郭が定められた略二等辺三角形の形状をしており、前記2つの中央領域側部が前記リーフレット基部から集束しており、前記側領域が、それぞれ略三角形の形状をしており、それぞれ前記中央領域側部の一方と前記リーフレット側部の一方と前記リーフレット自由縁部とによって輪郭が定められており、前記中央領域が平面状である、請求項1に記載の人工弁。
- 非加圧条件下で閉鎖位置にある際に、前記2つの側領域のそれぞれと前記中央領域とが略平面状である、請求項10に記載の人工弁。
- 前記リーフレットフレームが、リーフレットフレーム第1端部と、前記リーフレットフレーム第1端部の反対側にあるリーフレットフレーム第2端部とを備え、前記リーフレット窓の形状が、少なくとも一部は、基部と前記基部から分かれ出る2つの側部とを有する平面等脚台形を前記管状のリーフレットフレームに巻き付けることによって決まり、隣接する等脚台形の側部が前記リーフレットフレーム第2端部で結合する、請求項2に記載の人工弁。
- 前記隣接する等脚台形が結合する場所から延びている垂直要素をさらに備え、前記垂直要素の丈が前記リーフレットフレーム第2端部に向かって延びている、請求項12に記載の人工弁。
