Claims (9)
- 製造中に物体を支持するように構成されたプラットフォームと、
複数のノズルを有する押出機と、
前記押出機及び前記プラットフォームのうちの少なくとも1つに動作可能に接続された少なくとも1つのアクチュエータであって、前記押出機及び前記プラットフォームのうちの前記少なくとも1つを前記押出機及び前記プラットフォームのうちのもう1つに対して移動させるように構成される、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータと、
前記押出機及び前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータに動作可能に接続されたコントローラであって、
物体画像データ及び押出機経路データを基準にして、前記押出機の前記ノズルのうちの少なくとも2つを通して熱可塑性材料のスワスを押し出すように前記押出機を動作させて、前記押出機と前記プラットフォームとの間の相対的な移動の経路に沿って熱可塑性材料のスワスを形成し、
前記相対的な移動の経路に沿って前記押出機及び前記プラットフォームのうちの前記少なくとも1つを所定の速度で移動させるように前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータを動作させるように構成され、前記押出機の面板の配向及び前記押出機と前記プラットフォームとの間の前記相対的な移動の経路の角度を基準にして前記所定の速度を選択して、前記熱可塑性材料の前記スワスを交差工程方向に連続させる、コントローラと、を備える装置。 - 前記所定の速度が、前記押出機の公称速度未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の速度が、前記押出機の面板の前記配向に応じて前記押出機の前記公称速度の半分であり、前記相対的な移動の経路が、前記面板内の前記ノズルを、直交する列と行を有するアレイに配列する角度にある、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、
前記押出機が前記公称速度で移動するときに、少なくとも2つの異なるノズルからの前記押し出された熱可塑性材料の間に間隙を生成する前記押出機の移動の経路の前記角度に応じて、前記押出機の移動のための前記所定の速度を選択するようにさらに構成される、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記コントローラが、
前記熱可塑性材料の押し出しのための前記押出機のノズルの数を選択し、前記選択された数のノズルが少なくとも2つのノズルであり、最大で複数のノズル中の全ての前記ノズルであり、
前記選択されたノズルの数を基準にして前記所定の速度を調整するようにさらに構成される、請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記コントローラが、
前記押出機の不整合パラメータを基準にして、前記相対的な移動の経路に沿って前記押出機の移動のための前記所定の速度を調整するようにさらに構成される、請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記コントローラが、
前記押出機と前記プラットフォームとの間の前記相対的な移動の経路の前記角度を、前記物体の内部内または前記物体の外部上に載置される熱可塑性材料の前記スワスを基準として選択するようにさらに構成される、請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記コントローラが、
前記物体の前記内部に載置される前記スワスに応じて、前記押出機と前記プラットフォームとの間の前記相対的な移動の経路について0°〜180°軸または90°〜270°軸を選択するようにさらに構成される、請求項7に記載の装置。 - 複数の押出材料供給部と、
複数のチャネルを有するヒータであって、前記ヒータの各チャネルは、前記複数のチャネルと前記複数の押出材料供給部との間に1対1の対応で前記複数の押出材料供給部中の1つの押出材料供給部にのみ動作可能に接続され、前記ヒータの各チャネルは、前記複数のチャネルと前記押出機の複数のマニホールドとの間に1対1の対応で前記押出機の1つのマニホールドにのみ動作可能に接続されて、各チャネルによって生成された熱可塑性材料が、前記チャネルが動作可能に接続される前記マニホールドに入ることを可能にする、ヒータと、
複数の機械式可動子であって、各機械式可動子は、前記押出材料供給部のうちの1つから前記ヒータ内の前記チャネルの対応する1つに押出材料を移動させるように構成され、各機械式可動子が、前記押出材料が前記ヒータ内の前記対応する1つのチャネルに供給されるレートの独立制御のためにも構成される、複数の機械式可動子と、
前記コントローラであって、
相対的な押出機の移動の前記所定の速度を基準にして、前記対応するマニホールド内の所定の圧力を維持する所定のレートで前記ヒータ内の前記対応するチャネル内に押出材料を移動させるように、前記選択されたノズルのうちの1つに対応する各機械式可動子を動作させるようにさらに構成される、コントローラと、をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
