Abstract
Description
本発明はさらに、本質的に約0.2〜約99重量パーセントのフッ化水素および約99.8〜約1重量パーセントの1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)からなる共沸組成物または共沸混合物様組成物を提供し、その組成物は約13.3psiaの圧力において約0℃の沸点を有する。
14.4gの1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)を14.4gのHFと組み合わせて不均質な共沸混合物を形成させた。この実験は0℃で、そして13.3psiaで行われた(目視観察による)。
1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)およびHFのみを含有する二元組成物をブレンドして異なる組成における不均質な共沸混合物を形成させる。その混合物の蒸気圧を0℃において測定し、以下の結果が認められている。
1230zd/HF混合物の共沸組成物を蒸気−液体−液体平衡(VLLE)実験によっても検証する。14.6gの1,1,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)を0℃において13.2gのHFと組み合わせて不均質な混合物(目視観察)を形成させた。その混合物の蒸気組成物を0℃の温度で、そして13.3psiaの圧力で試料採取した。その結果は、その共沸組成が0℃において約39±2重量%HFであることを示している。

[2] 本質的に約1〜約99重量パーセントのフッ化水素および約99〜約1重量パーセントの1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)からなる[1]に記載の組成物であって、該組成物が約13.3psia〜の圧力において約0℃〜の沸点を有する、前記組成物。
[3] 本質的に約90重量パーセント〜約10重量パーセントのフッ化水素からなる、[1]に記載の組成物。
[4] 本質的に約70重量パーセント〜約15重量パーセントのフッ化水素からなる、[1]に記載の組成物。
[5] 本質的に約10重量パーセント〜約90重量パーセントの1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)からなる、[1]に記載の組成物。
[6] 本質的に約30重量パーセント〜約85重量パーセントの1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)からなる、[1]に記載の組成物。
[7] 本質的に約0.2〜約97重量パーセントのフッ化水素および約99.8〜約3重量パーセントの1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)からなる[1]に記載の組成物であって、該組成物が約13.3psiaの圧力において約0℃の沸点を有する、前記組成物。
Claims (7)
- 本質的に1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)およびフッ化水素からなる共沸組成物または共沸混合物様組成物。
- 本質的に約1〜約99重量パーセントのフッ化水素および約99〜約1重量パーセントの1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)からなる請求項1に記載の組成物であって、該組成物が約13.3psia〜の圧力において約0℃〜の沸点を有する、前記組成物。
- 本質的に約90重量パーセント〜約10重量パーセントのフッ化水素からなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 本質的に約70重量パーセント〜約15重量パーセントのフッ化水素からなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 本質的に約10重量パーセント〜約90重量パーセントの1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)からなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 本質的に約30重量パーセント〜約85重量パーセントの1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)からなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 本質的に約0.2〜約97重量パーセントのフッ化水素および約99.8〜約3重量パーセントの1,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロパ−1−エン(HCO−1230zd)からなる請求項1に記載の組成物であって、該組成物が約13.3psiaの圧力において約0℃の沸点を有する、前記組成物。
