Claims (1)
- タンクの中に放射性廃棄物を封入して水に沈め、タンク内が正電荷の高電圧になるので、その電圧を利用して、水が放射線により、水分子を電離させるので、そこから電子を引き寄せて発電する。
負極と正極の間の回路は、現存の高電圧線を利用するので、抵抗率で電流量を抑え、直流なので、交流に変換して送電する。
直流の送電が可能であれば、変換しないで送電する。
