Claims (17)
- アクティブ領域と、
前記アクティブ領域の外部に位置し、ベンド領域を含むノンアクティブ領域と、
前記アクティブ領域に配置された複数のタッチ電極と、
前記ベンド領域に配置され、第1高さを有する第1領域と前記第1高さよりも低い第2高さを有する第2領域とを含む第1絶縁層と、
前記ノンアクティブ領域の前記ベンド領域で前記第1絶縁層の前記第2領域に配置された第1タッチラインと、を含むタッチディスプレーパネル。 - 前記第1絶縁層で前記第2高さを有する前記第2領域は、開口された領域である請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。
- 前記第1タッチラインの厚さは、前記第1高さと前記第2高さとの差と同じか、または前記第1高さと前記第2高さとの差よりも小さい請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。
- 前記第1絶縁層の下部に位置し、前記第1タッチラインと重畳する第2タッチラインをさらに含む請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。
- 前記第2タッチラインは、
前記ノンアクティブ領域で前記第1タッチラインと少なくとも1つの地点で電気的に連結される請求項4に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。 - 前記第2タッチラインは、前記ベンド領域に配置されず、前記ノンアクティブ領域のうち前記ベンド領域を除いた領域で前記第1タッチラインと少なくとも1つの地点で電気的に連結される請求項5に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。
- 前記第2タッチラインの下部に配置される第2絶縁層と、
前記第2絶縁層の下部に配置される金属配線とをさらに含み、
前記金属配線は、
前記ノンアクティブ領域のうち、前記ベンド領域を除いた領域で前記第2タッチラインと少なくとも1つの地点で電気的に連結され、
前記金属配線は、第3タッチラインまたはデータラインである、請求項4に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。 - 前記金属配線の下部に配置される第3絶縁層をさらに含み、
前記金属配線は、
第3タッチラインであり、前記第3絶縁層は、前記ベンド領域のみ位置し、前記第3タッチラインは、前記第3絶縁層の側面と上面に沿って配置される請求項7に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。 - 前記第2絶縁層の下部に位置し、第1高さを有する第1領域と前記第1高さよりも低い第2高さを有する第2領域とを含み、前記第2領域が、開口された領域である第3絶縁層をさらに含み、
前記金属配線は、
前記第3絶縁層の前記開口された領域に配置される請求項7に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。 - 前記金属配線は、
第3タッチラインであり、前記タッチディスプレーパネルは、データラインをさらに含み、前記第3タッチラインは、前記ベンド領域に配置される前記データラインと同じ層に配置される請求項7に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。 - 前記第1タッチラインは、
前記ベンド領域でジグザグ形状である第1部分と、ジグザグ形状であり、前記第1部分と交差する第2部分とを含む請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。 - 前記複数のタッチ電極は、
前記アクティブ領域で封止層上に配置され、前記ベンド領域に配置された前記第1タッチラインと電気的に連結される請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。 - 請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のタッチディスプレーパネルと、前記タッチディスプレーパネルを駆動するための駆動回路とを含み、前記複数のタッチ電極が、前記第1タッチラインによって前記駆動回路と連結されたタッチディスプレー装置。
- 複数のタッチ電極が配置されたアクティブ領域と、
前記アクティブ領域の外部に位置し、ベンド領域を含むノンアクティブ領域と、
前記ベンド領域に配置され、第1高さを有する第1領域と前記第1高さよりも低い第2高さとを有する第2領域を含む絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の前記第2領域に配置された金属配線と、
前記絶縁層と前記金属配線上に配置された保護層と、
を含むタッチディスプレーパネル。 - 前記金属配線の厚さは、
前記第1高さと前記第2高さとの差と同じか、または前記第1高さと前記第2高さとの差よりも小さい請求項14に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。 - 前記絶縁層で前記第2高さを有する前記第2領域は、開口された領域である請求項14に記載のタッチディスプレーパネル。
- 請求項14から請求項16のいずれか1項に記載のタッチディスプレーパネルと、
前記タッチディスプレーパネルを駆動するための駆動回路とを含み、
前記複数のタッチ電極は、前記金属配線によって前記駆動回路と連結されたタッチディスプレー装置。
