Claims (25)

前記レイアップ内の前記プライの前記繊維配向を変化させて、前記複合材積層板内に孔のパターンを形成することを含む、方法。 - 前記プライの各々の前記トウの間の前記ギャップを制御することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のプライをレイアップすることが、前記プライの少なくとも2つにおいて、それぞれ、少なくとも2つの異なる幅を有するトウを使用することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 孔のパターンを含む複合材積層板レイアップであって、
繊維強化樹脂の複数のプライを備え、前記プライの各々は、単方向繊維配向を有し、間にギャップを有する複数のプリプレグトウを含み、且つ
前記プリプレグトウの間の前記ギャップが前記レイアップ内の孔のパターンを形成するように、前記プライが配置される、複合材積層板レイアップ。 - 前記樹脂が、熱的に硬化可能であり、硬化の間に前記樹脂が前記孔の中へ流れることを妨げる流れ特性を有する、請求項22に記載の複合材積層板レイアップ。
- 前記プリプレグトウの間の前記ギャップが変化する、請求項22に記載の複合材積層板レイアップ。
- 前記トウの各々が幅を有し、前記トウの前記幅はプライからプライへと変化する、請求項22に記載の複合材積層板レイアップ。
