Claims (8)
- 所望のガスを発生させる装置であって、
・第1の領域および第2の領域を含む流出管であって、
前記第1の領域が微孔質金属管の壁および閉鎖端部を含み、
前記第2の領域が非孔質金属管および開放端部を含み、
前記2領域流出管が、両端部にガス入口ポートおよびガス出口ポートを有するより大きな円筒状金属ジャケットの内側に固定され、前記円筒状金属ジャケットは前記流出管の外側の上をガスが流れることを可能にし、
前記流出管が、親化合物を含有する媒体と、不活性媒体とを含む母材を含有するように構成されている、流出管と、
・前記流出管を加熱し、それにより前記金属ジャケットの前記開放端部を出る所望のガスを発生させるための加熱手段と
を含む装置。 - 前記ブレンドされたガスが2500psigまでの様々な圧力で発生されるように前記装置が構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流出管が482°F以下まで加熱されるように前記装置が構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱手段が、加熱テープ、ロープヒータおよび加熱コードからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱手段が管炉である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- キャリアガスを導入するための手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記キャリアガスを前記所望のガスとブレンドするように構成された手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記所望のガスをガスシリンダに導入するように構成された手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
