Claims (20)
- 強化パネル(104)を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
内側モールドラインツール(112)の表面(110)から延伸する突起部(114)を有する前記内側モールドラインツール(112)の前記表面(110)上に複合材料(108)の層を配置するステップと、
複合材料(142)の圧縮された層を形成するために、前記内側モールドラインツール(112)の前記表面(110)上にレイアップされた前記複合材料(108)の層を圧縮するステップと、
対応する突起部(124)を有する内側モールドライン層(122)を形成するために、複合材料(142)の前記圧縮された層を硬化させるステップと、
前記内側モールドライン層(122)を外側モールドライン層(132)に接合するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 複合材料(142)の圧縮された層を形成するために、前記内側モールドラインツール(112)の前記表面(110)上にレイアップされた前記複合材料(108)の層を圧縮するステップは、
複合材料(142)の圧縮された層を形成するために、増強装置(116)を用いて、前記内側モールドラインツールの前記表面(110)上にレイアップされた前記複合材料(108)の層を圧縮するステップであって、前記複合材料(108)の層が上にレイアップされる前記内側モールドラインツール(112)の対称形状(118)を前記増強装置(116)が有する、ステップ
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記内側モールドライン層(122)を前記外側モールドライン層(132)に接合するステップは、
前記内側モールドライン層(122)と前記外側モールドライン層(132)との間の接着箇所(138)で、圧力(136)を加える接着ツール(134)を用いて、前記内側モールドライン層(122)を前記外側モールドライン層(132)に接着するステップ
を含む、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記内側モールドライン層(122)を前記外側モールドライン層(132)に接合するステップが、
前記内側モールドライン層(122)を前記外側モールドライン層(132)に溶融接着するステップ
を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記内側モールドライン層(122)を前記外側モールドライン層(132)に接合するステップは、
前記内側モールドライン層(122)を前記外側モールドライン層(132)に、接着剤を用いて接着するステップ
を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記内側モールドラインツール(112)の前記表面(110)から延伸する前記突起部(114)を有する前記内側モールドラインツール(112)の前記表面(110)上に前記複合材料(108)の層を配置するステップは、
前記突起部(114)上に前記複合材料(108)の層の第1の部分をレイアップするステップと、
前記内側モールドラインツール(112)上に、前記複合材料(108)の層の第2の部分をレイアップするステップであって、前記複合材料(108)の層の前記第2の部分は前記突起部(114)に対応する開口部を有する、ステップと
を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記内側モールドラインツール(112)の前記表面(110)から延伸する前記突起部(114)を有する前記内側モールドラインツール(112)の前記表面(110)上に前記複合材料(108)の層を配置するステップは、
連続プライをダブラープライ及び突起部プライで交互に挿入するステップ
を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記外側モールドライン層(132)が実質的に滑らかである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記強化パネル(104)が、一体的に強化された熱可塑性パネルである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合材料(108)の層は、バインダまたは結合材を有するまたは有さない構造繊維及び熱可塑性繊維の混合物を含み、前記熱可塑性繊維は、溶融して固化されると、マトリックスを形成し、熱可塑性パネルの形式の前記強化パネル(104)を形成する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複合材料(142)の前記圧縮された層に熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂を注入するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 強化された熱可塑性パネルを製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
隆起部と谷部とを有する熱可塑性複合材料(108)から内側モールドラインスキンを圧縮成形するステップと、
前記熱可塑性複合材料(108)から外側モールドラインスキンを圧縮成形するステップであって、前記外側モールドラインスキンは実質的に滑らかである、ステップと、
前記内側モールドラインスキンと前記外側モールドラインスキンとを溶融接着するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 強化パネル(104)を形成するための製造システム(2702)であって、前記製造システム(2702)は、
前記製造システム(2702)内の制御システム(2714)であって、前記制御システム(2714)が、内側モールドラインツール(112)の表面(110)から延伸する突起部(114)を有する内側モールドラインツール(112)の表面(110)上に複合材料(108)の層を配置するように前記製造システム(2702)を制御し、複合材料(142)の圧縮された層を形成するために、前記内側モールドラインツール(112)の前記表面(110)上にレイアップされた前記複合材料(108)の層を圧縮し、対応する突起部(124)を有する内側モールドライン層(122)を形成するために、複合材料(142)の前記圧縮された層を硬化させ、前記内側モールドライン層(122)を外側モールドライン層(132)に接着する、ように構成される、制御システム(2714)
を含む、製造システム(2702)。 - 前記制御システム(2714)によって制御される前記製造システム(2702)

- 前記制御システム(2714)は、前記製造システム(2702)を制御して、前記内側モールドライン層(122)と前記外側モールドライン層(132)との間の接着箇所(138)で、圧力(136)を加える接着ツール(134)を用いて、前記内側モールドライン層(122)を前記外側モールドライン層(132)に接着させる、ように構成される、請求項13から16のいずれか一項に記載の製造システム(2702)。
