Abstract
Description
図1に示す本実施形態に係るケーブル1は、例えば、電力供給用や各種通信用等、様々な用途で使用することができる電線である。本実施形態のケーブル1は、例えば、街路灯の各引込線等、典型的には、屋外に使用される防水ケーブルである。以下、各図を参照してケーブル1の構成について詳細に説明する。

Claims (6)
- 絶縁性を有する絶縁被覆で導電性を有する線状の導体を被覆した複数の絶縁線芯と、
前記絶縁線芯の外面側の少なくとも一部を被覆し水を吸収して体積膨張し止水性能を発揮する水膨潤止水材と、
水溶性を有する吸水繊維からなり少なくとも一部が前記水膨潤止水材の外面に接して前記複数の絶縁線芯、及び、前記水膨潤止水材の外面側を覆う介在物と、
絶縁性を有し前記介在物の外面側を被覆するシースとを備えることを特徴とする、
ケーブル。 - 前記水膨潤止水材は、前記シースから前記複数の絶縁線芯が露出する端末解放部に位置する、
請求項1に記載のケーブル。 - 水溶性を有し前記介在物の外面側に前記絶縁線芯の延在方向に沿って螺旋状に巻き回され前記介在物と前記シースとの間に介在する押え巻テープを備える、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載のケーブル。 - 前記水膨潤止水材は、前記絶縁線芯の延在方向に沿って一定間隔で設けられる、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のケーブル。 - 前記水膨潤止水材は、前記絶縁線芯の延在方向に沿って40mm以上50mm以下の長さで、かつ、前記絶縁線芯の延在方向に沿って300mm以上400mm以下の間隔で設けられる、
請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のケーブル。 - 前記シースは、前記水膨潤止水材が設けられている位置の外表面に目印を有する、
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のケーブル。
