Claims (3)
- 構造物に塗布した塗膜の表面適所にマスキング材を層着しておき、一定期間の経過後に、塗膜上に切削装置を設置してこの切削装置に備えているドリルを回転させながらこのドリルの切刃尖端を上記塗膜内に進入させたのち、一定の切削深さを保持した状態でドリルを、塗膜表面が暴露している塗膜部からマスキング材により被覆されている塗膜部内に亘って移動させることにより断面V字状の溝を切削し、上記塗膜表面が暴露している側に設けられた溝部に露出している塗膜部の幅とマスキング材側に設けられた溝部に露出している塗膜部の幅とを比較して塗膜の消耗量を計測することを特徴とする構造物の塗膜消耗量測定方法。
- ドリルを構造物に塗布した塗膜表面が暴露している塗膜部からマスキング材の端面を直交してマスキング材で被覆された塗膜部内まで直線状に移動させて塗膜に断面V字状の溝を切削すること特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造物の塗膜消耗量測定方法。
- 構造物に塗装されている塗膜は、鋼材からなる構造物の表面に塗布された下地と、この下地上に塗布された下塗り層と、この下塗り層上に塗布された中塗り層と、この中塗り層上に塗布された上塗り層とからなり、ドリルの切刃尖端を下塗り層内にまで進入させた状態を保持しながら断面V字状の溝を切削することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造物の塗膜消耗量測定方法。
