水を主成分とする分散媒と、前記分散媒中に分散させたセルロースと、界面活性剤とを含む混合物を調製する第一の工程、
前記混合物を加熱しながら撹拌し、分散媒を除去してセルロース凝集体を得る第二の工程、及び
第二の工程で得られたセルロース凝集体と熱可塑性樹脂とを混練する第三の工程、
をこの順に含み、
第二の工程で得られるセルロース凝集体に含有される分散媒の割合が0.1〜10質量%である、樹脂組成物の製造方法。
