Claims (6)
- 光透過性を有する基材と、
前記基材の一面に設けられ、少なくとも2以上の所定の波長領域で、同じ透過率で且つ定常な透過率特性を有しつつ、全体の波長領域において光量を低下させる吸収膜と、
前記基材の他面に設けられ、前記2以上の所定の波長領域で、それぞれ定常な透過率特性を有する誘電体多層膜と、
を備える光学フィルタ。 - 前記基材は、前記一面側の第1の基材と、前記他面側の第2の基材とを貼り合わせて構成されている請求項1に記載の光学フィルタ。
- 前記吸収膜及び前記誘電体多層膜における定常な透過率特性は、透過率±0.1%の範囲で定常である請求項1又は2記載の光学フィルタ。
- 前記誘電体多層膜は、前記2以上の所定の波長領域でそれぞれ異なる透過率で定常な透過率特性を有する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の光学フィルタ。
- 前記誘電体多層膜は、前記2以上の所定の波長領域でそれぞれ同じ透過率で定常な透過率特性を有する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の光学フィルタ。
- 測定対象に測定光を照射し、その反射光に基づいて測定対象の状態を測定する測定装置の校正方法であって、
前記測定装置の受光部に、光量を低下させ且つ2以上の所定の波長領域で定常な透過率特性を有する光学フィルタを設けた上で、試験体に前記測定光を照射し、その反射光を受光する受光工程と、
前記受光工程にて受光した反射光の前記2以上の所定の波長領域における光量比に基づいて校正を行う校正工程と、
を備える測定装置の校正方法。
