Claims (13)
- 殺菌の最中に円形の搬送経路に沿って容器(10)を運ぶ搬送装置と、容器(10)に殺菌の目的で放射線、とくには電磁放射線を作用させる少なくとも1つのストレス印加装置(4)と、殺菌の文脈において形成される電離放射線を遮へいする遮へい装置(20)とを備える容器の殺菌のための装置(1)であって、
前記遮へい装置(20)が、前記容器(10)の円形の搬送経路に沿って延びて該円形の搬送経路を境界付けている少なくとも1つの外壁(22)を有し、該外壁が、殺菌の最中に形成される電離放射線を進入させることができるようなやり方で前記容器(10)の円形の搬送経路に面する空洞(26)を形成する少なくとも1つの凹所(24)を有し、
前記凹所(24)は円形搬送路を画定する前記外壁に形成されていることを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 前記容器(10)の前記搬送経路に拘束され、好ましくは同様に、前記搬送経路の方向に延びている内壁(32)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記凹所(24)の幾何学的構造が、電離放射線、とくにはX線が、前記凹所(24)を境界付ける壁(22a、22b、22c)において少なくとも部分的に何回か反射させられるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記外壁(22)自体が、前記凹所(24)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 2つの壁(22、32)が、ここでは円形の様相で湾曲しており、それぞれがプラスチック材料製の予備成形物の搬送経路の中心を自身の中心として有することを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記凹所(24)は、外側に向かって放射状に拡大された断面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記凹所(24)は、前記搬送経路のカバー壁(36)および/または底壁(38)の領域にも広がるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記装置(1)の外側の照射の際に、プラスチック材料製の前記予備成形物は、内側把持具によって内面において保持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記ストレス印加装置の下流で、プラスチック材料製の前記予備成形物は、プラスチック材料製の前記予備成形物を内側について殺菌する後続の処理装置へと、無菌の搬送スターホイールまたは分配スターホイールによって運ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- プラスチック材料製の前記予備成形物が外側において保持される一方で、電子ビームの放射体が少なくとも部分的に前記予備成形物へと導入されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記搬送装置(2)が、容器(10)を保持するための複数の保持装置が配置された回転式のキャリアを有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- クリーンルームを形成しており、該クリーンルームの内部を前記容器(10)が殺菌の最中に運ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 容器(10)が搬送装置によって円形の搬送経路に沿って運ばれ、該容器(10)に該容器の殺菌の目的で少なくとも1つのストレス印加装置(4)によって、該容器(10)が円形の搬送経路に沿って運ばれながら、電磁放射線が作用させられ、該ストレス印加の際に電離放射線が形成され、形成された該電離放射線が遮へい装置(20)によって遮へいされる、請求項1〜12にいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)を用いた、容器(10)の処理方法であって、
前記電離放射線が、少なくとも部分的に、前記容器(10)の円形の搬送経路を境界付けている壁(22)に配置された凹所(24)に到達し、
前記凹所(24)は円形搬送路を画定する前記外壁に形成されていることを特徴とすることを特徴とする方法。
