Hereinafter, the vibration damping material of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[Example 1]
(1) Damping structure The damping metal 1 of the present invention is a hardware that provides a damping function to a frame of a house and has a damping structure.
The structural member of the frame body to which the present invention is applied is composed of two column members 2a and 2b, a beam 3 and a base 4 that are horizontally mounted above and below the column members 2a and 2b (FIG. 1).
The damping metal 1 is attached to the center of the column 2a.

(2) Damping metal 1 The damping metal 1 is disposed between the pair of fixing members 11 joined to the column 2a, the plate material 12 sandwiched between the pair of fixing members 11, and the fixing member 11 and the plate material 12. And the friction material 13 to be made. (Figure 2)

(2-1) Fixing member The fixing member 11 is a member having an L-shaped cross section.
The fixing member is made of a material having a low coefficient of friction, such as stainless steel, a galvanized steel plate, a nickel-plated steel plate, or aluminum, in order to perform vibration suppression by frictional resistance with the friction material 13.
The fixing member 11 abuts the outside of one plane that forms one side of the L-shape with the pillar member 2a and fixes it with screws or the like (FIG. 3).
And the plate material 12 and the friction material 13 are clamped on the outer side of each other plane of the pair of fixing members 11.
A plurality of bolt holes 111 are provided on the other plane of the fixing member 11.

(2-2) Plate material The plate material 12 consists of a steel plate.
The plate material 12 includes a sandwiching portion 121 and a brace material mounting portion 122.
In the plate material 12, the brace material mounting portion 122 protrudes from the fixing member 11 when the clamping portion 121 is clamped by the fixing member 11.
The holding part 121 is provided with a long hole 123 corresponding to the bolt hole 111 of the fixing member 11. The long hole 123 has a shape that is long in the vertical direction so as to be parallel to the pillar material 2a, which is a structural material, when the damping metal 1 is attached.
Then, the friction material 13 is disposed between the fixing member 11 and the plate material 12, and the bolt member 111 of the fixing member 11 and the long hole 123 of the plate member 12 are overlapped with each other. The bolt 141 is inserted and the nut 142 is screwed so as to penetrate the material 12, and the fixing member 11, the plate material 12 and the friction material 13 are integrated. When the nut 142 is tightened, a clamping force by the fixing members 11 on both sides acts on the plate material 12. Since the damping metal 1 has a configuration in which the plate member 12 and the friction member 13 are simply sandwiched by the fixing member 11, it can be easily manufactured and is inexpensive.
The long hole 123 of the plate material 12 has a shape that is long in the vertical direction, and the number of the bolts 141 can be arbitrarily selected along the long hole 123. Therefore, the number of the bolts 141 can be selected according to the necessary clamping force. .

(2-3) Friction material The friction material 13 consists of a phenol resin.
The friction material 13 performs vibration suppression by frictional resistance with the fixed member 11.
Although the friction material 13 is disposed between the fixing member 11 and the plate material 12, since the friction resistance on the plate material 12 side is larger than the friction resistance of the fixing member 11, the friction material 13 is between the fixing member 11 and the plate material 12. Just following the displacement, the displacement of the plate material 12 is followed.
For this reason, the friction material 13 does not need to adhere | attach, and the damping metal 1 of this invention can be manufactured easily.
Since the friction material 13 does not need to be bonded, the shape and size can be freely changed.
Further, by not using an adhesive, there is no concern about strength due to stress concentration or peeling due to curing of the adhesive layer.

(3) Brace material and attachment member The damping metal fitting 1 of the present invention attaches the fixing member 11 to the pillar material 2a, and the brace material 5 is disposed at an inclination from the pillar material 2a to the upper part and the lower part of the pillar material 2b. 12 is connected.
The brace material 5 has a rectangular tube shape and is provided with a slit 51 larger than the thickness of the plate material 12 (FIG. 3).
The plate material 12 is inserted into the slit 51 of the brace material 5 and fixed with bolts or the like.
The other end of the brace material 5 is attached to the column member 2b via the attachment member 6.
The attachment member 6 is obtained by joining two steel sheets having an L-shaped cross section (FIG. 4).
The mounting member 6 is formed by superimposing the outer sides of one plane forming one side of the L-shape and integrating them with each other by welding or the like.
The slit 51 provided at the other end of the brace material 5 is made larger than the thickness of the overlapped portion of the mounting member 6, and the mounting member 6 is inserted into the slit 51 and fixed with a bolt or the like.

(4) Vibration control function When a force acts on a house due to an earthquake, the column members 2a and 2b are inclined. When the column members 2a and 2b and the brace member 5 are displaced, the fixing member 11 and the plate member 12 (FIG. 5a) are relatively displaced along the direction of the long hole 123 of the plate member 12 (FIG. 5b). . At this time, the friction material 13 positioned between the fixing member 11 and the plate material 12 follows the plate material 12 having a large frictional resistance.
Since the brace material 5 is fixed to the plate material 12, the brace material 5 and the plate material 12 are displaced parallel to the column material 2 a and the fixing member 11. Due to this displacement, the plate material 12 to which the clamping force from the fixing member 11 acts is displaced, so that a damping function by friction between the fixing member 11 and the friction material 13 following the plate material 12 works.

[Other Examples]
(1) Arrangement of slip plate A slide plate 15 may be arranged between the fixing member 11 and the friction material 13 (FIGS. 6 and 7).
The sliding plate 15 is made of a material having a low friction coefficient, such as stainless steel, a galvanized steel plate, a nickel-plated steel plate, or aluminum.
By arranging the sliding plate 15 between the fixing member 11 and the friction material 13, the friction material 13 is sandwiched between the plate material 12 and the sliding plate 15, and the fixing member 11 is not involved in friction, so that it is inexpensive. Can be made of a material suitable for fixing. Further, the sliding plate 15 can be manufactured at low cost by making it smaller and thinner than the fixing member 11.
The sliding plate 15 is provided with bolt holes 151 corresponding to the bolt holes 111 of the fixing member 11.

(1-1) Vibration control by slip plate When a force acts on a house due to an earthquake, the column members 2a and 2b are inclined. When the column members 2a and 2b and the brace member 5 are displaced, the fixing member 11 and the plate member 12 (FIG. 8a) sandwiching the sliding plate 15 having a small friction coefficient are along the direction of the long hole 123 of the plate member 12. Are relatively displaced (FIG. 8b). At this time, the friction material 13 positioned between the plate material 12 and the sliding plate 15 follows the plate material 12 having a large frictional resistance, and is controlled by the friction between the sliding plate 15 and the friction material 13 following the plate material 12. Function works.
By simply changing the material of the sliding plate 15, the friction effect can be changed by easily changing the combination with the friction material 13.
Further, the friction effect can be easily changed by freely changing the shape and size of the sliding plate 15.

(2) Attaching the damping metal to the beam In the above embodiment, the damping metal 1 is attached to the center of the column 2a, but is attached to the center of the beam 3 between the column 2a and the column 2b. Also good. At this time, the brace material 5 is disposed so as to be inclined from the beam 3 in the direction of the respective column members 2a and 2b (FIG. 9).
Then, a set of the plate material 12 and the friction material 13 of the vibration damper 1 is provided for each brace material 5 (FIG. 10).
At this time, the long holes 123 of the plate material 12 are formed so as to be parallel to the brace material 5.
The plate material 12 of the damping metal 1 is relatively displaced in the direction of the long hole 123 of the plate material 12 according to the attached brace material 5, and the vibration damping function due to the friction of the friction material 13 works.
