Abstract

Description
−少なくとも1種の添加剤を液体媒体に溶解して溶液を生成する工程;
−プラスチック部品を、周囲圧力にて圧力エンクロージャ内に置く工程;

−プラスチック部品を、周囲圧力にて圧力エンクロージャ内に置く工程;
−チャンバをハーメチックシールする工程;
−エンクロージャ内で、圧力3MPa〜6MPa、温度25℃〜65の超臨界条件又は近超臨界条件の流体により、好ましくは1分〜15分、より一層好ましくは1分〜10分の持続時間にわたってプラスチック部品に溶液を含浸する工程;
−液体媒体がプラスチック部品の外部に拡散するように、及び少なくとも1種の添加剤をプラスチック部品の内部に捕捉するために、エンクロージャ内の圧力を開放する工程。
Claims (10)
- プラスチック材料製の完成部品に少なくとも1種の添加剤をコア含浸する方法であって、
−前記少なくとも1種の添加剤を液体媒体に溶解して溶液を生成する工程;
−前記プラスチック部品を、周囲圧力にて圧力エンクロージャ内に置く工程;
−チャンバをハーメチックシールする工程;
−前記エンクロージャ内で、圧力3MPa〜6MPa、温度40℃〜65℃の近超臨界条件の流体によって、好ましくは1分〜10分の持続時間にわたって、前記プラスチック部品に前記溶液を含浸する工程;
−前記液体媒体が前記プラスチック部品の外部に拡散するように、及び前記少なくとも1種の添加剤を前記プラスチック部品の内部に捕捉するために、前記エンクロージャ内の圧力を開放する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記超臨界流体は、二酸化炭素である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記材料は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、メチルアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン又はポリ(メチルメタクリレート)から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記液体媒体は、ヘキサン、イソプロパノール、又はd−リモネンから選択される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記添加剤は、染料、防臭剤、芳香剤、化粧品有効成分から選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料に、少なくとも2種の添加剤の組み合わせを含浸する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記含浸は、一定流量下で実施される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プラスチック材料製の部品を洗浄して残留物を除去する工程を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄工程は、清浄水で、ブラシを使用して実施される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られるプラスチック材料製の時計又は宝飾品構成要素。
