Description
・ガラスの洗浄:ガラス基材を事前に切り取り、必要に応じて成形する。汚染の痕跡を取り除くために、ガラスをイオン水で洗浄し、注意深く乾燥させる。
・組み立て:18〜20℃の温度及び30%の雰囲気の相対湿度にてダストフリー密閉チャンバ内で行われる。ガラス及び中間層は、所望の組成に応じて重ね合わせられる。積層体積のトリミングは予熱オーブンに入る前に実施する。
・脱気:これは最も重要な操作である。気泡の形態でありうる、中間層とガラスシートとの間に閉じ込められた空気を除去し、かつ最終オートクレーブ操作中に空気が侵入する危険性を防止するためにアセンブリの縁をシールすることである。この操作は、約60℃の予熱オーブンを用いたダブルカレンダ加工によって行われる。温度条件は、アセンブリのタイプ及びラインの速度に応じる。
・オートクレーブ処理:ガラスと中間層との最終的な接着結合は、アセンブリの強力な結合を確保するために、高圧かつ昇温下でオートクレーブ中にて行われる。

・前記「日射保護」シート4が存在している場合には、場合により、第二の中間層シート
・第二のガラスシート2、及び
・熱感受性である機能性シート6と直接接触している少なくとも1つの感圧接着剤のシート5
を具備しており、
前記第二のガラスシート2が、前記感圧接着剤のシート5と直接接触している、
積層グレージングである。
・第一のガラスシート(1)、
・熱可塑性ポリマー製の第一の中間層シート(3)、
・赤外線領域及び/又は日射領域における反射特性を有する、「日射保護」シート(4)又は機能性金属層、
・前記「日射保護」シート(4)が存在している場合には、第二の中間層シート
・第二のガラスシート(2)
・感圧接着剤のシート(5)、
・熱感受性である機能性シート(6)、
を具備している。
・第一のガラスシート(1)
・熱可塑性ポリマー製の中間層シート(3)、
・第二のガラスシート(2)
・感圧接着剤のシート(5)、
・熱感受性である機能性シート(6)、
を具備している。
・場合により予め曲げられた第一のガラスシート1の内側面に熱可塑性ポリマー製の中間層シート3を設置する少なくとも1つの段階、
・場合により、前記中間層シート3の空いている面に「日射保護」シート4を設置し、それによって、前記第一のガラスシート1と場合により存在する前記「日射保護」シート4との間に前記中間層シート3を挟み、そして前記「日射保護」シート(4)の空いている面に第二の中間層シート(3)を設置し、それによって、第一の中間層シート(3)と第二の中間層シートとの間に前記「日射保護」シート(4)を挟む段階、
・次いで、前記第二の中間層シート(3)及び前記「日射保護」シート(4)が存在していない場合には、前記第一の中間層シート(3)の空いている面に、第二のガラスシート(2)を少なくとも設置し、それによって、部分積層体(12)を形成するようにする段階であり、前記第二の中間層シート(3)及び前記「日射保護」シート(4)が存在している場合には、前記第二の中間層シート(3)の空いている面に、第二のガラスシート(2)を設置し、それによって、別の部分積層体(11)を形成するようにする段階、並びに/又は
・熱感受性である機能性シート6の2つの面の一方の面に、感圧接着剤のシート5を設置して、部分積層体(10)を形成するようにする少なくとも1つの段階、
を含む。
・得られた積層体を周辺シール又は真空バッグを用いて真空下で脱気する段階、
・場合により、前記積層体の縁をヒートシールする1つの段階、及び、
・1つのオートクレーブ処理の段階、
を含むことができる。
1/アクリレートをベースとする。これは、追加の粘着付与剤を必要としない程度に十分に粘着性である。
2/ニトリルをベースとする。
3/シリコーンをベースとし、四官能性四塩化ケイ素(「Q」)と反応した一官能性トリメチルシラン(「M」)からなる「MQ」タイプのケイ酸塩樹脂などの特殊な粘着付与剤を必要とする。シリコーンをベースとするPSAは、例えば、キシレン又はキシレンとトルエンとの混合物中に分散されたポリジメチルシロキサンガム及び樹脂類である。
4/スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン(SBS)、スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレン(SEBS)、スチレン−エチレン/プロピレン(SEP)又はスチレン−イソプレン−スチレン(SIS)ブロックコポリマーなどのスチレンベースのブロックコポリマーをベースとする。
5/ビニルエーテルをベースとする。
Claims (17)
- ・第一のガラスシート(1)、
・熱可塑性ポリマー製の少なくとも1つの中間層シート(3)であって、前記第一のガラスシート(1)が、前記中間層シート(3)と直接接触している、中間層シート(3)、
・場合により、赤外線領域及び/又は日射領域における反射特性を有する、「日射保護」シート(4)又は機能性金属層、
・前記「日射保護」シート(4)が存在している場合には、場合により、第二の中間層シート
・第二のガラスシート(2)、及び
・熱感受性である機能性シート(6)と直接接触している少なくとも1つの感圧接着剤のシート(5)、
を具備しており、
前記第二のガラスシート(2)が、前記感圧接着剤のシート(5)と直接接触しており、
前記感圧接着剤のシート(5)と前記第二のガラスシート(2)とが、前記第二のガラスシート(2)の外側面で直接接触している、
積層グレージング。 - 順次に、
・第一のガラスシート(1)、
・熱可塑性ポリマー製の第一の中間層シート(3)、
・赤外線領域及び/又は日射領域における反射特性を有する、「日射保護」シート(4)又は機能性金属層、
・前記「日射保護」シート(4)が存在している場合には、第二の中間層シート
・第二のガラスシート(2)
・感圧接着剤のシート(5)、
・熱感受性である機能性シート(6)、
を具備している、請求項1に記載の積層グレージング。 - ・第一のガラスシート(1)
・熱可塑性ポリマー製の中間層シート(3)、
・第二のガラスシート(2)
・感圧接着剤のシート(5)、
・熱感受性である機能性シート(6)、
を具備している、請求項1に記載の積層グレージング。 - 前記中間層シート(3)の前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリウレタン、エチレン/酢酸ビニル、及びアイオノマーから選ばれる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記中間層シート(3)の前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、PVBである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記感圧接着剤が、アクリレートをベースとする感圧接着剤、及びシリコーンをベースとする感圧接着剤から選ばれる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記熱感受性である機能性シート(6)が、カプセル化された液晶、媒体中に分散された電気泳動粒子、電気泳動流体中に分散された粒子、又は偏光用粒子をベースとする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記「日射保護」シートが、銀若しくは光反射特性を有する随意の他の金属製であるか、又は、光吸収特性を有する金属若しくは金属化合物製である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 平坦であるか又は湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 風防、フロントサイドグレージング、リアサイドグレージング、リアウインドウ及びルーフグレージングから選ばれる乗物グレージングであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 自動車、列車、トラック、飛行機及びバスから選ばれる乗物のグレージングであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- (i)熱可塑性ポリマー製の前記中間層シート(3)を前記第一のガラスシート(1)の内側面に設置することから開始して、又は、(ii)感圧接着剤のシート(5)を前記第二のガラスシート(2)の外側面に設置することから開始して、又は、(iii)感圧接着剤のシート(5)を前記熱感受性である機能性シート(6)の2つの面のうちの一方の面に設置することから開始して、異なるシートの設置の段階を行う、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージングの製造方法。
- ・場合により予め曲げられた、第一のガラスシート(1)の内側面に、熱可塑性ポリマー製の中間層シート(3)を設置する少なくとも1つの段階、
・場合により、前記中間層シート(3)の空いている面に「日射保護」シート(4)を設置し、それによって、前記第一のガラスシート(1)と場合により存在する前記「日射保護」シート(4)との間に前記中間層シート(3)を挟み、そして前記「日射保護」シート(4)の空いている面に第二の中間層シート(3)を設置し、それによって、第一の中間層シート(3)と第二の中間層シートとの間に前記「日射保護」シート(4)を挟む段階、
・次いで、前記第二の中間層シート(3)及び前記「日射保護」シート(4)が存在していない場合には、前記第一の中間層シート(3)の空いている面に、第二のガラスシート(2)を少なくとも設置し、それによって、部分積層体(12)を形成するようにする段階であり、前記第二の中間層シート(3)及び前記「日射保護」シート(4)が存在している場合には、前記第二の中間層シート(3)の空いている面に、第二のガラスシート(2)を設置し、それによって、別の部分積層体(11)を形成するようにする少なくとも1つの段階、並びに/又は
・熱感受性である機能性シート(6)の2つの面のうちの一方の面に、感圧接着剤のシート(5)を設置して、部分積層体(10)を形成するようにする少なくとも1つの段階、
を含む、請求項12に記載の積層グレージングの製造方法。 - 次いで、前記部分積層体11又は12を、前記第二のガラスシート2の空いている面で、前記感圧接着剤のシート5の空いている面を介して前記部分積層体10の上又は下に適用する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも:
・得られた積層体を周辺シール又は真空バッグを用いて真空下で脱気する段階、
・場合により、前記積層体の縁をヒートシールする1つの段階、及び、
・1つのオートクレーブ処理の段階、
を更に含む、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージングの製造方法。 - 少なくとも1つのカレンダ加工の段階、場合により1つのホットカレンダ加工の段階を更に含む、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージングの製造方法。
- 風防、フロントサイドグレージング、リアサイドグレージング、リアウインドウ及びルーフグレージングから選ばれる乗物グレージングを製造するための、並びに/又は、自動車、列車、トラック、航空機及びバスから選ばれる乗物のためのグレージングを製造するための、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のグレージングの使用。
