Claims (15)
- 共に組み立てられた複数の電気化学セルと、前記電気化学セルにより発生される過剰熱を放散するための少なくとも1つのヒートシンク経路とを備えるリチウム電池であって、前記複数の電気化学セルが、剛体ケーシングに挿入され、前記剛体ケーシングが、側壁部、上壁部、および下壁部を有して筐体を形成しており、前記ヒートシンク経路に隣接して位置決めされた前記電気化学セルが前記リチウム電池の他の電気化学セルとは異なる構成を有するように前記電気化学セルが組み立てられる、リチウム電池。
- 前記ヒートシンク経路に隣接して位置決めされた前記電気化学セルは、前記リチウム電池の前記他の電気化学セルよりも容量が大きい、請求項1に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記他の電気化学セルは、n個のラミネートを備え、容量がより大きい前記電気化学セルは、少なくともn+1個のラミネートを備える、請求項2に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記他の電気化学セルは、n個のラミネートを備え、容量がより大きい前記電気化学セルは、少なくともn+2個のラミネートを備える、請求項2に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記剛体ケーシングは、さらなるヒートシンク経路を提供する内壁部をさらに備え、前記内壁部に隣接して位置決めされた電気化学セルは、前記リチウム電池の他の電気化学セルとは異なる構成を有する、請求項1に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記内壁部に隣接して位置決めされた前記電気化学セルは、前記リチウム電池の前記他の電気化学セルよりも容量が大きい、請求項5に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記他の電気化学セルは、n個のラミネートを備え、容量がより大きい前記電気化学セルは、少なくともn+1個のラミネートを備える、請求項6に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記他の電気化学セルは、n個のラミネートを備え、容量がより大きい前記電気化学セルは、少なくともn+2個のラミネートを備える、請求項6に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記ヒートシンク経路に隣接して位置決めされた前記電気化学セルは、前記リチウム電池の前記他の電気化学セルよりもインピーダンスが低い、請求項1に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記電気化学セルは、アノード、カソード、および電解質を備え、前記ヒートシンク経路に隣接して位置決めされた前記電気化学セルは、前記リチウム電池の前記他の電気化学セルよりも薄いカソードを有する、請求項9に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記ヒートシンク経路に隣接して位置決めされた前記電気化学セルの前記カソードは、前記リチウム電池の前記他の電気化学セルのカソードよりも約10μm薄い厚さを有する、請求項10に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記電気化学セルは、個々のラミネートからなる多層アセンブリで構成されており、複数の電気化学セルが、相互に積層されてバンドルを形成する、請求項1に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記電気化学セルは、円筒状電気化学セルを形成するようにらせん状に複数回巻かれた単一のラミネートで構成されている、請求項1に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク経路は、前記剛体ケーシングの壁部によって提供される、請求項1に記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記リチウム電池が冷却システムをさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つのヒートシンク経路が前記冷却システムによって提供される、請求項1に記載のリチウム電池。
