i)混合層に水を入れる工程、
ii)撹拌中に該少なくとも1つの活性剤成分及び該少なくとも1つの促進剤成分を任意に溶解及び追加する工程、
iii)この混合物に該少なくとも1つの抑制剤を任意に溶解及び追加する工程、
iv)撹拌速度の増加中に該少なくとも1つの鉱物充填剤を段階的に加える工程、
v)増粘剤を加える工程、
vi)完全に均質化するまで撹拌を継続する工程。
i)上述の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物を水相アルミナセメント成分に加える工程、
ii)これらを混合する工程。
Claims (18)
- 少なくとも1つのアルカリ及び/又はアルカリ土類金属塩を含む少なくとも1つの活性剤成分と、
少なくとも1つの水溶性アルカリ及び/又はアルカリ土類金属塩を含む少なくとも1つの促進剤成分と、
クエン酸、酒石酸、乳酸、サリチル酸、グルコン酸、及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの抑制剤と、
石灰充填剤、鋼玉石、ドロマイト、耐アルカリグラス、砕石、砂利、小石、及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの鉱物充填剤と、
少なくとも1つの増粘剤と、
水と、
を含む、ことを特徴とする長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1つの活性剤成分及び前記少なくとも1つの促進剤成分は、リチウム金属塩の混合物を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの抑制剤がクエン酸、酒石酸、又はこれらの混合物である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの鉱物充填剤の平均粒子サイズが最大500μmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの鉱物充填剤が石灰充填剤又は石灰充填剤の混合物である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1つに記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物。
- 前記水性開始剤組成物の貯蔵期間が少なくとも6カ月である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1つに記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物。
- 前記水性開始剤組成物はスラリー又はペーストの形態である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1つに記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物。
- 前記水性開始剤組成物のpH値が10以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物。
- 前記水性開始剤組成物は、
0.1wt.−%乃至4wt.−%の水酸化リチウムと、
0.1wt.−%乃至5wt.−%の硫酸リチウム又は硫酸リチウム一水和物と、
0.05wt.−%乃至5wt.−%のクエン酸と、
0.05wt.−%乃至4wt.−%の酒石酸と、
35wt.−%乃至45wt.−%の第1の鉱物充填剤と、
15wt.−%乃至25wt.−%の第2の鉱物充填剤と、
10wt.−%乃至20wt.−%の第3の鉱物充填剤と、
0.01wt.−%乃至0.5wt.−%の増粘剤と、
15wt.−%乃至25wt.−%の水と、
を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1つに記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物。 - 前記第1の鉱物充填剤、前記第2の鉱物充填剤、及び前記第3の鉱物充填剤が炭酸カルシウム細骨材である、こと特徴とする請求項9に記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物。
- i)混合層に水を入れる工程と、
ii)撹拌中に前記少なくとも1つの活性剤成分及び前記少なくとも1つの促進剤成分を任意に溶解及び追加する工程と、
iii)この混合物に前記少なくとも1つの抑制剤を任意に溶解及び追加する工程と、
iv)撹拌速度の増加中に前記少なくとも1つの鉱物充填剤を段階的に加える工程と、
v)増粘剤を加える工程と、
vi)完全に均質化するまで撹拌を継続する工程と、
を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物を生成する方法。 - i)請求項1乃至10に記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物を前記水相アルミナセメント成分に加える工程と、
ii)これらを混合する工程と、
を備える、ことを特徴とする硬化性水相アルミナセメント成分の凝固及び硬化を活性化する方法。 - 硬化性水相アルミナセメント成分を含むモルタル系における請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物の使用。
- 硬化性水相アルミナセメント成分を含む2成分モルタル系の第1の成分としての請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物の使用。
- 前記2成分モルタル系の初期凝固時間が少なくとも5分である、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の使用。
- 鉱物質の面におけるアンカー手段の化学的留付けのために使用される硬化性水相アルミナセメント成分の凝固及び硬化の活性化のための請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の長期的に安定化された水性開始剤組成物の使用。
- 前記アンカー手段はアンカーロッド、ねじ付きアンカーロッド、ボルト、又は鉄筋である、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の使用。
- 前記鉱物質の面は、煉瓦、コンクリート、透水性コンクリート、又は自然石からできた構造物である、ことを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載の使用。
