Abstract
Description
45%以上の原子含量のクロムおよび5%から20%までの範囲の原子含量の炭素を含むコーティング組成物を基材上に堆積させるステップと、
コーティングを得るために、前記組成物によってコーティングされた部品に、250℃から700°までの範囲の温度で熱処理を施すステップと、
を少なくとも含む上述の部品を製作する方法も提供する。
以下の例において、鋼製ターボプロップディフューザー部品が、本発明の方法によって、コーティング剤でコーティングされた。コーティングのための表面は、あらかじめ脱脂され、準備された。
0.39モル毎リットル(mol/L)の塩化クロム(III)六水和物(CrCl3、6H2O)、
3.72mol/Lのアンモニウムホルミエート(NH4COOH)および
0.81mol/Lの塩化カリウム(KCl)
を含む水溶液だった。
11個の鋼基材が、熱処理のパラメータ(温度および持続期間)を変更しながら、例1と同じ条件下でコーティングした。結果は、図4Aのグラフに示されている。
Claims (9)
- 金属基材(2)と、基材上に存在する浸食に対する保護のための保護コーティング(3)とを少なくとも含み、コーティングが、45%以上の原子含量のクロムおよび5%から20%までの範囲の原子含量の炭素を少なくとも含む少なくとも1種の相(4)を含み、前記相が、Cr7C3およびCr23C6炭化クロムを含む、航空機エンジン部品(1)を製作する方法であって、方法は、
少なくとも45%以上の原子含量のクロムおよび5%から20%までの範囲の原子含量の炭素を含むコーティング組成物(3’)を基材(2)上に堆積させるステップであって、コーティング組成物(3’)が、三価クロムおよび有機化合物を少なくとも含む電解質浴(7)から電気めっきによって基材に堆積されるステップと、
コーティング(3)を得るために、前記組成物によってコーティングされた部品に、250℃から700°までの範囲の温度で熱処理を施すステップと、
を少なくとも含む、方法。 - 熱処理温度が、300℃から600℃までの範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電解質浴(7)が、懸濁状態の金属粒子および/またはセラミック粒子をさらに含み、得られたコーティングが、金属粒子および/またはセラミック粒子(5)をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- コーティングの厚さ(e)が、5μmから100μmまでの範囲である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 基材(2)が、鋼、アルミニウム基合金、チタン基合金またはニッケル基合金から製造されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 部品(1)が、ディフューザーの少なくとも一部と、軸流式または遠心式圧縮機の少なくとも一部と、ノズルの少なくとも一部とから選択される航空機エンジン部品を構成する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱処理の持続期間が、15minから280minまでの範囲である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- コーティング相が、12%から18%までの範囲の原子含量の炭素を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- コーティング相が、45%から55%までの範囲の原子含量のクロムを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
